Great service, and great prices! Got the mani pedi special ($29, Mon-Fri) and both technicians did an excellent job! I ended getting the $5 callous treatment add-on, and was glad I did. The pedicurist spent a good 4-5 minutes on each of my feet, making sure to thoroughly pumice all dry areas, which never happens at my normal salon. Very pleased with my visit. Well, the girls are very sweet and kind here but was very disappointing.  when I walked in and I said I wanted a Mani Pedi with gel and when I got to the chair and they had already started then they decided to tell me that I could only get gel on my nails and not on my toes. I felt very miss informed and probably would have decided to go somewhere else if I would have known that from the get go. And to top it off it was the same price that gel on my toes would've cost at the regular salon I go to. :( Read Less

I am really disappointed. I've been here about 4 times and the ladies that work there are really friendly. However, the lady with the clip board at the front desk is rude and cold. Also, the quality of work they do is not that great. Today, I tried to ask the lady to clean up the polish a little on my finger nails. The edges looked messy and there was nail polish on my skin around the nails. There was a language barrier, so I went to let the lady at the front desk know and she just said "ok", but did not offer to relay the message or to try to have it fixed. She brushed me off and collected my payment. I won't be going there again....and lady at the front desk with the clip board --- not sure what your role is since you are never actually doing nails when I come in -- but if you're supposed to be a greeter of some sort, you might want to try to be friendly. went one time for a manni (cause you know gotta keep have good looking hands)and was greeted right away. super nice and friendly. I've never been there before but a girl named Tammy helped me out and she was super nice and sweet. she took her time and made sure i had nice looking nails. i highly recommend going here and asking for Tammy. A friend and I went in since it's in our same plaza from work they have a special on some days where a spa mani pedi is only $29.00 you truly get what u pay for. My manicure was horrible and their nail polish is so old . If you were recommended to this place just trust the bad reviews . They are all CORRECT . And I didn't like the way they ask u to pay before service is completed and then nail techs keep looking at your money after you pay them basically wanting there tips .. will never return and I will let everyone I know how much of a horrible job they did. I'll start off my stating that I give this place 2.5 stars. I used to get my nails done every month, but that stopped long ago. I saw the $29 mani/pedi special, and decided it would be the perfect opportunity to have some girl-time with my friend. As we walked in, the manager (I'm assuming, as she was not dressed like everyone else) greeted us with so much joy. Since a majority of their reviews are based on terrible customer service, I commend them for trying to change their ways. I was very pleased with the way my mani/pedi turned out. My biggest fault is not asking my nail lady for her name because she did such a great job and took her time. She cleaned every cuticle, laughed at my laughter while scrubbing my feet, and thoroughly massaged my arms and legs.The only thing I didn't really like was that towards the end of my mani/pedi, the manager started painting my toes and another person painted my fingernails, so I felt like everything was being rushed. I was a little overwhelmed, too. Especially when I had just barely finished getting my nails done, then a few minutes later the manager flicked a nail to test if it was dry, and just told me to be careful. Though she was somewhat rushing me, she was still very nice and helped me grab my things so I wouldn't mess up a nail. Another strange thing is the approach one of the workers had towards my friend. I guess after the pedi and before starting on the mani, you have to pay. But the lady was rude and her tone was somewhat demanding when she told (and didn't ask) my friend to pay. Will definitely not be going back. I came to this salon because it was near my house. The salon wasn't very inviting. No TV, no music playing. I paid $65 (with tip) for my mani/pedi. I wanted a nice soft pastel pink for Valentines Day/my birthday which was a week away. The color selection wasn't good, they had about 4 pinks to choose from this being the least obnoxious. I took this picture 7 days after getting my nails done. They were cracking, outgrown and had already chipped. They looked awful for Valentines Day. I would definitely NOT recommend this nail salon. I've visited this particular shop several times due to it's convenient location despite their very poor customer service. My last visit solidified my never returning. The woman at the front desk has horrible customer relations and is the least bit welcoming. The nail techs will not go out their way to converse. I came in for a fill and upon paying realized I was charged extra. When I asked why I was charged extra the front desk associate told me it was due to the white nail polish color. I stated that a customer should be told they're  going to be charged extra before providing the service. She told me that my nail technician usually does ask. I explained I was never told of extra charges, she then turns to the nail tech and asked if she explained the extra charge, the nail tech responded with "oh" and a look like I forgot. I was never offered a refund or an apology for not being told of extra charges. There are too many nail shops in the area to bother being ripped off and treated poorly, not to mention the services and quality is lack luster. I had to come to this place because it was the most convenient nail salon to go to while on my lunch break. It was dead! That should have been my first clue. The front desk lady was running back and forth from the front desk to a nail station where she was getting her nails done. Weird! Unprofessional would be an understatement. I'm not sure how this place is still in business, to be completely honest.The lady who did my nails was clueless. She was buffering my nails shorter with some tool that was hitting my finger tips and burning them from the friction. Then she was cleaning my cuticles super rough and four out of my ten nails were bleeding. So I had dried blood/scabs on a few of my cuticles for almost a week after. They were so sore and sensitive for a few days after.Now for the zombie who did my pedicure. I usually try to always get the best most expensive pedicure because I want the full treatment. This one was 48 dollars and was one of the biggest rip offs of life. You would think since the place was dead and she saved all the energy of the day for my cute little feet, that she would give it her all, right?! Nah! This lady was "massaging" my calves with no effort. She looked depressed and was zoning out. It's like hello lady, anyone home? Snap out of it! I didn't pay 48 dollars for your half ass treatment. It was a pathetic pedicure. The lady either needed a nap or a 40 oz of Redbull.No lie, it was sad. It was the worst manicure and pedicure of all time and at the end I just felt sorry for the two ladies. I ended up tipping them really well out of sheer pity. Not to mention, the front desk lady tried hustling me into gel polish as if I wanted to spend one more dime on this place. Um...no! Ok so let me start off by saying I have been getting gel manicures for years, and I know when a place knows what there doing compared to a place that don't. This place "happy nails" made me leave miserable.I decided to get a gel manicure while I waited for my dog to get groomed other wise trust and believe I would have went to the place I normally go to. My wife and I happened to be shopping nearby and noticed this salon across the parking lot from where we were (at Trader Joes).  She wanted to get her eyebrows done but when we got there, we noticed that the place was closed, however, the front door was open and someone was inside cleaning.  When we walked in, a lady said that even though they were closed, they would be happy to help.  My wife was taken to the back, had her eyebrows done, and was very happy with the service.Thanks for the excellent customer service and for helping my wife after hours!  She will be back. I always get my nails done and I decided to go to this place because I got a gift certificate at this place. All of the workers DO NOT know how to do nails, all of them were inexperienced. At one point, I had to tell the worker how to do my own nails. There was about 7 workers and all of them would just stare at the person doing my nails and they would practice on each other. Maybe its over priced because all of their equipment they use on me were new and are suppose to give them to me when there finished, well the girl next to me did! But since all of these inexperienced workers were practicing on each other they kept taking all of the nails files they were using on me and used it on themselves.My nails didn't even last 2 weeks! Save your money or take your business elsewhere because $30 for a full set at Happy Nails is not worth it, you can get a full set and a pedicure for that much else where with better service. Read Less
