I found this salon through the reviews on yelp while I was picking up lunch next door and decided to check to see how it is. Pat took me in without appointment; we discussed what needed to be done before the haircut. She gave me a wonderful cut, which I like very much.Pat is very talented and passionate hairstylist and I'm thrilled to have found such a skilled and experienced stylist!

Pat Duva has been cutting my 'crazy, mind of it's own' hair and waxing my eye brows for approximately nine/ten years. I have moved to one additinal salon with Pat in that time. I like that she stays at a location for the long haul. Pat is very relaxed and inspirational; not a gossipy type. She is amazing with waxing- a special wax that does not leave me in pain. Over the years, I have trusted Pat to help me figure out what hairstyle is right for me, my facial shape and my personality. I have naturally curly hair, so this is not an easy task. Pat also introduced me to a product called 'Mane Tamer'. I highly recommend it for those with curly hair who wish to straighten it without spending hours in a chair and destroying the integrity of the hair. It takes about 30 minutes and it lasts for 6-8 months as the new growth comes in. ONLY we curly tops can appreciate the innate joy of washing our hair and not having to blow dry and flat iron it! Pat even came to the hospital in 2008 to do my hair just to make me feel better. Who does that in this day and age? Serendipity is always clean and has a nice product rotation, if you are into that. Should I need something that is not in the shop, I call Pat ahead of my appointment and she will pick it up for me. In closing, Pat is just a joy. She is talented and because she keeps up with continuing education, she is great with the new trends.

Keri York has been my hairdresser for years. Since I work in a service business, people are always asking where I get my hair done and I get tons of compliments. The prices are good as well. She takes the time to do all kinds of different unusual styles for me so my customers don't get bored looking at the same old bartender. Would not switch.

Number of Stars: Professional, clean, fabulous work and great staff!Experience: I've been coming here for years now and haven't gone anywhere else since. My whole family comes here (mom, aunt, grandma, cousin and sister). I wouldn't trust anyone else to color my hair other than Karen L. She's very personable, professional and great at what she does. I receive complement after complement about how natural my hair color looks and how good my cuts look. I haven't had any negative experiences in my cuts or colors. If I request a certain style or color I get exactly what I want. I highly recommend coming here for your next cut and/or color. Cost: $100 for cut & color (highlights)

I have been a client of Pat Duva for about 7 years. She is the best stylist that I have had in years. Pat is friendly, personable, very knowledgeable and tells it like it is. Services received: Haircuts, coloring, highlighting, straightening, waxing and hairstyling. Because I have naturally curly hair, it is almost impossible to find a stylist that can cut my hair properly. Pat has never missed this point! The first time she cut my hair I was nervous and she said to me, ""Don't worry. I suspect your haircut nightmares are from receiving cuts from people who pull your hair to cut it. The hair springs back and it looks too short, right?"" I've been hooked every since. Pat is a master wax specialist, as I refer to her. She never burns me and she uses this great product that is not actual wax. Redness is minimal, no skin pulls and it wipes right off. Pat's attention to detail gives me a brow-line that is simply perfection. I never knew I had such beautiful arches until I met Pat. Pat is also a great colorist. She has done highlights, lowlights, toning and color correction ( I tried to color my own hair once). Pat has a great eye for a style that fits you, a color that complements you and her disarming nature really puts you at ease. Lastly, Pat introduced me to a great new hair straighten product that is inexpensive, quick to do, leaves your hair soft as bun and only needs repeating once every 6-8 months. I love how easy my hair is to care for now! I promise that you will love Pat and the salon. The girls are professional and accommodating. The salon is quaint, but elegant and not stuffed to the rafters with annoying product. There is a lot of parking in the rear with a back entrance.

Well I guess I'm the first person to review. I was looking for a place to get my hair cut. I'm a pretty simple person, I don't dye, I don't do extravagant but I also don't want to go to Supercuts (no offense to anyone who does). So I found this place through a friend who gets her hair cut. Now at first it seemed a bit like an old lady salon (mainly because there are literally old ladies getting their hair done) but my friend is in her late 20's like me so I believed that it would be ok. It was!I had an appointment with Martha who was very sweet. I explained to her that I have had some bad cuts in the past, mostly due to my low budget cuts and poor judgement. The first thing I loved was the fact that I explained what I wanted and she took time to show me what she was doing before she did it. I'm not super talkative but I loved the hairdresser banter. I can't speak on other stylist as no one else but Martha was there but I would definitely recommend her if you are looking for something more than a walk in salon without spending a hundred dollars. In fact for my cut and style I was only charged $45 which I think is a steal.

I found this salon through the reviews on yelp while I was picking up lunch next door and decided to check to see how it is. Pat took me in without appointment; we discussed what needed to be done before the haircut. She gave me a wonderful cut, which I like very much.Pat is very talented and passionate hairstylist and I'm thrilled to have found such a skilled and experienced stylist!

Keri York has been my hairdresser for years. Since I work in a service business, people are always asking where I get my hair done and I get tons of compliments. The prices are good as well.
