Horrible horrible horrible! I wish I could give zero or even a negative star rating. Was in the area and had an 1 & 1/2 to kill. Decided to get a fill, read the reviews and was under the impression they knew what they were doing at this place...boy was I wrong...when I arrived two employees were finishing pedicures while another (Katie) was sitting in a massage chair. When asked by Fong what I needed I told her I had an 1 & 1/2 hours and needed a gel fill. She spoke in her language to Katie and basically told her to do my fill about which Katie didn't seem pleased. Katie sat me at s station that had zero setup for nails. She hunted down a file machine, and very slowly proceeded to prep my nails...which had taken almost 40 minuets at this point. When it came time to apply the gel, she said I would have to wait for Fong who had already started on another client...WTF. I told her I had a hard out in 45 minuets period. The other client who Fong was working on said she was not happy with the job Fong was doing on her nails and wanted her to start over, but offered to let Fong do my nails first and she would wait...Fong proceeded to tell me she would have to start from scratch as Katie apparently didn't do the prep correctly. I'm now at a 30 minuet out, Fong said it would be impossible to do in 30 minuets...so in the 23 years and 3 states that I've been getting my nails done, I walked out! Barely done, crap job on my nails! If Katie can't do nails why take a customer?! The worst service or lack thereof ever! Glad to head to my normal salon in Orangevale and get this clusterf*+k fixed. UPDATE.....Went my normal salon in Orangevale and I am now sporting 10 beautiful nails, that required a full set after the hack job done by Katie! Read Less

This salon had some of the worst customer service ever. My nails looked messy and didn't look like I had got them done professionally. My nail technician didn't seem to care when I asked her to put the polish closer to my cuticle and did a half-assed job just so she could get to her next client. After polishing and filing my nails, she added lotion for a "massage," didn't even rub the lotion in at all, and my hands had nail residue all over them because she had filed them and didn't clean them before applying lotion. So I was left with gritty, lotioned-up hands and nails that had a messy, unclean look. I will not be coming here anymore. I have never been more disappointed with getting my nails done. Read Less

I was in the neighborhood and decided to get my nails done. I googled the nearest nail salon and Lilys Nails was the closest. Not only that it also had good reviews on yelp. I called and they told me they would be able to do my nails. The guy who did my nails forgot his name but he did an awesome job. Took his time to do my nails in ombre just how I wanted it. I've been a very happy customer for over 5 years, even back when Lilly owned the salon. I now see Fong, who is more of a friend than manicurist. The salon is always exceptionally clean. Fong does an incredible job with gel manicures and pedicures. Prices aren't bad at all. Read Less

I have finally found an AMAZING nail salon!! I have searched for a good nail place for YEARS and finally came across this gem. I had a wonderful lady who helped me (I believe her name was Fong?), and I am so greatful I found her. I will be returning here and only here. My friends and I came here yesterday evening. One of my friends got a gel manicure, while the other and I got pedicures with paraffin wax. The massage chairs were so comfortable! We spent the time chatting and enjoying our time together. This was my very first pedicure so I Wasn't sure what to expect. The woman who worked on my feet was very skilled. She wasn't overly light-handed but nothing hurt or was uncomfortable. The pedicure was relaxing and left me with beautiful soft feet and pretty green nails! My friends and I were greatly satisfied with the quality of service, and at a lower price than others we'd considered. I will definitely come here again! Read Less
