My scheduled appointment was for 3 and I sat there for 45 mins before I got worked on. The massage pedicure chair didn't work and I ended up being there for a pedicure and Manicure for 3.5 hours. The establishment is dirty and the bathroom is in complete shambles. I barley got a massage on my hands and feet because I was rushed. They don't have a debit machine and instead an ATM machine for their customers to pay cash, but the machine charges a fee. However, that machine doesn't work. I was forced to drive to my bank, pull out cash and go back. Being 9 months pregnant sitting that long and having to travel to pay, I was not happy. I have to say though, Lisa did a good job on my feet and did a good callus remover. If you're looking for an establishment that is clean, professional and want a good pamper, this is not the place. Today is the second time I've come in for a pedicure. The service was very good! The quality and detail of the nail technician was excellent. I have tried dozens of nail salons over the years and this truly is the best pedicure for the money that I have received! I don't know about the manicures, but I highly recommend the pedicures. On my third visit for a manicure and pedicure, I had pain in my big toe from ingrown nails.  Hope worked on it and then told me the pain will go away.  After a week and a half still experienced pain. Stopped in, with pain after shopping.  After explaining the problem I was asked if  I wanted a pedicure.  NO all I want is my big toe fixed. Been here a few times now and it's my regular nail place now. Kimmy is my absolute favorite she's so patient and gentle and sweet, I always try to get her. All their ladies are really nice and they're so chatty, it's a nice change from the other places in chino Hills. Trust me when I say this is the best place, I love getting gel and acrylic gel, it always comes out great and I get compliments left and right on them. They are clean, they have a good selection of colors, and they don't double book like some places. I've never made an appointment and no one in my party has ever waited more than 5 minutes to get a chair. Best place! Read Less

Was not pleased with the way my nils turned out. I felt as if the whole service was rushed. I was in and out within 40 min for a full set. To me that's rushed. I'm paying to get serviced and I for me not to like them is not okay. She didn't even take her time to file my nails and make sure they're clean. And gel was super messy. Do not recommend. Read Less

I love this place. Kim and Ven have always been so attentive to me and so welcoming each time I go. I've been going there since 2000 and I haven't changed since. The wait may be long but that should be an indication to how great the service is. Read Less

This nails salon is conveniently located near my house,   I've been here 3 times ,  and each time is worse  than the last,  the place is dirty,  the lamp you place your hands in to dry your nails is Super Filthy!   The ladies never smile....I'm smiling and thanking the older lady doing my nails now........nope ......nothing :(...  Should you decide to visit this place good luck  , she'spretty rough on your hands and feet ,  Ouchie! I am not sure where all the low reviews are coming from for this nail salon. I have been here a few times, always first thing in the morning, and have had a great experience. If you don't show up in the morning they will run behind and they are definitely not fast either. The past few times I was there they did a great job removing the calluses without charging anything additional. They are also good at the leg and foot massage which are the two key areas on how I gauge a nail salon. Of course, the gel colors were on point and I never have had a problem with them peeling or chipping. I will pay more attention next time to check the sanitary conditions as other posters have mentioned. Read Less

I'm so sad this place didn't work out, I tried this place a few weeks back & they were awesome I came without an appointment and they fit me in. My nails looked super nice & the lady was so sweet. I came back a few more times & every time they were super friendly.I did notice however it was kind of dirty, they didn't seem to have any clean instruments. I still got my nails done hoping for the best....I was wrong. My acrylic nail fell off & when I looked at it, my nail had turned GREEN!! This has never happened before so I took all my nails off to check if they were all green.My doctor told me it was a bacterial infection from dirty instruments! I'm very disappointed that this happened && I wouldn't recommend this place at allThe ladies are super nice, but that will not bring me back. Read Less

This place is just a disappointment time after time. The only reason I started coming here is because it was on my way home from work, and they have tons of beautiful gel color options but honestly I will NEVER step foot in here again.  They're unsanitary, I don't even think they have an autoclave in their building, they use the same dirty towels and nail files on all their clients. They're NEVER punctual with their appointment times, and the lady that did my gel manicure was so distracted the entire time that she cut me!  And my polish is so uneven and clumpy, she didn't even bother to properly file my nails or buff them. This is such a great place. Very friendly I go here to get my mani pedi as well as my eyebrows done. They will try to do any design I give them and it always comes out wonderful. I am treated like family whenever i go and I love the gals! Highly recommended! Read Less

Ok so apparently these ladies are very misunderstood because I have never been treated so kindly and with such respect while going to get my nails done. I came to this shop just expecting the same old stuff and left here actually feeling good about myself. I got the works (acrylic nails with gel, pedicure to match my fingernails, eyebrows waxed, very new awesome facial that I can't remember what it's called I will update though, and eyelash extensions) Tina and Monica did all of my work and it took the better part of the day and they were genuinely nice people. Both of them seemed to genuinely care about the work they did and it showed in the results. By the time I actually left this salon I felt as if I had known these ladies for years. I have never been to another walk in nail salon like this and I will never go to another one again as long as my girls are at Nail-T (formerly nail tek They are under new management) That's where I will be. I highly highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a wonderful experience at the nail salon. Oh and one more thing: everything was so clean and sterilized.
