I have been going here for almost 2 years! Miley is awesome! She truly is amazing at what she does and she ALWAYS gets it right. I just came here for the first time after a bad experience at my regular nail place and I am impressed. I was seated after only about a 5-10 minute wait, the shape came out nice and I like the design. I just wish they had more colors but I think this is my new regular spot! Very friendly staff. I have a love-hate relationship with this salon. I stop patronizing this salon for more than 2 yrs after being with them for more than 5 yrs! One time I bump into Yvonne at the store and invited me back! This happened twice! Now I'm finding myself seeing her regularly. All I can say is: I'mBack because of Yvonne! The best nail tech ever!If not for her I'm never going back! And secondly, which is a minus -. I always leave the salon with a major headache! The girls are loud!!!!!! I've been going to the same place for years and have always been skeptical of trying new places. I recently moved near by and decided to try this place out and wow I am glad I did!!! This place is amazing from the decor cleanliness and ambiance to the service everything is superb. From the second installed in I was made to feel at home. I was greeted nicely and was seen right away. I had a gel mani and delux spa pedi the price is very reasonable for the quality work Kim took her time and is a perfectionist she made sure that I  loved my nails before completing. I've never have a better massage well worth the extra for the 10 min upgrade and the callus remover actually worked. Ask for lan for a pedi she was great. This will be my new nail place! Read Less

Came here because it was close to my house and I was in a rush and boy do I regret it . . .  Needed a full set and an eyebrow wax, my eyebrow lady was booked and I'm going out of town and a friend recommended I go here. I got my eyebrows waxed in the same chair I was getting my nails done, I'm all for killing two birds with one stone but it made my neck hurt. I have never written a Yelp review until now!  I have been coming to this place for approximately 6 months.  I have loved my nails until the person I normally see was not available on the days I was available so I had to see others!  I had a full set a month or so ago and left dissatisfied.  My new set was crooked.  Nails going every which way!  Then at the register found out that the new sets are now $39.  Prices had went up $4-$5.  I then decided to wait a month to put on another new set and this is what I get.  Not only did the nail tech put my index nail on crooked 3x but then she got an attitude and started to be aggressive while continuing.  And talking about me to her colleagues.  At that point I had decided it is what it is.  I will never come back.  Upon completion I went to the register to find out that they charged me $44 instead of $39 like the last new set.  She said because of the shape length and gel.  BS... I get this every time since I've been a client.  Then they proceeded to get upset because I brought this to their attention.  Like I said I never write reviews in any business but I felt as if they did not care if I was unsatisfied with my service I received!Bad business bad customer service, never again!  In search of a new salon! I'll be honest, great customer service, Tiffany does my brows to perfection, Kim keeps my feet looking flawless. But the problem I continue to experience is the chatter. Not from the clients but from the staff😲. I pamper myself weekly and when getting a pedi or, and mani I'm there to relax. Well I'm telling you now.....FORGET ABOUT IT!!! Not gonna happen. I've stop going a couple of times. Got into it with the young girl at the desk. She was very unprofessional, and loud talked me in front of customers. This place sucks. I have been getting gel nails for years and they always last at least two weeks, even if I'm really hard on my hands. But the first time I got them here, they lasted TWO days. Quality of service here varied from one visit to next. Lip service here is like any poor excuse for sales.. it is not the technicians who are unskilled, it is the customers' whose nail or the equipment that is to blame ;) Even a healthy tip and audio video surveillance isn't enough motivation for the technicians here. The only reason I even gave stars was because my friend gets her nails done here and they always look fine, my nail lady was the reason for my bad review. First of all, when I came in asking if they had a certain color (because I couldn't find it on the polish shelf) I was told very rudely "well if it's not there then we don't have it". I went in with the intention of getting a glitter fade and it as told after 1 attempt that "Sorry I can't do it because the polish is too thick. I'll remove the color and you can pick something else" and then proceeded to roll her eyes at me. (Light purple nails) Long story short, her service was terrible. And she left me with crusty disgusting nails. She wasn't wearing a name tag but her name JENNIFER was on the receipt. DONT LET HER NEAR