It wasn’t a good experience. The tech did not cut my nails before starting. She charged me so much for a simple color with no design. & on top of that, she had made one of my nails crooked. I wouldn’t recommend this & i definitely won’t be returning.

I love this place! They always do a great job. I have been coming here since their grand opening. The staff is so nice and they give a great foot massage.

I didn't have a positive visit here. It seemed I was assigned to someone new. She did a bad job cutting my nails which resulted in someone else needing to assist. The polish job wasn't any better. Aga...
I didn't have a positive visit here. It seemed I was assigned to someone new. She did a bad job cutting my nails which resulted in someone else needing to assist. The polish job wasn't any better. Again someone else had to help clean up the smudges around the nails and in doing so my toe was clipped causing it to bleed a great deal. I paid and left with a bad pedi and bloody toe.

Got a pedicure and was pleased overall, except the girl cut my big toe twice removing cuticle and put that green stuff on to stop bleeding. 2 days later toe was leaking pus and swollen. Had to get ant...
Got a pedicure and was pleased overall, except the girl cut my big toe twice removing cuticle and put that green stuff on to stop bleeding. 2 days later toe was leaking pus and swollen. Had to get antibiotics from Dr for skin infection. Will never go back!

The guy who did my nails didn't do a good job. I showed him a photo of how I wanted mine done and they didn't look at all the same. He insisted on the colors he wanted and not what I wanted and on one...
The guy who did my nails didn't do a good job. I showed him a photo of how I wanted mine done and they didn't look at all the same. He insisted on the colors he wanted and not what I wanted and on one finger he did a triangle shape instead of a heart without asking. For the glitter he didn't use gel he used another nail polish for the glitter and it looked bad. Not happy at all. For pedicures they're good. Just don't let the gentleman do it. I probably will never be back.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed here and I trusted one of the ladies there that she would know how to do it. She does not have her liscense to be waxing eyebrows. One turned out really short. Horrible...

After I brought the sloppyness to his attention he grunted & acted like he was fixing the problem but kept it the same. As if that wasn't bad enough when I go to pay the lady tells me it's $3.00 more because he decided to add something else onto my nails WITHOUT asking me!!!!VERRY UNPROFESSIONAL & BAD Customer Service!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to NO ONE!!!!
