I never usually leave bad reviews for places, but I feel I should here. I walked in on a Saturday morning. They say they take walk-ins. I understand there will be times I have to wait. No worries. But they turned me away saying they didn't have time to do my gel manicure because I currently had gel on my fingers. I wasn't asked to wait. I wasn't asked to come back later. Loved my experience here for mani pedi it's always wonderful. I got the gel mani and spa pedi. They do it at the same time while you are in your massager chair. First time getting an eyebrow wax here with Christine. I was amazed. I always feel like I have a funky difficult to shape brows cause they naturally wanna be asymmetric but she rocked it. Just moved to chino hills this week and decided to give this place a shit since it is down the street from my house. They did an okay job on my gel mani, there are some imperfections but my pedicure smudged the same day...even with sandals what a waste of money on the pedicure. When I got the extra 10 minute for the massage I feel like the lady zoned out and didn't really care about what she was doing. I can't believe they charge five dollars per nail for a design. I didn't ask for an elaborate design...just a line on each nail. A minimalist- geometric type of design that I saw on Pintrest. Who pays $50 for a design on top of the cost of the manicure??!! Ridiculous. Never going back. I warned my family about this place. This place is amazing but always very busy all the time. Most of the time they are booked and the wait for a walk-in is really long so if you are planning on getting your nails done here make sure to make an appointment a head of time. Woman who did my nails wasn't very friendly but she was fast and did them right. It was really annoying how she kept pushing me to get gel polish for my acrylic too. I told her no (and I'm not joking) about five    times until she finally gave up.First she asked if I wanted gel and I said no and she would continue throughout to say that gel was better because it lasts longer (which I'm obviously aware of because my last set was with gel and she removed it for me). She also asked me why I didn't  want gel and I literally told her because I just didn't want it and she just frowned the whole time. Her last attempt was telling me gel takes forever to dry and I'm sitting here thinking like lady it's not my problem, I will stick my hand out my car window on the way home just do my nails how I want them done! I payed with credit card and upon handing her the card she asked me if I was going to pay tip with my credit card. LOL. And I told her no because I usually pay tip with cash. Overall I spent around $29 for a full set with polish including tip. Very unprofessional. I go to nail spas to relax not to be badgered throughout my nail service whether I want gel or not. First time visiting this place and it was super crowded (they have some great ladies who do amazing nails!).  Love the way my nails look, but they butchered my cuticles! I was a walk in client. When I arrived I was greeted and asked what service I wanted. Then directed to pick out a color. All standard stuff for any nail salon. My wait was maybe 5 minutes before I was directed to a chair. I was immediately handed a very think menu asking which pedicure I wanted. After looking it over, I picked the $32 one. The pedicure itself wasn't bad, but not really worth $32. Nothing special above any other pedicure I had in the $20 price range. Their tools appeared clean. They lined each tub with a plastic liner, but when clients were done, there was no sanitizing or wiping down done. During my pedicure, the technician poked and prodded at my toe nails until I was bleeding. I've never bled before while getting a pedicure. After seeing how they clean, I'm just hoping and praying I don't get an infection. As I walk up to pay, there is a big sign that says cash discount. I was paying cash, but wasn't offered or given a discount. All in all... I don't think I'll go back or recommend them to anyone due to how they dont clean between clients. Read Less

Came across this place while I was getting a car wash and figured why not kill 2 birds with one stone get a Mani/pedi while my car was getting washed boy was that a bad idea. The lady that was doing my manicure was poking so much into my big toe she made it bleed and just looked up and smile, well lady all your poking caused an infection and puss oozing out of my big toe!  I just left my podiatrists office and my big toe is infected and the dr put me on a 7 day antibiotic. Great place I really love the vibe it brings with the excellent location right next to the shoppes. The manager and technicians are really nice and always have a great attitude. Would definitely recommend this to anyone in the greater chino hills area to try out. Their nails are high quality and durable stays on for quite some time and highly recommend getting a gel pedicure and manicure. 1st time here... super picky .  Came in fairly late (6pm) on a Monday and only waited a few minutes.  Too hot inside for my liking.. needs AC.  Christine (or maybe Christina.. hard to understand under the face mask?) did a very good job on my fills today. DO NOT GO HERE. I wanted a full set of acrylics and the front lady told me it costs $26. I sat down and the lady doesn't trim my nails AT ALL and started VERY VERY MESSILY AND UNCARINGLY smothering glue all over my nails and put on the fake nails. With all the fake nails already on, she asks me if I want long and shaped acrylics, and obviously my answer is yes (who gets acrylics that are short and square?). AND SHE TELLS ME IT IS $36, $5 more for long and $5 more for shape. I HAD TO SAY OKAY FINE because she already put the nails on me, what choice did I have? Then, she began to shape and she clipped my nails really long, but I said wait actually I would like short. And she looks at me with the most rude face and says that it will look ugly and the shape will look bad. So I said never mind. But I changed my mind once more and said can I get short because my mom wouldn't like extremely long nails, AND SHE PUTS EVERYTHING DOWN, SITS BACK ON HER CHAIR, AND SIGHS AT ME. She looks at me with the most annoyed face and asks "So what? Long or short?" and finally I just go with long. I ask for yellow nail polish so the color was sheer and she put 5 COATS and she looked very annoyed while doing it, and when she was done, she kept on repeating "I did FIVE coats. FIVE" and what was I supposed to do? Say sorry? I then go home and don't touch anything for 2 hours and when I touch my nail lightly with my finger, the ENTIRE POLISH MOVES. It still was not dry and one of my acrylics didn't fit my finger all the way and was crooked. There was glue also ALL OVER MY UNDERNAIL and it looked horrible. + I paid $36, when the last salon I went to charged $26.OVERPRICED, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND HORRIBLE JOB.Never going here EVER again. This place is clean and well organized with a large selection of colors. I like to get a gel manicure so it lasts long. After choosing the color, I didn't realize they could perfectly match my toes with regular nail polish. It's definitely more pricey than other places I've been to, but you get what you pay for! I had one person work on my toes and another woman work on my hands, which is good if you don't have a lot of time to spend. But they do take their time to accurately groom your nails. My only problem was in choosing a color. Maybe it was just the lighting, but I chose a mauve color and when I went outside and in other indoor bright lighting it looked like a salmon coral color. It only looked mauve when I was in a dim area or inside the nail salon. That's not the store's fault though, I should've been more cautious about that. Read Less

