Tina is one of the best if you are looking for an acrylic set. I have gone to her for over a year now and she always listens to what I want, gives suggestions for what I may be describing or if I just don't know what to do next. She is also very gentle. I went to another nail tech there ONCE and got the middle of my real nail ripped off along with my acrylic. TINA is the way to go

I like coming here because they take me late in the evening and still take their time. Kelly does my acrylics and she is awesome. Still haven't found a person I like with my pedicure so I usually ask for whoever is available. This place is pricier from what I read on the other reviews about $30 for a gel manicure and my acrylics with a regular pedicure will run me about 50 bucks and about 60 when I am putting a fresh set. Plus tip.

I have been visiting Chino Hills for 5 weeks this summer, and went here twice. I made an appointment both times. Each time when I arrived they were ready for me immediately & were very friendly. The first time I had my nails done they looked amazing for a long time. The only reason I went back yesterday (8/16), was because I am heading back to Pennsylvania & will be incredibly busy & I wanted to take a little bit of California back with me. Hopefully, I will get back this way again next summer, & if time allows I will definitely stop back & have my nails done again! Thank you ladies!!

Nothing special about this place.Just asked to get my acrylics removed for my job and came out with sensitive, roughed up nails. The process was painful and rough because she removed my acrylics by scraping off the majority of it and jamming another acrylic in between my real and fake nail. Definitely hit the skin around my nail a few times. Payed $10 for the removal.

Came here with my sister to relax. But instead they stressed us out. Before you start talking shit about your customers make sure they don't understand you in Vietnamese. They would point out which customers are cheap and how they looked. They are very dirty! The used cotton to remove my polish, they threw it into my pedi water while my foot was soaking. Highly don't recommend them. they don't appreciate and deserve anyone business.

They don't understand what does "appointment" means!! I like Holly, she is very professional and nice. However; they booked the appointment with the wrong person so I had to drive back after an hour last month. Yesterday; I made a phone call at 1:23 then double check the appointment with right person AND right time.....HOWEVER; front desk lady told me that they DID NOT WRITE IT DOWN when I just showed up at 9:30! And they asked me to come back AGAIN at 11:00...... Horrible scheduling .... even TWICE!!

The pricing was quite expensive for regular acrylic nails. Their nail polish selection were mostly gel but I just wanted regular polish. The nail polishes were kinda dry and tacky so I had to pick a different color one after the other before getting a right polish with a right consistency and color pay off. I've been in this salon twice and this would be my third. I deducted 2 stars bc of the nail polishes they had and the wait time even though I booked an appointment. And also, I ended up having gel polish on my nails without the light that's why the outcome looks wrinkled.

I only see Vivian and Annie. I love their work, so that's why I come backs They don't understand what it means to have an appointment. The owner is a douche. I made an appointment and they had me wait half an hour. I made another one two weeks later and he said oh your late it's hard for us to wait if you make an appointment. My reply was well two weeks ago you had me wait half an hour so I guess we are even. He rushes his workers which causes them to do a mediocre job at best. The best time to go is when they open.

I have been visiting Chino Hills for 5 weeks this summer, and went here twice. I made an appointment both times. Each time when I arrived they were ready for me immediately & were very friendly. The first time I had my nails done they looked amazing for a long time. The only reason I went back yesterday (8/16), was because I am heading back to Pennsylvania & will be incredibly busy & I wanted to take a little bit of California back with me.
