Kim has been my go to! Always does an amazing job. I've been going to her for about a year now and this was the first time at this place. Very beautiful decor. I really love this new nail salon I found on accident. It's really in the cuts but I was looking for a new nail salon and this one is perfect. The only thing is that there was only one person working when I was there but it was no problem for me because no customers were there either but for future references you should absolutely call in first to see if Stepheni is available. She did a matching pedi and gel full set for me. And by fell full set I mean a real gel full set, no acrylic use at all. It was clear gel nails, liquid gel on my actual nail to attach the gel nail and it's so Leigh's weight feeling but yet so strong still. I went in on august 1st and they still look really great! Stephanie did such a nice job on my mani pedi I brought my boyfriend's  mom later for an appointment to for a mani pedi. She has experience with working with elderly clients so that was a plus! She just felt so much better about herself and was tickled pink with pink nails! Read Less

I really liked the lady who did my manicure. Very professional and it was obvious she was knowledgeable. Even told me how to take better care of my nails so they will grow. Sweet lady.Unfortunately, the nail salon, while looks nice, could use some improvements to get repeat business. First, you have to squeeze behind the nail table (I'm not a big person, but it's still a tight fit). Usually, you sit on the outside with your back to the room, but in this place the technicians sit that way - back to the door facing the wall. Not sure why, it's awkward. Also, you are seated on a hard bench - not a chair. Not comfortable. The pillows are nice, but the bench is still hard. My advice? Get some chairs and put the customers on the outside of the nail table, not squeezed between the table and the wall. Also, it was deadly quiet in there - no music or other ambience. Finally, one of the girls working there played some music - from her iPhone. I think it's connected to bluetooth speakers. That's nice, but when her phone rang she had to shut off the music to take the call. My advice? Get an iPad or iPod dedicated to just play soft music in the salon for a better experience. I only went for a manicure, but I noticed the pedicure chairs. They look nice - like decorative side chairs in a nice living room, but they do not recline and they seem like they would be awkward to sit in and try and have your pedicure done. I'm short and I'd imagine I'd have to sit at the edge of the seat or seated forward at least since the chairs are not adjustable. Lastly, it was very cold in the spa. The heat seemed to be on, but the owner opened the door on a cold day - not sure why, but I had to keep my coat on and the ladies working there were all bundled up too. Oh, one more thing. When you give a nail client a bowl of water to soak their hand in make it at least warm. It was freezing cold. Again, not sure why. I've never had that happen at a nail spa before. I want to like the place, but there needs to be some changes before I'd go back. Read Less

It is beautiful in here! I work nearby, and this was my second time into this salon. I came in once before the remodel (for a mani/pedi), and again last week (for a manicure). Both times, I was very happy with the service and care of the technicians. The ladies here are fun to chat with, as well; very nice and kind staff. The remodel is just gorgeous, without being anywhere near over the top. The atmosphere is very minimalist chic, a mix of painted duct work and chandeliers, hard wood floors and lush pillows. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I was impressed with the look. Very nice! My manicure was wonderful! I appreciated the relaxing hand/forearm massage after a long day at work, and the care and attention paid to my poor nail beds/cuticles. My nail polish looked beautiful! I stepped outside of my comfort zone and went with a dark red/cherry wood color for the first time ever. I was not disappointed! The borders were clean, and despite doing my best to smudge them in the dryer, these ladies made sure to retouch them again and again until they were perfect! The price point was perfect! My manicure was $12, and my technician reminded me that they have a special through the beginning of the week (mani & pedi for $28), so I can return for another great deal! In fact, talk about customer service: even though I was probably the last customer of the night, a very kind staff member stayed behind to allow me to use the dryer until my manicure was completely set.
