Terrible service. Zero communication between employees and bad customer service. Went in to have my nails filled called before and was told to come in. Get there and am told to sit down for a pedicure. Then I ask who is going the fill. They say no one. We are closed can’t yoi come back tomorrow. I said no , that’s why I asked you when i called If you have some one to do it. All the while they are both playing on their phones. So sorry for them not getting my money ANYMORE. On my third visit to this place and this happens!! I got a gel manicure and the color is supposed to be purple (mixed berries to be exact). My nails are now two colors. It looks like an ugly, muddy French mani!! I came back 3 days after my manicure and I'm told that I will be charged to fix this problem because the dude (MK) that did the mani wasn't available till Friday. Really??? I have an event on Thursday and I need this fixed asap! Well, they would charge me to get it fixed. And, they coped an attitude about it!! It's their product that's messed up yet I have to pay because the guy who took the commission is not here to fix it ?!?!? ‍No. I don't think so. They prefer to lose a customer and get a bad review instead of just fixing the problem. If I have to dish out money I will gladly do it somewhere else!! All they had to do was re-polish my nails. My friend asked for coffin they gave her square, and they when she told her they weren't shaped as should be the lady doing her nails went crazy. My friendsaid they weren't what she wanted! She told me to see them and she wasn't kidding those were square and they charge extra  for coffin shape so I told the lady doing her nails something. Should have read the other reviews before going here. I called to make an appointment and inquired about their sanitizing procedures. Was told that all tools are cleaned and sanitized between customers. A fresh set is used for each customer. My mom said lots of the senior ladies come here so we decided to give it a try. Upon entering we were walked back to the pedicure chairs and seated. Immediately they start the massage motor on high tapping speed. You can barely sit in your chair due to the pounding on your back. I turned my chair off and another manicurist turned it back on telling me it's "good massage, relieve stress."  The water was cold. I asked for warmer temp but they left it at cold. The tools appeared to come from a clean envelope. The technician was very good. When it came time to polish I had to ask for a base coat. She appeared confused but finally gave in. The polish came out perfect. For some reason the minute the back beating massager stoped someone would turn it on again. While my polish was drying I watched one technician wipe her tools down with the towel she just used to wipe lotion off a client's leg and place them in the blue envelopes. This is becoming a common occurrence with nail salons.  Another technician was explaining to a client that she was not a citizen and was having trouble getting her green card and needed referrals. She was asking each client for a letter to show someone. Most of the clients were first timers. They would have gotten more stars if they actually cleaned the tools. I was able to see 4 different techs clean their tools with towels used on previous clients/t-shirt they were wearing.  They also have a back room for waxing. That was the most disgusting part of the salon. The sheet on the table was filthy, it was not changed. Eternal clients. They did not use fresh sticks to place wax on the clients, just used the stick on top of the wax pot that was used on the prior client  Won't be going back. Just left Enjoy nails &a Spa in Chino!  Had the worst experience that I ever had.. I was there for the first time on Saturday because my friend highly recommend them.. I had two nails break since then and went back today to have them repaired. I waited 30min and when I finally got asked to sit on desk #7 the girl who sits there was extremely rude and was upset because she had to repair my nails.  She threw the nail color at me and said what color do you have? I told I'm not sure and will look.  As she was repairing my nails that I could not look at the colors because she keep pulling my hands. I finally told her to let me look for the color and she said I know the color but when she was done it was the wrong color. I complain to her and she said that's the right color and my color from Saturday faded.  And that I should have known the color!!! I'm the Customer and should they want to help you pick the color instead of rushing you because it was almost closing time!! When I complain to anther girl she as well said well you should have known the color. No respect but they are here in our country living like kings and you have the Audacity to treat us Americans like we're trash!! If it wasn't for us who love to have our nails done you wouldn't be working!! I hope that people do read my complaint and take into consideration what type of unprofessional and rude staff they have. It's truly sad that 1 bad apple can ruin it for the rest of the staff. Now I have to wait until tomorrow and complain to the owner so they can fix my my color because she was not there, not that I want to go back but I paid for the repair and should have never been treated in the manner that I was. I love coming here and although I do seem some bad reviews I haven't had those issues. I feel like they are always putting work into my nails and always get a great pedi as well. Very friendly. Only problem is that the prices are a bit high but this is my go to spot just because I love how they do my nails and toes and it's a clean and nice environment as well :) Read Less

