I needed to get my nails done and thought to try this place. I called ahead of time for appointment and wanted to get mani and pedi at sane time so I can get out of there sooner.I had chosen a gel color for my hands from ones they had up front which looked like it had corresponding color for non gel that I could use for toes. When I got to my seat manucurist gace me another set saying they were newer colors. I said as long as you can match to non gel toes. The lady that did my pedicure ended up using a color that seemed more red to me vs pink that I had chosen for hands. I commented that it looked more red and if there was something closer. Then she tells me it won't match exactly and I said I understood that but felt something closer may be available.  Then she started bickering with the manicurist and seems not knowledgeable to try and match without having the cheat cheat. Then the manager came and told them to speak kn English but they kept speaking in their language. They put a different color, closer to pink. I was not happy and has been hardly 2 weeks since I went and feel my gel hand nails are already lifting from cuticle side. I have had better experience elsewhere. Don't think I will go again. One of the worst Gel manicures I've ever gotten done. The manicure chipped the very same day I got them done. I spent $60 and at least need them to last 4 days. This was the first time I got my nails done here. Normally a gel manicure will last 2-3 weeks but I could have done a better job just painting my nails. Wow! One of the rudest nails salons. I walked in and told the owner what I needed. She told me they don't do acrylics since that's what I had on and I said that's perfectly fine. All I want is a gel manicure. Change the color and do a manicure. No need to do a fill. Ok great!1. Sophia took care of me and wanted to sell me on their gel fills. She kept going back and forth w the owner on what to do with my nails! I told her what I wanted, that should've been the end of discussion, very simple! I told her I'm pressed for time and simply need a gel manicure instead. She clearly didn't like that response...2. What she does instead is takes off my original gel polish without cleaning cuticles.I asked again, can you please do a gel manicure and take care of my cuticles.3. She goes off on me in her language and gives me this aggressive tone now bc I want what I requested.4. She seemed upset the entire time and I was so uncomfortable! I didn't want her to do my manicure at this point. I kept quiet to avoid making a scene honestly. 5. She was hurting my wrists and handling my hands aggressively. She spoke perfect English but not a word came out of her mouth for most of our session. (She just seemed bitter and upset) 6. I go to pay- the owner and Sophia don't disclose that for credit cards they charge an extra dollar.These people are unethical. I gave her a tip because I always feel bad for people in their industry. She was younger woman-maybe didn't know any better but she truly didn't deserve it.So rude, lack of communication and no attempt for communication!As convenient as the location is for me, I won't go back to this nail place.Worst manicure experience ever! Worst gel manicure ever! I usually get gel manicures and they last about 3 weeks. My nails have been very strong  and grown long naturally. I tried Gel Touch for the 1st time last Thursday and will never ever go back. The manicure was done dry, no hand soak with water, no cuticle cream or lotion, no massage.  My nails were filed so thin that they all are breaking into the nail bed and they hurt. Also the gel is peeling and falling off already. I was charged $38 for this horrible service.  The only positive is the design was beautiful.  The lady who did my nails said she had 3 years of experience.  I'm going back to my regular salon to fix the damage done at Gel Touch.  Completely regret ever going there. :/ Read Less

They RUINED my nails! I rarely write reviews but this was so bad that I felt compelled.I came in to get my dip gel powder nail polish off. The woman used an electric file instead of taking it off gently, She filed too much and my once super strong nails are now paper thin! I cannot polish them. If they grow longer, above my skin, they peel and break and hurt because they break so low on my nails. The interior looks cool however very tight. I went there the first time Friday afternoon for a French manicure and by Sunday morning I had the French tips chipped and coming off and by Tuesday entire manicure peeling off. $25 for for a French manicure that holds for 1 day is a bit expensive. They do real gel application! Not gel polish... So hard to find these days! It sparkles everywhere in the shop- crystals and rhinestones all over the place!  Very clean. Built in pedicure tubs with pretty tile and a bench seat with pillows and massage seats. Such kind employees and average prices, for above average service and facilities! XOXO Read Less

