Small little boutique nail salon in Campbell. Only 4 chairs for pedicures. I went with a gel manicure and pedicure. Neither my mani or pedi were the best, but it would be a place I would come back to. $75 (includes the tip) for the gel mani/pedi - basic light pink for both. Another draw back - CASH only. We were not aware and ended up paying with a check. They were pretty sassy about leaving cash for top and upset when we told them we didn't have any. Even though I still love Tami my regular manicurist in Cupertino I also really like Perfect 1 Nails. I popped in here after a very stressful day at work - that's the best time to get a mani-pedi right? The ladies are very friendly. They make sure that you are comfortable and relaxed during your mani-pedi. The lady next to me was so comfortable that she dozed off as they continued to remove her previous gel manicure while letting her rest. The reason I chose this place is because they give you a hot stone massage, which feels really good. Both Kathy and the other lady who helped me with my mani gave me a nice leg and arm massage, which I really appreciate especially being preggers and all. The biggest difference between Perfect 1 Nails and Hue St. Salon with Tami is the nail polish. Perfect 1 Nails has your salon standards like Opi which aren't as fancy as Hue St. In addition, Tami always makes good color recommendations at Hue St. but to be fair I didn't ask for color recommendations here, so I may do that next time. Really bad experience here. The ladies were rude and not professional. She cut my toenails so short that they started bleeding. The foot massage was more like just petting my feet. She cut my toenails all crooked, it looks so bad. My toenails are SO short it's hideous. I'm very very disappointed. Read Less

They did a great job, did not rush me and really took time to pamper. It was very relaxing, but bring CASH. They only take cash or check but have no signs saying so, and if you don't have it they will refer you to the ATM in seven eleven across the street. I have been a customer here for going on 5 years. They do the best pedicures and manicures that I have ever come across. Manicure - I have terrible nails, thin and badly shaped, so I have always liked having the tips/acrylics put on. Until I started coming here, I would only get them at the holidays. They would lift and have to be replaced rather than filled every other visit. Took a toll on my already horrible nails. The way they do nails here is completely different from any other place I've ever gone. I get the "Gel Nails" and literally only go every third week for a fill! My nails look great the entire time! Now I have my nails done and looking fabulous all year long. Pedicure - The massage chairs are getting a bit old but the massage that the girls do on my legs and feet more than make up for that! I love having my toes look pretty but honestly, I go for the leg massage. Hot stones, paraffin.... they do the whole nine yards. Someone else mentioned the fact that they remember your name. So true! It's amazing to me that they can do that. Wish I knew the secret so I could apply it to my own life! LOL! As for who to ask for, I go to Lynn for my nails but have gone to some of the others when she'e not available. I have never been disappointed. Lynn's the owner and really good/fast at what she does. For pedicures, I have gone to all the different girls. All do a great job. Appointments are suggested but not required. Cash only so come prepared. UPDATE! Still the best part of my day when I go! Not bad.... not great. Friendly enough, but parking was a pain on a Saturday morning. It seemed like every single business in the strip mall had reserved spots, with the salon only having two. I had two nails chip the same day and five are chipped now at day 6. Furthermore, I was off put with the cash or check payment methods, I feel like in this day and age  everywhere should take card. My new favorite nail salon!! I love everything about this place. I was referred here by my sister who told me how much she loves this place. After going with her I am convinced. Once you enter the door you're greets so nicely and warmly by a young lady sitting in the front. I had no wait for a pedicure. I got the gel predicate and callous removal. Only $49 total! And they give you a 15 minute massage with hot stones and paraffin wax. They take their time trimming your cuticles and trimming/shaping your nails. There is no way I am coming back to this place. I have no idea of the girls name that did my mani-pedi, but first-I got infection on my left toe there! First time ever!!! I was desperate cos I had a vacation coming, had to use ton of antibiotics to fight it, still was in pain for 3 days ((( means no hills, no closed shoes, no hiking... sad! Second when I asked her if she can do ombre nails she said oh yeah I can do them, I did them like hundred times before. And then she gets the polish and askes another lady to show her how to make them.... and does the sloppiest job ever. And she is doing it so slow, that I am getting late for my eyebrows threading appointment  (((third she tells me the price like twice more than I expected and at the end I figure out they do not take cards!!! This is 21st century guys you can have freaking card readers on your iphones nowadays.... Got shellac nails and its not the best. Bubbles in multiple nails and uneven coats. Overpaid for sure. Pedicure was a lot better. Would suggest making an appointment and being specific on who want doing your nails. Read Less

Made an appointment for shellac manicure and spa pedicure the day before. When I got there they seated me in a chair and the pedicure wasn't done in the massage chair. They said they only had time to do what I wanted together. (What was the point of making an appointment?) The manicurist (Julie) complained that my nails were too short during my manicure and how much easier it is with long nails. She painted the shellac on my cuticles on a few nails and now they will peel. When I pointed it out she kept right on going without fixing it. Sad face. My pedicurist (Kathy) did great at painting but gave me a very bland foot massage which is the main reason we get pedicures right? I paid $50 for both services and tipped each of them $5. This is my new go-to place. Amazing selection -- you will never not find the color you want here. Also, they truly live up to the name "perfect" -- they will be absolute perfectionists when it comes to your nails. So worth it when your manicure is lasting four weeks and still looking great. It's my favorite spot in town for a nice, relaxing pedi/mani.  They are priced appropriately, it's clean and the staff is friendly.I agree that parking can be a bit of a nuisance, but if you're able to go in the middle of the week, off peak hours, then it's not so bad. Wow! I will definitely keep coming here. I stopped by as a walk-in July 3 and was greeted by Lynn. She was so helpful even though she was busy. While I waited to be helped, she asked me what I was in for and since I wasn't sure what I wanted, she was able to recommend what I should get. I recently stopped biting my nails at 27 years old and was proud of how long they are. Only problem I have, it that because they are so brittle, they break all the time since my job requires typing and stocking shelves. On june 20, I got gel powder put on them and even though the place I went to did a bad job, it served its purpose in helping my nails grow longer. Lynn set me up with Tammy and she did a fabulous job! She was sweet and knew what she was doing. My nails look amazing and most people that compliment them, can't tell there's a thin coat of gel powder. I was going to try shellac again, but the 2 times I've had it from other salons,, they just peel off in a couple days. About two years ago I had come to perfect nails about four times and had to wait over an hour the last time.  I thought I would give it another shot today.When I called to make an appointment for 11:30, the woman on the phone insisted on 11:15.  I got into a pedi chair at, you guessed it, 11:30.  The person who was getting me seated checked one person out then played on her phone for ten minutes before serving me.  That was annoying as I could have been enjoying a chair massage not sitting in an uncomfortable folding chair.  The woman who completed the pedi was nice cut my nails a bit short and made my French polish crooked.  I imagine no one will noticed but me.Update: If you are trying to make same day appointments, it appears Kathy is the only one available.  Kathy did my gel nails once, she did a good job but she doesnt clean her tools.  She took her tools from a plastic case in her drawer, used them on me, and replaced them in the plastic case in her drawer, never cleaning them during the process.  She is nice and accomidating.  The pricing here is high and they run out of the good gel colors.
