This salon was one of the most welcoming salons I've been to. I got a full set and spa pedi and my boyfriend got a spa pedicure as well (his VERY first one)! I loved every bit of it. So clean and new implements and products. The mimosa, massage, and conversation with the nice man who did my pedicure was great. My full set fulfilled my perfectionism for the most part. I chose a spur of the moment design. 3 hours later after shopping I decided I was already over my design I chose. I went back to the salon to file off. Phil and Linda very pleasantly filed this design off and re applied the top coat to ease my indecisiveness.. Only thing- my designs did not perfectly match (which is nearly impossible) but for $63 it better be damn near close. Thank you for the lovely experience and I will be back when I'm in town again. Lastly- my boyfriend became self conscious mid way through his pedi (when both techs stared at his toesies) while a convo was had in foreign language.. my pet peeve. Read Less

I have received a pedicure from here and quite enjoyed it. Tools were clean, I was offered a beverage(mimosa was an option), they were efficient and my toes looked good. I decided to get a gel manicure on a Friday evening. I wanted the cool hombre style, but they lady said she couldn't do it. No biggie, but a bit of a bummer. She was nice and did a pretty good, I was happy with my nails. Here's where the loss of stars comes in, my nails began to chip the next morning! One little chip, I'll get over it, not happy, but I'll get over it. Day two, I had THREE nails chipped with some good chunks missing from two, so I decided I was going to go back and have them fix my nails on Monday because that was my next available day. So prepared to request a fix, a fourth nail chips, and I decided forget it. I was able to peel all of my gel polish off in about 5 minutes without any tools or acetone. They did an ok job on my nails, the pedicure was wonderful, and loved yhe complimentary mimosa# But the experience went downhill fast when they left me waiting for nearly 30 minutes while they went back and forth to Staples to find the right receipt paper for the credit card machine (the clerk actually vame back with the wrong paper!). I think in today's age with how many people use cards to pay for services, credit card machine receipt paper just seems like something you should have in your inventory at all times. Had it not been for that it would have been a good experience. But the gentleman who was ringing me up acted like it was no big deal for me to wait, even when I told him I needed to go pick up my kid, and didn't offer anything up for the inconvenience. Either a discount or gift certificate would have improved things and seemed warranted given the ridiculously ling wait. And while they were working on my nails he had been playing on his phone instead of doing anything in the salon! I came to this salon for the first time just over a week ago for a much needed fill and pedicure. I wanted to wait a little while to see how it held up before I wrote a review and I'm glad I did. My first impression was that the salon was very clean and decorated beautifully. The staff was very friendly, and were actually able to help me right away. For a Saturday they weren't very busy so I actually had both my toes and hands done simultaneously. I loved this because, let's face it ladies, it's nice to be pampered but taking an hour and a half out of your Saturday kinda sucks. So I was actually in and out in about forty minutes with an average reasonable price for a gel pedicure and fill with gel polish. I was very happy to see liners in the foot baths as well as tools pulled from an autoclave package. The nail files and callous scrubbers were in individual sandwich baggies and I was given mine after their use. So overall, very hygienic! There were a lot of high end gel colors to choose from, but I was a little disappointed when I choose a color that looked dark red almost black and it turned out cherry red. Also the color I choose for my toes came out differently than I had wanted. I gave three stars because four days after my pedi and fill, on three of my toes the polish had simply peeled off. I don't know if this was due to the application process but I would assume so. The polish I had when I came here was 2 months old and hadn't even chipped. Also, two of my nails cracked down below the skin and not out of negligence.I went back on my first day off, after seeing how poorly everything had held up, and they sat me down fixing it free of charge right away.  Since I was having two fingers repainted after a weeks worth of wear and tear,  I asked the lady if she could throw a clear coat on all the nails, making them match. She obliged, however, now three days after the repair the clear coat is peeling off... So after two trips I don't really like the way my nails turned out. Read Less

Only has one star because it’s the lowest I can go...this is the WORST nail salon in existence, and I’m honestly surprised with the service my girlfriend had in there, that it hasn’t been shut down by now. A week ago, 1 week, she went in to have her old acrylics removed, and to get a gel manicure. She got the gel manicure, paid, left a $5, left for a few minutes, and noticed that after they completely dried, her nails were EXTREMELY bumpy, sloppy, and not worth the money she ...paid for. She went back in to show them, and the woman was extremely rude, made my girlfriend feel like a waste of the company’s time, was rough with her hands, and overall treated her like shit. Today, remember this is only 1 week later, her gels started peeling and breaking, and one of them broke the nail past the nail bed, and the rest of her nails are extremely frail, almost like they’ve been soaking in hot water for 3 days. I've been coming to Bella Nails for over a year and absolutely love them! Since they've been under new ownership, the salon looks beautiful and I love that they have the OPI colors with gel and matching polish. Linda does the best job on my acrylic nails & she does the most incredible designs! Her original designs are awesome, and she can recreate ANY design if you bring a picture. I won't go anywhere else! I was very unhappy with this nail salon. They charged $40 for Organic dipping powder. Within a week of getting them done I had 4 or 5 nails that chipped!! Organic dipping powder is supposed to last longer than gel nails!! One lady started my nails, then I had to move to a different seat where the guy took everything off and started over! He was filing my nails so much that it started to burn and get hot. I will not be returning to this salon. Read Less

Visited on a whim about 2 months ago...and loved the mood changing gel polish.. The place was undergoing a face-lift and they SD new management. I have gone back 3 times and attended their grand opening on mothers day weekend. Linda is great! Not disappointed!! Read Less

I was very very very disappointed when I went to Bella Nails for a gel fill. I asked to get the glitter powder, I came in with a picture I wanted to do Christmas..... and the lady refused to use glitter powder.....and then told me I didn't want the glitter powder, and I would be charged for a full set! I've been to the salon a couple of times (my last choice stop) and every time I argue with the mean nail tech about me wanting "sport length nail" (very short). My nails came out nothing like I asked... I asked for a light blue hombre and she painted my nails white?!?!?! And she sat there looking at me like I was annoying her!! It was my only day off, I just wanted a relaxing day, and the lady at the nail salon was very rude, and I left very upset for paying for a horrible gel fill!! Read Less
