I'm not happy with the service I've gotten the last couple of times. Although she did my fill twice, I've gotten dirty looks from her when I walk in. If I go back I am requesting someone else. The designs I request I get talked out because appearently they can't or don't want to to be bothered. My nails are all applied at an angle. The girl added extra costs using a different polish to the one I chose and all my nails are leaning to the right so my fingers looks disformed. I spoke to the lovely guy at the front but he sent me back to the same girl who disagreed with me the whole time, muttered in her first language and told me she'd make my hands look odd if that's what I want, when she applied them all at an angle. So ive been here many times and usually have a great experience but tonight when I we t in to have a gel manicure and a eyebrow wax it ended very awkward when the girl that did my eyebrow wax wanted to know how much her too was. I tipped based on the amount not on the fact the 2 people performed service since usually only 1 does it all. She was quite rude and the girl that did my nails and spent 45 min with me was great. This place is awesome! I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure for my wedding and could not be happier with the results. They give an awesome massage using hot stones and use a timer to ensure you get a full massage. Definitely a great place to go to feel pampered and the guy at the front desk is very nice and knowledgeable. Read Less

Thank you for taking great care of my bridesmaids! We came in with a group of 7. Of course, I called about a month in advance for an appointment. They were cool with us bringing some snacks and did their best to seat us together. My ladies were satisfied with their pedicures and gel nails. A few of us had our nails cut too short. At least a brief ask instead of a snap would have been nice. But other than that, all of the ladies are sweet and the owner is really cool. Great place to host a group. Read Less

I've been going for over a year now, and I've always gone to the same person for my nails and I'm starting to request a certain person for my pedicure too. I love the service I get there. When I make an appointment even though they are busy they still take into thought that appointments are made for a reason. ***REVIEW IS FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT HARD GEL NAILS***I came into this place because they do offer hard gel nails, or so I assumed! I haven't used acrylic on my nails in years, and I prefer hard builder gel over my nails, I mentioned this when I made my appointment. When I get there I was welcomed and everyone was friendly, now we get to my nail tech. She was friendly talkative she put the tips on my nails, then I see that powder, I kindly tell her no thank you I don't want acrylic I made my appointment for a full gel set! Her demeanor completely changed, she asked me 3 times why I didn't want acrylic, and why I didn't like it? It's my preference. She sighed as if she didn't want to do my nails after that, I showed her a picture of what I wanted done and she said glitter was no good, ummm ok? She did two coats of hard gel and then used the efile to smooth it off she shaped my nails never checking if they were even, she was boom done in less than 30 minutes! When I asked again for the glitter she sighed, I'm sorry if I asked for too much but I had the idea down of how I wanted my nails! Long story short she never did the glitter because she thought it looked better with out it! I'm the one that's looking at them everyday but ok. I didn't quite like the shape, but oh well. The issue I have now is that my nails lasted 3 days before one broke completely off and today 5 days later, the gel polish chipped  off the other nails, I've had gel nails a long time this has never happened!! If you're going to post that you do gel nails in your salon make sure you have someone that knows what they're doing! I asked this when I made my appointment from the beginning! On to the next nail salon. My fault for trying to give another place a chance! I'm sure they're acrylic nails are great my best friends came out amazing! I absolutely love coming here. You're always greeted as soon as you come in by the gentlemen at the front desk and the salon is so clean and organized. I have been coming here for a couple months now, but today is what made this place my favorite. I went to get my nails done last week and I left not completely happy with the color I got. But I didn't say anything, because it was exactly what I had asked for, just not what I had initially wanted. I noticed a few days later that the color started to chip and fade a bit. So I went back today and explained to them what happened. I also figured it wouldn't hurt to explain to them about my color mix up and see if we could change it since they were going to be fixing it anyway. Again, I wasn't trying to make too big of a fuss because it was, after all, my mistake. They were all so understanding and accommodating and they made sure that I left with the exact color I wanted. Absolutely the BEST place to get your nails done! We drive 40 mins to get there and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are always kind, considerate, and happy to do whatever you ask. We had a special request for my 11 year old daughter and the owner couldn't have been more nice to us both. Positives: It's bright, appears clean, almost all the staff is friendly/professional (especially Jenny), the music is good, and the price is only more reasonable than other places if you get a plain, boring, single color. Were it not for these overwhelming redeeming qualities, I would've rated a two. The four reasons I gave a 3 star: 1) I've had two manicure/pedicures and they do both at the same time, so I can't use the massage chair and it feels rushed in and out. This may be great if you're in a rush but not if you're on a budget and want to relax and use this as a way to pamper yourself. 2) All three times I've gone, the price quoted up front when I tell the front desk and the girl what I want before I start is different and the girls add more to the ticket for using 2 colors, a stamp, etc... which I'd be fine with if agreed upon up front. My last experience with Christy was supposed to be a $3 nail repair for a tip that broke a week after my last manicure. The front desk quoted it and I showed her my Ombre nails before we started and asked her to confirm the $3 price and she nodded and said the front desk handles the pricing. When done, she wrote the ticket for $5 and had the front tell me it was for the Ombre/two tone color (which is about 66% higher for something that only took about two additional minutes). 3) Christy clearly didn't want to do my nail repair, despite my repeated patronage, rushed through it and disagreed with me when I told her the powder repair over the broken nail was lumpy until I turned my hand around so she could see it from my view. She left a sharp edge on the tip of the powder nail that I asked her to file off and she just used the gel polish to smooth over it because she rushed in putting the tool away. Now the polish has worn off and it's catching on clothes. 4) I haven't had a pedicure all year until I had my last two at this place (since the start of June and it's now July 10th). When I removed the polish, I discovered early onset nail fungus growing near the center of both my big toes, which I've never previously experienced in my 30+ years. I had my doctor look at it since I was in for my physical and she scraped it off, advising a topical treatment and no painting until it's clear. Read Less
