Went to this Nail Salon in spite of Yelp not having glowing reviews. I'm new to the area, and was looking for a nail shop close to my new home. I girls were so nice and accommodating I was also looking to get Crome polish witch I found there ( please see picture) Heidi did a great job I love the way my nails came out. This was my second time here at this place. I find that the main lady maybe she is the owner. She is "RUDE". The first time, I came here it was ok, but I thought I'd give it another try since it was local for me and my girlfriend. The lady who did my manicure today did a horrible job. I wanted to cry. I know even if I complain she probably will not redo it for me and talk in her native language cursing me out. I remember clearly 2 months ago I paid $39 and went today she said it is $41. If I had the option to select 0 stars I would!!!!! I arrived to the nail salon at 9:45 a.m. Shockingly they were not open!!! The lights were off and doors were locked. The hours of operation are 9:30-7:00 pm. The reason why I am so furious is because this is the SECOND time I have when they were suppose to be "open" and they were not. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau this afternoon. As I was leaving the nail technicians were getting out of their car. When I asked them about their business hours they ignored me and continued to walk past me!!! I'm done..... talk about unprofessional... Deluxury nails does a great job at shaping nails, they always look almost perfect! This is my go to nail salon because they have great service with reasonable prices. The only problem is the staff is a little quiet but it also shows they concentrate on the customer's nails. I highly recommend visiting! Read Less

I tried this place once before when they first opened. I remember it being super expensive but you get what you pay for. I remember my pedi being ahhhmazing. It's cool cause they time your massage so you know you're not getting cheated. So anywho, went back today because it's close plus I'm not a fan of the other two places on soquel and I remember how great my pedi was from a few years ago. I walked in and I swear I thought it was nicer before when I first went. It's a new strip mall. New location so I was wary that it didn't look cleaner and simply nicer. It looked older and worn down. They definitely need to upkeep more on their establishment. I decided to stay and still get my pedi. It was amazing. Still expensive. $32 for basic. But it was relaxing.  I would have loved to give this place more stars. At least another one and a half but it's expensive and it's not as nice as some other pricey places in chino hills. Best place in the area. They file nails the best. They have a decent amount of colors and they are fast !!! I now live in LA where no one really knows what they are doing or even cares for that matter. Yes this ace isn't the cleanest and that's why. I'm only giving 4 stars.