I went in for the mani/pedi combo ($31) and it was amazing!!! They were a tad busy with appts but still worked me in pretty quickly. The pedicure was perfect, they used hot stones and I loved it. Ok so this is my first yelp review and I feel like I NEED to warn customers: This place is TERRIBLE, the people that work there especially Nancy are absolutely rude and don't even pretend to hide the fact they are talking about you in their language, but let's put customer service aside, a gel manicure and regular pedicure is 46$ and for that price I expected quality, my gel chipped in 3 days and started cracking, I went back and asked if I could just change the color, they gave me Nancy again and not surprised she was incredibly rude and if I even tried to move my legs she would start getting mad and then charged me 15$ to change the color since the first job was so poor, and was upset that I didn't tip, so I paid 61$+tip from first visit, it was. Came here for a regular mani pedi. They did an awesome job listening to my request for what shape and the length that I wanted. Something that annoyed me is that my manicurist demanded for tip. I always tip anyways but I feel like demanding for it is kinda rude. Also, the photos of the service prices on Yelp are outdated because when I got there I have noticed that most of the prices went up so I was kind of disappointed there. Really awesome customer service! Just recently moved to the area and wanted to see if I could squeeze in a manicure (I broke two nails at work so it was much needed). I called at 5:45 pm to see if I could walk in and they said they could fit me in, and they even saved a nail tech for me. Annie did my gel manicure and she was very detailed. I got a gel mani-pedi. The worst attitude from the woman that did my nails. I don't think she understands the basics of etiquette when having a conversation with a customer. She kept reprimanding me for my cuticle growth and dry skin. I felt like I was going to get a time out or a detention. Then the nail job she did looked like I had the polish on for a week or two because she didn't bother to paint the entire nail. Finding a place where you can go and leave pleased with their services. Tracy is my favorite for pedicures, lasts for weeks. Anyone who does your nails, you'll get a great job done. Gel nails last for up to 4 weeks! They take their time and they're very nice and friendly. Always help you quickly. Wait time is very short. So I was looking for a nail place near by and not as bad as the one I used to go to. Then I saw this place on yelp. What impressed me in the first place was that this spa actually has a website that I can look up the basic price without physically going to the place. I made an appointment the same day which was pretty sweet as well.  The place is next to a car wash. If you are having a hard time finding it, just make a left turn when you see the car wash place(or California Pizza Kitchen across the street).Then you make a left in the parking lot, it is next to It's Bobatime. Called in last minute to come in and get a sculpted, acrylic set, matte black with two fingers on each hand glitter ombre (there is a photo posted). I didn't think they would have time to fit me in since it was just a bit more than an hour before closing but they were able to get me in. I don't get my nails done often but when I do, I am very particular about how they are done and the finished product. Kelly not only created a beautiful set of sculpted acrylic nails, but she also took the time to clean up the edges, underneath, make sure that I was happy and comfortable, and even filed the edges perfectly smooth. When painting my nails she listened to exactly what I wanted, which was very specific, and even painted the edges of the acrylic nails. Kelly spent so much time and paid so much attention to detail that I can honestly say that I'll be coming back -- soon -- to see her! As for the shop, it was very spacious, clean, and everyone was super friendly. The prices were very reasonable and I have to say this is probably one of the best nail spas I have gone to. Read Less

Staff is very friendly and Nancy in particular has great customer service. My color didnt turn out quite as dark as I liked and she repainted for me. She was very friendly. I do not think I would try the matte again. Didnt turn out quite the way I liked. Nancy tried two different types of matte coats. Wasnt quite what I wanted but not for lack of effort - think because it was a newer product. Did a nice job on my nails.5 stars for customer service and friendliness- but had to give 4 stars because nails didnt look as dark or as matte as I wanted. Read Less

This place is so expensive and charges for every little damn thing.  The only reason why I came here was because they were open earlier than my regular salon and that it was close to my son's school which I had to get him as soon as I was done. I wanted a gel black manicure that was matte and regular pedicure.  I had gel on already, it's been like a month since I gotten my nails done.  The lady that helped me was an older lady, I had a feeling she was the owner and I was sooooo thankful she talked prices with me before anything really started.  She was taking off my gel first and told me that they charged $10.  Crazzzzzzy, my regular salon doesn't charge me but any other salon would charge like only $5.  Then she continues to say that matte is extra $5 which again I never was ever charged for at my reg salon.  I told her I didn't want to do the manicure/pedicure anymore as it will be over $50 when I can just get it all for $35 at the salon on the other side of the freeway.  She asked about the salon and then started to talk crap about them.  I just ignored her because I was getting annoyed but she was making remarks like they cut the cuticles when doing gel and I told her every salon that I have been to cut my cuticles when they are doing gel.I just didn't like this place and the vibe it gave off.  No thanks.