YOUR HANDS!! And I can only imagine how she leaves toes. Ugh. So they have one of the best selection of colors I've seen including chrome. The lady who did my feet was just okay. And the girl who did my nails was awful. She didn't take the first layer of gel off enough with the file and tried to just scrape it off and I had to tell her to let it soak longer. I had to ask her to paint closer to the edges and down to the cuticle. She was messy too. I wish I had caught her "name". And what really made want to punch her was that she answered her phone, not once, but twice! Wth? Rude. She was not friendly at all and all of them just spend the whole time just speaking Vietnamese to each other and not interacting with the client. Learn ENGLISH! IT'S AMERICA! I will say 2 weeks later my nails still looks good but I think she made then brittle with am the scraping and buffing because my thumb had a terrible break at the base now. Read Less

So first time going there. It seemed to be busy at 11am. Waited for 20min walk in. Got a manicure but  it didn't seem like I did. Barely cleaned my cuticles and I haven't gotten a manicure in a while. I expected a lot to be taken out. Definitely overpriced due to the fact that It felt like I just got a gel color for $27. This nail salon is right next to my house so I primarily go here due to the convenience of the location. That being said, I only go to Michelle to get my gel manicure and to Tiffany for my eyebrows. This review is primarily for the location and for  Michelle and Tiffany.I always get Michelle to do my gel manicure because she always consistently does a great job on them and I usually get compliments on my nails when she does them. She's also very sweet and nice in her demeanor and I never feel like she's rushing to get my nails done. She always makes sure she does a good job.  I always try to get Tiffany to get my eyebrows done because she's quick and efficient and it always turns out looking nice. There's a reason so many people on yelp keep writing about her.Overall, compared to other nail salons, I'd say this one is average. I think once you find a nail technician you like, the experience can be awesome. The nail technician really makes all the difference. If you get a bad one or someone who is rude and indifferent and doesn't really care about doing a good job on your nails, then I can see why some of the other yelp reviews have been bad. Tammy begun to do my pedicure and WOW was impressed at her attention to detail. Just goes to show you that you shouldn't be afraid of trying someone new. Went in for french mani for a wedding I'm attending and not even 24 hours later a good portion of the paint chipped off and I hadn't hit my nail against anything. Poor scheduling leads to loss of me as a customer.  I'm big on customer service.  It's ok to be taken late but communicate it.  My wife and I had pedicure appointments.  They seated us 20 minutes late.  My wife got someone other than the lady she scheduled.  They seated me at a station. And left me there.  No water to soak my feet, no explanation.  After another 10-15 minutes.  I asked what's going on.  Oh, next available.  I said there's been about 10 next available since I sat.  They have appointments for those ladies.  What the hell did I have?  Over 30+ minutes ago.  Never again ProfessioNail. I went in today for a full-in and pedicure, the pedicure was okay but my fill-in was everything I needed and more. I don't recall who did my pedi but I do know Ryan did my fill, and I must say he is AMAZING! I particularly love how meticulous he is. He made sure I was completely satisfied with his work before I left. He's never worked on my nails before, but I will be sure to make an appointment with him for my future visits. Walked in today and it wasn't too busy for a Thursday afternoon. If I could give it slightly less than 3 stars I would, but it's all good. I got a spa pedi done by Julie. I chose my color and got seated within 2 min of signing in. The service was basic; I was in and out in 30 min, which I can appreciate if I was in a rush. The actual pedi was ok...it was even and the nail shape was good however I did have to go home and shape down a couple nails since the corners were snagging. One of the downsides when I went to pay was the fact that I paid with a debit card that I usually run as credit and they charged me an additional $1 as a surcharge. I wish that they would have had that posted on their menu since I'm all about transparency but whatever!Overall the quality was good. I've never gotten my nails done here although they are very popular! I just have my own shop I go to for my nails. They do have a TON of colors & designs to choose from and they are busy day in day out! I get my eyebrows waxed here though & I love them! I used to go to Tina but she's so busy that she doesn't take her time like I would like for her to BUT I went to Tiffany the last time & I LOVE HER! She has a good clientele but takes her time and is very patient, accurate and hooks it up! Give them a try!Especially to get your eyebrows waxed!
