Let me tell you about my experience and then you decide.I was recommended to come here for an amazing pedicure that beats all pedicures that I've experienced in the Chico area. So this place came highly recommended.I liked the vibe of the place, truly clean and up to date decor, mural on back wall of a sunset ocean beach, it looked and felt relaxing. There are four groups of nail stations through out the room, and a bank of pedicure chairs are on either side of the room. Four nail techs and two pedicure techs.I came in, noticing three young women waiting, I thought, this could be a while, so I asked the younger male host and he said "10 minutes, he even held up his ten fingers for me to count... or to assure me that my wait won't be long, those who are waiting are getting a manicure and that's different wait time.The two pedicure techs were both working. By looking you can tell at what point there going to finish up by what they were doing and personally to me it looked Like longer than ten minutes... I'm 20 minutes into my waiting and two young people come in, chat a second with the younger male host and he jokes and says to me not much longer and tells them 30 minutes.Next, I would guess 2 minutes he calls them back their pedicure and tells me it's going to be a longer wait! Yes! I sure will, because I doubt I will ever return and I will tell everyone about my treatment! This guy (younger male host) has no idea what sort of day I had and to treat the owners customers with an obvious attitude of favoritism is poor customer service. If the owner of this establishment knew this behavior toward potential clients would they approve?I don't mind being told that it's 10 minutes, and having to wait when I can clearly see that the techs are busy, but what I don't appreciate is being told I will have to wait longer when two people who came in after me, clearly did no have an appointment, got called back just minutes after the host acknowledged that I was next.
