I came here on a whim and I am 100% satisfied. Kathy took such great care of my feet that the very next day I came back to get a full set of acrylics. My mom is a cosmetologist, so I've had my nails done a lot throughout my life. Kathy is one of the best nail artists I have come across. I was planning on booking an appointment with one of the upper end nail artists in Chico, and of course that comes with a price tag. I was hesitant to go into a regular nail salon, and I definitely wasn't expecting Instagram quality, but to my surprise I received it! Normally don't get my nails done because I don't think that spending the extra money is worth it. Boy have I changed my mind! I feel so feminine and beautiful. I came in with a few pictures of the shape and designs I was thinking of, and she took care of the rest. Kathy listened to exactly what I wanted, and the results are flawless. I paid for gel nails and glitter in top. The guy that did my nails was filing so hard, that it hurt. While he was doing the glitter on one nail (the only nail I wanted it on) a little bit spread to the rest of my nails...do not go here.... Read Less

Not the worst and not the best.  Mediocre at best.  He didn't really listen to what I was asking for. He ended up shortening my nails when I told him I like them long.  Not only that the fill he gave me is uneven and lumpy.  This looks like an armature/ student was practicing!! There's literal divots on my nails from where he didn't evenly spread the acrylic.  They are also very thick and don't look natural at all. (I came in with thinner more natural looking nails so I'm not sure why he decided to completely change the shape, size and thickness). The shape is off as well.  It's like he agreed to what I asked for just to please me and decided to do whatever he wanted anyway.  The Only positive is that he didn't cut me or burn me with the file drill. DO NOT COME HERE Honestly the worst acrylic fill I have had in the past few years. My nails are all uneven. They are all different lengths AND levels of thickness. I only came in to get one broken nail fixed and figured I might as well get a fill, I really wish I didn't. The one nail that they had to put on is a completely different shape than the other 9!!! Got a nice little manicure here today.  Staff was friendly and accommodating although there was one guy in the back who wasn't happy with my questions.  Although I don't speak his language i understood his tone - and yeah.... we should be able to ask without feeling weird about asking.  (Older man dark blue shirt) anyways lady and younger man who did our nails were friendly and manicure was nice.  I would come back here and also recommend to others.  Choose lady and younger man / they have better vibe. I wish I could say something nice, but unfortunately I don't have much nice to say. I went in for a gel mani, not super busy, seated right away, but when it came to my turn, the lady that did my nails was in such a rush, she removed my old gel polish rather forcefully. In my past experiences at other salons, normally if gel is still stuck to the finernail, you soak them a bit longer and don't force it, but boy did she. My nail beds are still sore.She trimmed them, did not ask how I wanted them shaped and filed away, but I'm sure crooked is not the way I wanted them. The mani was less so. She barely touched my cuticals, left so much I'm convinced it never happened. Then after a hurried paint job, I noticed that my pinky and thumb both had large globs on the end, making them very uneven. I asked to have them repainted, so she pulls out the electric file and drills at my fingers, aggravating my nailbeds even more. She repainted them, and while they dried, she decided that tending to a woman's pedicure was a great way to pass the time. Can we say gross? I understand other people need to be tended to, but I am an unhappy paying customer who now has other people's feet on my hands. Now, I am left with uneven, splotchy gel nails, sore cuticals and nailbeds, and a nerve to never set foot here again. Read Less

This place is clean peaceful and the work is spectacular. It's not crazy busy so there was no wait. My nails looks beautiful and I'm glad I found these guys again. They used to be over by Best Buy and they moved. Reunited at last! Come visit you won't be sorry!!!!! Read Less

I'm not sure why everyone else gave such high reviews. Pros: Large open layout.I went right around when they opened in the morning and the took me immediately as a walk in. Cons:Everything that has to do with my nails. Manicure was terrible. -A man filed my nails and did a crappy job, my nails shouldn't have snags in them after being filed. -He didn't do much to my cuticles. -Arm massage was short :(-The lady doing my pedicure painted my nails and wow did she do the worst job ever. The paint on my nails was horrific. One coat was ok looking then the 2nd coat only covered half of my nail. I can paint my own nails better.-The polish that was on my skin around the nail wasn't cleaned off. My pedicure was slightly better but definitely not good.-Not sure how clean their tools are (I'm used to my salon back home that took their tools out of the sterilizer or sterilizer package right when using them). -The massage was more like a rub. It didn't even feel like anything. Both my finger and toe nails chipped in less than a day. Super disappointed. I wish I had taken a pic of my nails but I removed the polish quickly and painted them myself. Read Less

The worst place ever never going there again so rude and the started lifting after 2 days weren't even and not straight could of done better myself then went back and fought with them to get my money back they refused and finally redid them but we're really rude and rough doing it and they still did not turn out that great definitely not worth $40. and the whole time I was there they did not speak any English they would just speak to each other horrible customer service.