Got gel nail polish in the last two visits. Both times gel starts cracking and feeling off within a week. They said if it happened again to come back. So I did they said they were busy, if I remembered who did them ? And the last thing they said was that it's no guarantee after a week. Not to mention they were taking about me in their language. This is a cute little salon with very friendly staff. I've been to several nail salons in the area and this is by far the best. The owner (or manager) was up at the front desk when I came in, she suggested polishes and showed me the newest colors. The place was very clean and comfortable. Really nice experience overall. First off I only came here because my mother had gotten a gift certificate for my daughter's birthday. I decided to get mine done since I was taking her. I have a usual place but why go to two spots? Anyhow, after already setting up the appointment I was still asked after I arrived what I wanted, they clearly didn't write in my appointment. We were rushed to sit in the chairs that had no protection in the bowl which maid me weary - mind you the place was empty besides 3 other customers-  however we were still rushed. The $13 pedi was quick it felt like it should have been a $5 one. The lady rubbed my legs up and down twice and moved on. She slapped on my nail polish and I kid you not was done in like 7 mins. The lady doing my full set was obviously in a mood, she threw my hands around like I slept with her man or at least wore the same outfit. I mean I started to get angry. Meanwhile, my daughter was in her chair getting her mani and pedi. I specifically said no gel but guess what?! They did gel and added on flowers and designs with out my knowing. While the lady finished up my nails I kept looking like is she going to fix it? I asked for almond and they clearly look round and she lathered on the gel polish not allowing for the allotted time to dry. At one point I kept my hands in the full 60 seconds and it was if I was yanking her arm. When all was said and done I took a look at my nails and thought what the heck?! She's not getting a good tip. Because I like to tip well when a job is well done. We went up to the counter and she told me my total was $79!!!! I couldn't believe it! I asked her to break it down for me. She explained my daughter had a mani pedi plus it was gel and she had designs and flowers so her total was $33! For a gel mani pedi! On little 9 year old girl with tiny finger nails! My set was 25 because of almond cut (not really) plus gel and pedi came out to $46 outrageous, no designs basic all around, hell they were even short. Needless to say I had a very bad experience. I always like how Danny does my nails. He's fast and always gets my pointy shape right. And he even cuts away my cuticles after each fill. They have lots of gel as well as regular colors. PLUS they are open way later than most! Read Less

OMG! This place is definitely scratched off from places I will regularly visit! It's a shame since the location was convenient since I work just across the street. But hated this place, way over priced and not worth it. The sad part is that they have plenty of hidden fees they don't tell you up front what they will be doing and charging you for but when you leave its like six of you got work done. The lady (her name was mommy) who did my pedicure was watching the TV the whole time, she painted my toes like a 5 year old who can't stay in the lines, scrubbed my feet literally in 10 seconds and in slow motion like she was falling asleep. When done she massaged me like she was poking my feet literally with two fingers for like 15 seconds!!!! WILL NEVER come here again.. these people are crooks!!! do not go here!! i got a full set which is $18 and a wax $8 which totals $26. but they charged me $44!! my nails are horrible. theres no shine to them and theyre too long, i asked him to file them n he said no... wtf do you mean no? lol then i said i wanted an eyebrow wax and the woman did it in like 30 secs while i was getting my nails done at the same time. my eyebrows dont even look the same. they charged my sister $28 for super short nails, didnt have her wash her hands at all, but they made me wash mine, and squirted the oil on her wrists not her nails. then just dusted them off and started painting. that was not a $28 job. do not go here people, you will get robbed. Just moved to the city and I decided to Come here for the first time and got Ben as my nail guy. Very friendly and my nails came out great along with my eyebrows. On point. The place is clean and the staff is very attentive. If you get acrylics, ask for Ben. Hes greaat!!! Read Less

Love getting a spa pedicure here. The massage chairs are the best. It's not like one of those massage chairs that just shakes and vibrates. You can actually function the massage from a remote. They have different pedicure options. I also like the amount of acrylic powder they use on the nails. This place is great for a nice simple nail, nothing too crazy. This place is good depending on who you get. My pedicures last about 3 weeks which is good. Their foot massage has gone from a actual relaxing massage to a mare rub. The past 3 times I came in they are out of the color i wanted, wasn't very happy about that. Also, the ONE time I decided to get fake lashes I ended up regretting it, they didn't last and started falling off that same day. Not worth the 50 dollars i paid. Not a good/professional place.  I specifically scheduled here 1 day ahead for $50 lash extensions & drove to them from another city..when I got there I asked for a pedicure also. In the middle of my pedicure i ask when will you start the lashes and all the ladies laugh & tell me "oh sorry the lash lady wont be coming today" I lost it... because they didn't bother to call and tell me or even tell me while i was there I had to ask and that was the whole point of me driving there. I was desperate to find a place to get a fill on a Friday night, that wasn't too busy.  The quoted 15 minute wait turned into 25 minutes.  The girl that did my nails did not  wash her tools after servicing another girl's nails before me.  Eww.  She only put one coat of top coat, when other places usually put two.   I had to ask for the cuticle oil before washing my hands, because she didn't even offer it.  Also the next day, on some of the nails, you could totally see the old growth line, where it wasn't blended/filed enough.  The fill was $13.  Cheap, but you certainly get what you pay for.  Never returning here.(The bf had his first ever pedicure (total $20) here too.  He said it was "ok".  He didn't like the fact the it cost $5 extra for "callous remover"...since why else would you get your feet done?!
