Went to get my nails taken off because they were horribly done from another place. The guy convinced me to get a fill and he would fix them. I went along with it and omg looks like a brand new set!!! I normally just get my pedicures here but I will for sure be returning for my acrylic needs.

I got a fill for the first time with this set and a day later 2 popped off. I asked for the nails to be square and they were no where near being straight.

The salon is located in the Jack in the Box plaza. The chairs don't seem worn or old, contrary to some reviews. However, they STILL don't sterilize their tools - is this even legal? Their regular poli...
The salon is located in the Jack in the Box plaza. The chairs don't seem worn or old, contrary to some reviews. However, they STILL don't sterilize their tools - is this even legal? Their regular polish color selection is very unimpressive and there were only about 5 OPI colors, the rest were no-name brands. When I asked to see the gel colors to use on a regular mani, I got a lot of push back and attitude. My nail turned out to have bubbles on them. They charge extra $1 for credit card. Additionally, the whole store smells like nail polish - they should work on the ventilation of this place, I'm choking here. Won't be coming back.

I live in Los Angeles but came to visit my parent's in Chino Hills. I needed a mani/pedi and my mom recommended this place. WOW! Amazing service. They made me feel like a queen! The place is VERY clean and they do a great job and really take their time on your nails. I will definitely be a regular here. Shout out to Steve and Julie! Thank you!

Been coming here for years. It's a small business. Nothing fancy and prices are reasonable. I'd rather much go to a small place like this than a large busy nail salon.

It's a no frills place. However the service for my daughter and I for a pedicure was excellent. They did an awesome job on my tired feet - excellent treatment for cracked and dry skin. Perfect polish....

Perfect polish. My daughter had flowers on hers. The staff were so nice. It was our first time there and I will for sure be a return customer!Good local find.

I came in wanting a full set with Gel. Very welcoming environment, Steven did my nails very nice. But communication was a little difficult. I wanted stiletto nails but he said Coffin nails would look better and I was satisfied from the look of it in the end. I think my nails were too long for my taste. I had to go over my nails again because they weren't filed correctly.

My boyfriend and I came in due to the great reviews. My boyfriend got a pedicure and I got a full set and a pedi. Pedicures were nice - but not for $25. The $25 spa pedi includes the callous removal and a sea salt scrub. The callous removal made my foot bleed because she scrubbed too hard. On the other hand, my boyfriend said his callouses weren't thoroughly scrubbed at all. Some areas of his heels are as if they weren't scrubbed at all while other areas were scrubbed so raw he said it hurt to walk. I'm happy with my pedicure. Extra $5 for French tips which is not unheard of and they're well done. As far as my full set goes, I'm very disappointed. The polish application is sloppy. The polish used wasn't allowed to dry completely after the first coat. Not only are there bubbles, but closer to my cuticles you can certainly tell the second coat wasn't applied as carefully. I showed this to my pedicurist as the man who did my manicure had to take a phone call. The pedicurist said she could fix them but I'd be charged an extra $10 even though a polish change is listed on their menu as $5. When I pointed this out, she said it would cost more because it was gel, even though she had JUST watched the manicurist use regular polish. She also added she'd have to have me wait about 20 minutes even though there was only one other guest in the salon and he was already being attended to. I had to go to work so I elected to go to Tipy Toes today to get em fixed. Additionally, one of the tips was too small for my middle finger and it POPPED off underneath the powder and polish. I didn't hit it on anything. It literally snapped on its own while I was sitting down. Unfortunately I won't be coming back! I'm so sad to have had a bad experience here - the reviews are so good!

Went to get my nails taken off because they were horribly done from another place. The guy convinced me to get a fill and he would fix them. I went along with it and omg looks like a brand new set!!! I normally just get my pedicures here but I will for sure be returning for my acrylic needs.

The salon is located in the Jack in the Box plaza. The chairs don't seem worn or old, contrary to some reviews. However, they STILL don't sterilize their tools - is this even legal? I wanted stiletto nails but he said Coffin nails would look better and I was satisfied from the look of it in the end. I think my nails were too long for my taste. I had to go over my nails again because they weren't filed correctly.