I went last Saturday evening and got a pink and white full nail extension gel set. The gal took her time and the view of them on the top looks nice but when I got home I noticed they didn't wrap the gel properly so each nail looks like it's missing white gel in the corners making them look chipped or old. They were closed Sunday so I went back today Monday evening a gentleman was at the front desk looked at them and talked with a manicurist who said they needed to be filed as I stated I was worried they would lift. They did file them but they still appear chipped on the sides and $55 is pricey to not be perfect. They didn't offer to touch up the gel or offer a refund so I will never go back. It's too bad because it's a nice salon clean and no chemical smell. Read Less

Okay first off I have only done acrylics so the idea of all gel intrigued me. I called and asked how much a full set with glitter and gems would be....they said between $55-$75 I get there and I say stiletto and I got a rounded version which was not what I wanted...within 1 hour after I left gems fell off and one is starting to lift...::When I got done it was $101!!!!! To be honest, I rate this place 3.75 stars (cause I'm extra like that). I was searching for a good salon near my workplace and Gel Touch is right down the road! I was able to get an appointment easily and when I arrived they took a while to seat me, but I wasn't in a rush so it wasn't a big deal. The pros:- The whole experience felt pretty luxurious! The pedicure tubs even had citrus slices and roses floating in the water. The shop itself is also really beautiful, super chic and girly with white fixtures, chandeliers, and art deco-esque mirrors. - The shop is also really clean and sanitary!! There was one worker who looked like she was constantly cleaning the entire time I was there; sweeping the floor, dusting the polish displays, washing the windows, etc. Tools were individually sealed and pedicure tubs wrapped with plastic bags that were thrown away after each use- My technician was really sweet. Even though she had set up my pedicure station already, she easily accommodated my request to get my manicure done before my pedicure.The cons:- The polish selection. I found it weird that I couldn't walk up to the display cases to select my polish. Instead, the lady at the front directed me to the basket of color tabs. Not a huge deal, I suppose, but I'm a stickler for brand. I was hoping to stick to OPI exclusively but they didn't have a stark white in that brand (also a bit of a let down). Despite my gut feeling, I just went with whatever white they had. Case in point: it started chipping and cracking the very next day. I was pretty disappointed, I expect a salon that puts so much effort into maintaining a high end appearance to apply that to the one product people come in for as well.- While super chic and spa-like, the benches for pedicures definitely weren't crafted with short girls in mind! My lil legs could barely reach the platform if I wanted to comfortably lean back on the massage pad lol.All in all, I would probably come back here occasionally for the convenience and pampering, but I would bring my own polishes! Well I normally love this place, but today I had a really awful experience and I'm kinda taken aback bc usually I love this place so much!! I had an appt booked w my usual tech, but due to my schedule I had to move my appt for a gel fill. My girl was busy so the owner of the shop got to work on my nails. I showed her a photo of what I wanted (a sheerish ombré white into light pink) and she was kinda rude, saying "we can't tell the color from the photos"... okay I've showed them photos before and they totally nail it. She was just a bit short with me so I felt uncomfortable to continue asking about their colors to match what I wanted. The owner got to work and I immediately regret not going to my usual tech there bc I asked for a trim to a certain point (my nails are long) and she kinda over trimmed them. Whatever nails grow back. Not a big deal. The owner then passed me off to another girl to finish and gave her the polish she thought matched my photos. The girl proceeded to do my nails & cut my finger (to the point that it's still hurting hours later when I get it wet or bump it). But even worse the polish looks nothing like what I asked for, like not even remotely.Above everything, my thumb nail is filed totally crooked, and the job she did was soooo sloppy. Usually my nails are much thicker with the hard gel and even thickness thru out. I've got unevenness and lumps and bumps all over the place. They look awful compared to the amazing work they usually do there. And for some odd reason, I was charged $47 for a fill over the usual $35... what? I was overcharged, my nails are a weird color I didn't ask for, I'm cut, but am too afraid to go in tomorrow and ask them to fix it bc the shop owner kinda made me feel awkward. I'll give them another chance but now I know I have to stick to my usual tech and no one else. I usually love this place so much I call it my happy place but now I'm left so bummed out :/ also would like to note I have taken friends here and I go every month (for the last 5 months). Lee always does an amazing gel manicure with nail art. She can create extensions if you want longer nails. She can do any design you want. Most places only do what these nail artists do in acrylic. The gel keeps your nails strong. This is my hidden gem! Read Less
