Leaving one star is being very generous...My daughters and I went in to Tiffany's Nails for pedicures as a nice treat for ourselves and asked for the Deluxe Pedicure. We had visited this business before and were happy with how inexpensive their prices were, so we thought we would purchase The Deluxe Pedicure this time. I repeated myself 3 times to what we exactly wanted. When we were finished and it was time to pay, they tried charging us for a Deluxe Pedicure with Collagen. I reminded them that we did not ask for a treatment with collagen and they rudely kept saying that they used collagen and I must pay for it. We went around and around and I refused to pay for something that we never even asked for. Mind you, this was our first time with experiencing the Deluxe Pedicure, so we were unsure of all of the steps they had done or which step was even the collagen (?). (Not once have I ever thought of or wanted to get a collagen treatment for my feet). The lady we were dealing with kept shaming me that I needed to pay, or she would lose money. I told her I was sorry she would be out money, but we should not have to pay for something we never asked for. So she gave me money back out of the generous tip that I had already paid and once again, shamed me that she wasn't making any money.  Unfortunately, my older daughter felt pressured and paid the extra fee, because she was made to feel so uncomfortable and just wanted to get out of there. We will never patron Tiffany's Nails again and I mentioned to them that they just lost us as customers. Didn't seem to care, as never once did they ever express that they were sorry for any misunderstanding on their part. Horrible treatment of customers! Read Less

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service! We came in for two manicures and pedicures. The woman doing my manicure finished in 10 minutes. Did not take her time but rushed every part. The manicure was cheap so I wasn't too upset. However, the man doing my friends nails did a gel manicure but minus the manicure. He said she didn't need it because he cleaned the cuticles before hand. When we went to pay that's when the lady who did my manicure became extremely rude and yelled at us for questioning the price. The price on the services card where we were sitting was different then another service board. Also, the manicure my friend got was different then the one they were charging but it did not make any sense as to why we needed to pay for the more expensive one. Instead of explaining or try to accommodate us for their mistake the lady started yelling at us and stormed away. Another man came and explained it better but blamed us for the prices being different. It wasn't worth the trouble so we said fine we will just pay it and leave. Instead of doing the transaction he walks away and sends a different lady to once again defend why their prices were different. We said once again that we were fine and just wanted to pay and go but she too left and sent the first girl back. She was still rude and upset and we tried to get out of there as soon as possible. After, we checked our nails and my nails were smudged from too much paint from not having dry time and my friend still had her old nail polish on her cuticles. All that drama for a horrible job. We go to get our nails done to relax and to do some self care but this was the complete opposite. If you want a place where you get great service and a relaxing atmosphere do not go here. Read Less

I came in to get a full set gel chrome nail set . There were no problems until I asked if the gel drying lamps had a timer because my hands were sitting in there a long time . That’s when the nail tech seem to get upset and want to leave my hands in longer . Rude as ever and she did a crappy job I’m embarrassed to have my nails like this and she charged 48$ very disappointed . Maybe they do good manicures but this chrome looks awful !!! Very disappointed unfortunately. I got short stubby nails that were filed down too much and my toes were cut too short as well not to mention the scrub the guy used on my leg hurt so bad that he almost scrubbed my leg raw and did not understand English so the lady next to him that was doing somebody else's toes had to tell him that the scrub was hurting me so the other leg got lotion thankfully. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Worst experience at this nail salon EVER. My daughter and I decided to go get our nails done for the holidays we went a hour before closing and they had such horrible attitudes. My daughter waited 30 minutes to get her nails done while 3 ladies walked around doing nothing. Once those 30 minutes passed the guy who did her nails was in such a rush checking the clock every 5 minutes. It was ridiculous. Not to mention the next day my daughters nail broke off. I have been going to Tiffany's Nails for over a year. Everyone is fantastic. I always have Ken do my manicure. He's professional, quick and does a perfect job. I always see Hanna for my pedicure. Hanna gives the BEST foot massage EVER! She's sweet, professional and does an amazing job. My nails do not chip ( I get Shellac) or break. The owner Tammy is always welcoming and accommodating. Other than Kenny, the place was not so friendly.I went in to inquire if they could take two manicures without a wait and was told yes. My Mom is in a wheelchair. As Hannah did my mothers nails, I sat with foil on my gel nails the entire time hers were in process. Not only did I have to wait until she was done, but Hannah was also very unfriendly. I took off the foil to expedite my service to find her become ballistic and stomp off to have Kenny take over.If you go, ask for him. That is why I am giving this salon 3 stars instead of 1. I'm giving a four and not a five because it is only my first time here. I had an acrylic removal done. A man helped me but I don't remember his name. He made sure to have me let him know if I was in any discomfort during my appointment which was comforting. I also loved that he smoothed my nails and put polish on them to make them look natural again versus leaving them jagged. It was a nice surprise as the nail salons I've been to never do that. We came here over 4th of July weekend. My girlfriend convinced me to get a pedicure with her. I was skeptical, but it turned out to be a fun experience. The girls are very sweet and they did a great job. For guys out going to the beach with with your girl, better make sure your toes look good. Read Less

I have had my nails done here for years. When I brought my husband, he enjoyed the  pedicures service also.  There were still several ladies from the previous management who were quite good. The last time we came he had a new lady who was very hurtful. When he complained, nothing changed except he was given a dirty look. It was obvious she was talking about him to the others. I wish there was a '0 stars' option. Tiffany's was always my best friends go-to salon for nails, so this morning I decided to come with her. It started out okay, we were both assigned a nail technician (mine was a man named Kenny, I believe) and he started taking off my old nails (he gave me a brand new full set even though I just asked for fills). As he tried to remove my acrylics, he TORE into my actual nail, which hurt a lot. He did this several more times before he finished taking them off. I let it slide, they'd just opened 15 minutes before, and we were the second customers inside. Things only got worse from there, though. Even though Kenny asked me how long I wanted my nails, he cut them shorter than I had requested and then filed them even shorter. At this point a woman came in and said she had an appointment with him at 10:30, which was just awkward, and he began to clearly rush my nails. He started putting on the acrylic powder but it was all over my fingers and not smooth. He then began filing my already too-short nails even shorter, and ended up jacking up the powder (which was still setting) and taking a chunk out of one of my nails, leaving it ragged. Without fixing it, he told me to go switch stations, but the station he sent me to was covered in boxes of polish and a clipboard with appointments, and the chair had someone else's personal belongings on it. The woman who I came to next did her very best to fix my nails by filing them (twice more) but they still came out misshapen, uneven, too short, and rather lumpy. Finally, I changed station again for color and showed a new woman my pick. She painted my nails fairly well, although there is some polish on my hands, and the matte top coat I asked for does not cover my entire nail base to tip. To add to this, the color on the swatch looks NOTHING like the color my nails were painted with, I chose a very dark red, and my nails are a much brighter red, and my best friend chose a peachy pink, and they painted hers orange. Bright orange. In addition to all of this, the nails were extremely expensive, and I had gotten my nails done somewhere far nicer for only $5 more a month or so ago. I have been here twice, once for a no chip manicure and once for a pedicure. I would definitely go back! The atmosphere is so nice - the entire side walls are waterfalls. Everything is very sanitary - sterilized pouches of tools and tub liners. They set a timer for each job, which I actually like. It keeps them from rushing, as they have to use the whole time, but they will also fix things if they aren't good enough. My no chip lasted for more than two weeks, and they give you a card with the two week date and you can come in and get it touched up until that date. It's slightly more expensive than other places in the area, but totally worth it. Read Less
