Very nice, clean and friendly. I usually give myself a mani/pedi so when I decide to treat myself to a pedicure, this is my go to place. For birthday gifts, I like to get my friends a gift card for Cherry Valley Nails as they offer many choices to pick from.

It's such a bummer this place is disappointing. Living right around the corner me and my family have tried this place several times. It's impossible to get service without an appointment. With an appointment they're always running late. Each time I walk in, not a single employee says hello or even acknowledges that there's another person in the room. After waiting for 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment of sitting there I am acknowledged and informed "[shes] running behind". ...uh obviously. Furthermore, it just looks like this place is trying to do too much. They've got mani/pedi, hair stylist , piercing, massage therapist, waxing, babies in car seats and only 3 people employed in one small space. I'm really disappointed in the customer service, they're loosing great customers.
