I've been getting pedicures at various places for 30 years in the Sacramento and Carmichael area.  Today I went to Tips & Toes and had the best pedicure ever!  EVER!  They are friendly and most importantly very conscientious about keeping your pedicure hygienic.  The massage chairs are superb, which is a big reason why I do pedicures.  To relax.  Christine was very sweet and hit spots on my feet and legs that I didn't even know they needed to be massaged.  Wonderful!  My toes look perfect.  For me, I found the nirvana of getting a pedicure and it's at Tips &Toes. Rating based on only going 1 time... Its was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I went for a manicure and pedicure and both came out beautiful I also had my three-year-old daughter with me and they also were very friendly to her and did a great job painting her fingernails. I went to Q nails on Greenback and Sunrise yesterday, and asked for short natural oval... I spent 3 hours at Q salon and she didn't get anything close to what I asked for. I made an appt with Lynn today to fix the catastrophe that were my nails, from yesterday's appt. I was in and out within 30minutes with a full new set that was exactly what I was asking for!!! The best practices I've ever seen in a nail salon. All but one girl have been incredibly delicate when removing my gels. Lynn is an incredible nail artist. The designs she can make astound me. These people leaving reviews are idiots! Nails 101- regular polish chips on manis! Don't be cheap and get gel! To the lady with one week growth and nail came off?! Get real those nails were a month grown out for sure! I love tips and toes have been going for years! Literally everyone does an amazing job! Never had a bad experience! Let me share my experience. I was riding my bike to the trail and ran out of water. I went in to the salon and asked for water. They brought me out a cold water bottle from the back, keep in mind I was not a paying customer. I was so grateful for their kindness. A week later, I brought some bottled water as a payback, which they reluctantly excepted, saying "you don't have to payback, we have water in the back. I had a pedicure and it was great. I have permanently switched salons after 8 years. I often felt at my previous salon, that I was putting them out to have my nails done, mind you, I am a paying customer that always leaves a tip. As for Lynn yes she is fast but great at how and what she does! and you don't see any tatoo's but if some how you do its on her back!
