AMAZING SERIVICE!!!!! First time here! Let me tell you it's hard to find a good nail spot around Eastvale/ Chino area. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and ask what I would like. Carol did an awsome job on my Gel Manicure. Definitely going to her for all my nail work. Linh did my spa pedi she was amazing. Took her time, made sure I was always comfortable and happy. First time here.  Hit traffic on the way home so my normal place was closed already. Yelp late openers and this place popped up. Pros:  open late, accommodating without appointment. Not being rushed even there's others waiting. Detailed and friendly. The lady whom did my mani had strong hands as her message my arms at the end was quite relaxing. Cons: small space, dust at places, not enough selection of good nail polish. The lady whom gave me the pedi spent 3 mins "smoothing" my legs as there's no effort or pressure when she was only going up and down, maybe she's just rubbing the lotion in?I paid 51.00 for a gel mani (27.00) and pedi with callus removal (24.00). AMAZING SERVICE: RosaI was looking for a good nail spot in the area and came across this nail salon. I found them on yelp. Siri pulled them up when I asked for a nail salon that was close by. When I called to ask when they closed the lady said, "what would you like to come in for?" She was extremely accommodating, even when they were closing in 30mins. She said, "honey we will take care of you." Upon arrival, they were all very sweet, inviting, and friendly. They went above and beyond with customer service. For my services, I received a pedi and a callus remover. The owner, Rosa, was very accommodating. She was the one who I had my service with. Rosa gave me an extra long massage, without me even asking, and a scrub. Overall, amazing customer service and great shop presence with cleanliness. I would definitely go back! :) Read Less

One of the worst nail salons I have ever been to.  When you first walk in, it looks like a nice place to get your nails done, but looks can be deceiving. When you really take time to look around, everything is really dirty and unkempt.  The tech that I did my nails tried many times to convince me to get a gel acrylic set but I was unsure of how the nails I would I come out so I wasn't comfortable paying a lot...I've had major issues with finding good nail salons and I've paid upwards of $60 for an acrylic set and ended up taking the nails off days later because they were just unacceptable and I couldn't walk around like that for 2 weeks...She finally accepted that I didn't want gel and began doing my nails.  All of the tips she used were too wide for my nails beds and instead of her taking the time to file them down or choose smaller sized tips, she just glued them to my skin.  I was very unhappy with my nails because the white tips were all different lengths and I had to ask her to fix the middle finger about 6 times before she made it look somewhat like the other ones but in the end it was still longer than all the other nails.I kept them on as long as I could because of the fact that they were glued to my skin but I took them off the minute they started lifting.  Now I'm dealing with ripped skin, split nails, shredded cuticles and ingrown nails that I can't remove because of how sore my fingers are around the nail beds.  My mom also got her nails done here with me.  She said the pedicure was the best she's had in a while - for some reason a lot of salons haven't been giving the quick foot masssges before painting like they usually do.  So she appreciated that.  But she said she hated her nails and would never go back there...I would never return to or recommend this nail salon even if it was the last one on earth.
