I've gone here a few times and have been dissatisfied each time... but would go because it's inexpensive. Last week I went for the last time. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure for my vacation and by Wednesday my manicure was peeling and today (Saturday) I was able to peel them all off. The pedicure polish chipped the day I got them done. It's just not worth it. I don't get my nails done often. The last time was about a year ago so it's a luxury for me... So I'm just sad that I wasted my money. I would have rather paid more and had the job done correctly. Unfortunately I suggest going somewhere else. I know I will from now on....

Waste of time and money. I walked in and they sat me down with someone for a gel manicure ($20) and I asked the lady not to file them down thin and I didn't want a thick layer of polish. She didn't file them down, which I liked. But when it came down to the polish, I guess she was in a rush because she had another client waiting and did a terrible job. Thick, lumpy, and full of air bubbles. They do not properly sterilize their tools!!! Disgusting! While I was under the light she grabbed the tools, and I watched her go to the back sink and just rinse them off and hit them back in her cart. Never again!

By seeing the reviews, didn't expect too much. When I actually came to remove the fake nails and get my manicure done, the lady was so patient and gentally remove the old ones. Got my healthy looking ...
By seeing the reviews, didn't expect too much. When I actually came to remove the fake nails and get my manicure done, the lady was so patient and gentally remove the old ones. Got my healthy looking nails back again with a very cheap price. Nice!!

Dissatisfied with customer service and cleanliness. Will never come back. Got nail take off and took over 30 min after ripping my natural nail off. Came back after for pedicure and made me wait after a given timeframe, staff also not friendly and I was rushed and routine was shortened, it probably took 20 min... horrible. Best place in Chino Hills/Chino is Happy Nails.

They don't clean their tools well. After the nail tech scrubbed the dead skin off my feet, she placed the tool into the water my feet were soaking in, dried it off, and then placed it back in her draw...
They don't clean their tools well. After the nail tech scrubbed the dead skin off my feet, she placed the tool into the water my feet were soaking in, dried it off, and then placed it back in her drawer. When I was done and waiting for my toenail polish to dry, she went and used that same tool on another lady's feet... I was disgusted. I really hope I don't get a toe infection. Also, the tech half-assed the work and didn't thoroughly pay attention to the cuticles on all my toes... only the big toe.

Prices are good , it they need to clean their tools much better. I got a manicure last week , my middle finger got infected . Still taking the puss for it to heal . I also noticed the person who did my toes didn't clean her tools when she started using them on another customer :(

Love the friendly staff but in terms of work, not fond. I got a fill and they didn't clean under my acrylic so now I have gross growth showing under. They also did not clean the extra acrylic under. My friend got new acrylics and one of her nails ended up crooked. They were busy but that shouldn't hinder from quality work. The three stars are because the pedicure was great! They really got rid of a lot of calls leaving my foot smooth! She did a good job on painting my toes and cleaning them too!Paid $37 plus a $5 tip for it all. Got a fill with regular polish and a pedicure with callus remover.

Great attention to detail, took her time, lovely result.She took her time with making me happy,Cleaned up my cuticles beautifully, Making sure I liked my nails. She was so sweet and made conversation. Prices are great too!!! Gel mani was $20, I got a solid color with a glitter accent nail. I've heard gel mani pedi is $25! I've heard great things about holly too.

I've gone here a few times and have been dissatisfied each time... but would go because it's inexpensive. Last week I went for the last time. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure for my vacation and by Wednesday my manicure was peeling and today (Saturday) I was able to peel them all off. The pedicure polish chipped the day I got them done. It's just not worth it. I don't get my nails done often. The last time was about a year ago so it's a luxury for me... So I'm just sad that I wasted my money. Waste of time and money. I walked in and they sat me down with someone for a gel manicure ($20) and I asked the lady not to file them down thin and I didn't want a thick layer of polish. She didn't file them down, which I liked. But when it came down to the polish, I guess she was in a rush because she had another client waiting and did a terrible job. They don't clean their tools well. After the nail tech scrubbed the dead skin off my feet, she placed the tool into the water my feet were soaking in, dried it off, and then placed it back in her drawer. When I was done and waiting for my toenail polish to dry, she went and used that same tool on another lady's feet... I was disgusted. I really hope I don't get a toe infection. Love the friendly staff but in terms of work, not fond. I got a fill and they didn't clean under my acrylic so now I have gross growth showing under. They also did not clean the extra acrylic under. My friend got new acrylics and one of her nails ended up crooked. They were busy but that shouldn't hinder from quality work. The three stars are because the pedicure was great!
