If you're looking for a good pedicure in a quiet place that doesn't smell of chemicals, this is the place for you. I just got a pedicure and it was a very positive experience. Thahn was attentive, kind, and was able to make my heels baby smooth. The massage chair was relaxing as was the tranquil music. My husband and I had just moved to Campbell and while he was getting a haircut at the barber shop next door, I came in here for an eyebrow wax and manicure. The ambiance here is relaxing and quiet and the ladies were sweet and not pushy. My manicure was nice, she shaped them evenly. Before starting, she looked at my nails and saw that one of them was broken in the middle. I had no idea there was a cut, and she fixed it for me before polishing. My eye brows turned out amazing. She added a nice shape to them and tinted them since they were so light. I am so happy I found a salon nearby that I can go to for my eye brow wax and tint. I've always loved going to Healthier Skin &Nails. The spa is is extremely clean and quiet. The owner is almost always there, and she and her staff are very personable and thoughtful. I have been coming here off and on for about 8 years for a mani/pedi and have had great service from every employee.  They never speak in their language.  They offer water/soda during my visit.  It's a relaxing atmosphere, you don't inhale acrylic like other salons.  Relaxing music and quiet.I have gone to other nail salons and walk out in pain and cuts.  They do have massages and you see customers in/out, but no moaning, maybe the moaning is because they are relaxed from the massage. This place only gets 4 stars because I don't have anything about their facials / massage / other services.I'm not a big manicure fan, but I really needed one this week. They took me as a walk-in on my lunch break. Kim, my manicurist, was amazing! She explained everything she was doing and why. Their products seem to be much more high-end than the other places I've gone to to get manicures... The lotions smelled great and the tools looked very clean. My nails looked great! I didn't get any color, just a buff, and I'm still blown away by how beautiful they look. Also, the price was extremely reasonable. Stopped by here based on some of the Yelp! recommendations.  Got a deep tissue massage to aid with some sports injuries that have been hurting over the past few months.  The shop is in a small strip mall near W. Hamilton and San Thomas.  The inside is very neat, clean, and accommodating.  And the people who work here are very friendly and courteous.Got a 1 hour massage and was thrilled at how the knots were worked out.  The masseur was polite and communicated very well throughout the session.  I would highly recommend them. Came here on a late Saturday afternoon.It was a super quiet and a cute sweet lady quickly greeted me and got started on my Manicure.They have alot of OPI color choices.Manicure was ok....nails weren't perfectly shaped I came home and finished off shapping them (-2 stars).My pet peeve:  After some time a lady (who looked like the owner) came out of the facial/waxing rooms and immediately started talking to my nail lady in Vietnamese. I realize their just communicating, but I'm sure it could have waiting until I left (-1 Star).I'm sure their awesome...but first impression are huge when your in the "beauty care" business. The owner, Tan, is pretty greedy and can give you a lot of attitude. Everytime I go there she tries to sell something to me. Also, her employees change all the time. She seems to not be able to keep one loyal employee which would be expected with the attitude she has.I am giving her 3 stars only because she is clean and fast. But customer service here sucks! I've been going here for years and I love the facials, massages and waxing!  Tan is the best at what she does and offers a fair price.  I would highly recommend the services I mentioned!  In response to some of the other comments I read...  ummm again, I have been going to her for years and I can say her establishment is completely above board!  BTW:  Men do go to see her for man-scaping.  Ever heard of it???  It takes her about 10-15 minutes to do a waxing...  get your minds out of the gutter!  Be real people!  I will give you that mani-pedis are not the best... its not their focus, go to a nail salon for that.  If you want to get a wax job with no ingrown hairs, go see Tan! This place SUCKS! My fiance got me a gift certificate and I am sorry he spent as much $ as he did. The pedicure & manicure definitely weren't worth it.I went in and was seated. The lady whom I can't remember her name, told me she was the owner. She seemed nice enough and got to work on my pedicure. While working on my feet she proceeded to tell me how she'd gotten a tummy tuck and had some flowers tattooed over her scar. Why is it that when some people see you have a tat, they feel obligated to show you theirs!? I really don't give a shit, especially when its on your GUT! She lifted her shirt to show me. Ok, that was a bit weird! There was another lady wandering around that was cleaning the place up. Meanwhile, a man comes in and the owner jumps up to greet him and ushers him to a private room. She then instructs the wandering lady to finish my pedicure and manicure. Well this woman doesn't know what to do so she goes and gets the owner who is yeling at her in whatever language it is they speak. Owner goes back in the private room next to us and lady continues on NOT knowing what shes doing. I am now hearing noises coming from the private room, ummmm how shall I say.....male pleasure noises!!! Few minutes later he comes out and leaves. She says hes there for a massage & winks. Yaaaa OK now I see whats up! haha A steady stream of men come in and out while "lady" is jacking up my nails.She did a HORRRRRIBLE job. My feet were not soft. My cuticles were not trimmed well. The nails looked like SHIT. Seriously my at the time 4 year old could've done a better job at painting them. It looked SO bad. Well, Miss Owner was in the private room AGAIN I didn't get to complain to her. I figured fuck it, just get me the hell outta here and I'm NEVER going back What a waste of time AND money.
