I had a manicure and pedicure done, service was top shelf. The manicurist made some really good recommendations on how to grow my nails and picked out a very flattering color for my gel nails. Didn't have an appointment. Didn't need one, the salon was completely empty. While I was there one other client walked in. She was obviously a regular from their reactions and conversations. I had a gel manicure done. The lady doing my nails did 2 coats and thought that it was good enough, but it was still see through and you could see brush strokes. She applied a 3rd coat. Which did the trick, and made my nail color look even. The manicure itself was ok, nothing special. The gel was $25. Looking at them one day later, they don't look the greatest and I had to clean them up myself. In honesty, they weren't even around the edges, and the paint job looked a little like a kid did it. I've been coming to this salon for over 10 years and love the quality of services I receive for my nails and pedicures. Everyone who works here,  including the owner Tina, Michelle, Lisa, Jon & Crystal are all very friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable during your visit.  They all do an amazing job. Found Diamond Nails on Yelp and my mother and I decided to give them a try on her birthday. It wasn't busy and we were greeted promptly and had a very short weight for pedicures. The older couple running the place were so sweet and took their time giving both of us an amazing pedicure. They were friendly and engaged in conversation. Crystal is amazing! She always does my full set and I have never been disappointed. She keeps my fake nails thin (which is a must) and well shaped. She's younger and definitely is more in touch with what younger women like. She takes her time (which I appreciate) so don't expect to be out in under an hour. She's never cut me. I can usually go about three weeks before I need a fill and that's with no nails falling off (never happens). A+++ for Crystal. She's the reason I continue to return here. Overall, there are several things I would change about the location if I could (professionalism of owner, size, equipment, ambience), but I've never been disappointed or left with a bad experience.Highly highly recommend Crystal! :) Read Less

So this review is not for my pedicure lady she was awesome actually but it was for the way I felt as a client. I decided to come here because they were near my house and I wanted to try them out. I came in and the owner didn't seem to happy, but that's ok. I told them I wanted black seashell acrylic french tips and black regular polish on my toes. They didn't have seashells so I agreed with black glitter/hologram tips. They didn't think I understood or spoke Vietnamese so I heard the two acrylic women go back and forth saying neither of them knew how to do it and were passing me back and forth until one just said "it's ok I'll just do it anyway" and the other one responded "you sure?" And the lady just said yeah yeah I'll just try. So when hearing that it made me feel uncomfortable as I understood the language . I didn't get upset if she didn't know how to do it but when I told her if she couldn't do it I will just do regular polish she just responded "oh yeah yeah I can do it " , now I'm upset I told her I could understand you guys so be honest and she just said "it's ok I do anyway" . Pissed off at this point I just let her do it and it turned out decent. I can honestly say it wasn't my best or worse set but the fact that she was trying made me feel better. Towards the end when my pedicure lady finished she helped me put on my sandals and I was content at this point until the acrylic lady told her in Vietnamese "don't let her look at her nails, In case she sees a mistake because I don't want to fix it" WTHHHHH. I already told you I understood the language and for you to say things like that in front me of me regardless of whether I was viet or not made me upset. And secondly these people pass around customers as if they don't need customers. If it wasn't for my pedicure lady I would give this place 1 star for treating customers like we need them. Unfortunately for the dissatisfaction of this visit I will no longer be returning. And I don't mean for this review to recommend people to not come , trust me I understand my mom is a nail tech for 10 years and I'm very sympathetic towards nail techs...but this is uncalled for.
