I have been going to this place for a while now, and I highly recommend Amy's nails to everyone.... I have gotten my nails done by different manicurists at this place and they "all" do a good job..... But, as for the last few months I have been getting my nails done by Mary, she is absolutely wonderful, and she is my number #1 person to go to.... She always listens to my needs and knows exactly what I like. The place is super clean, Amy and her husband (the owners) are very accommodating and super nice, they truly take good care of their customers and make you feel welcome every time, whether you have an appointment or not, also whether or not you are an established customer or a first time customer.... I highly recommend this place to anyone, I think this is my third "good review" over the last year, I am a very satisfied customer and I wouldn't go anywhere else but Amy's.... Sunday morning I got my nails done with Mary and I am so in love!She's so experienced and knowledgeable about everything to do with nails!I bite my nails and usually get acrylics, but I try to go for a natural look as if they were my own nails. Mary made the acrylics look so natural even I was surprised. They're perfectly thin and narrow, exactly how I like them.I live in west la, but every time I visit my family in Chino Hills I'll be sure to go and see Mary. Totally recommend! Thanks so much Mary! Walked in, was asked uf I wanted gel or regular manicure. I replied "regular". The lady seemed disappointed. She motioned for me to sit and she proceed to the back of the salon where she stayed for a couple of minutes. She came out and to drag a white cart over to another client, where she tended to her needs. All of this while I sat and waited for her. So I took my money and left. I will never return! Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone-or at least not the woman I had. She barely spoke any English and maintained an attitude the entire time. She was very aggressive with my hands and accidentally cut me, but instead of apologizing she demanded that I stopped moving even though it was her hand that slipped. I gave her a picture to follow and she decided to do her own style and left globs of gel on my nails. I will definitely not be back. We have been customers for going on 3 years and love them! They have always been courteous and friendly. They definitely want to give you the best experience possible. i went infor a regular mani and pedi but the guy upsale me to a gel manicure. im glad he did. its been 3 weeks but my gel color still looks good. i also got an express facial for $28. worth every penny. will come back for more gel colors. Read Less
