Horrible. Cut my cuticle and made it bleed. Totally filed off the tips of my nails. They were short to begin with and I asked them to lightly shape them. Right before polish he completely filed off the tips and then gel painted over them. My nails are jagged. Worst manicure ever. Read Less

I wanted to like this place so badly! After going to this place for 2 years. If it wasn't for how conveniently close it is to my work, I wouldn't have continued to go to this place.I could list many reasons why never to go back. Such as some days they ask me if I made an appointment and if not turn me away and other times taking me right in, instead of saying hey we are booked at the moment I apologize......or telling me that my nail shape choice is ugly.....or necer remembering that i have been going to them for 2 years! Aleays telling me if this is my first time going to thwir shop. But at this point after 2 years of going....I am responsible for going somewhere I know they will not do a good job. This time was the cherry on top. My shellac nails are lop sided. She went heavy on one side and thin on the other when she was painting them. Then She filed my nails really short on one hand and left the other hand longer. When I told her they looked lop sided she just said ohhhh OK put it under the light some more. So I did. And it still was lop sided! But she said "all better" I will not be returning here even though it would be more convenient for me. At this point I rather go somewhere else! Read Less

I have been a regular for 3.5 years.  The owner & technicians are pleasant, accommodating & always do an amazing job!!!! Customer service is their speciality, they strive to give you that 5 star experience. I've been coming here long enough to see people take advantage of them.  I've even paid for a random women's pedi & mani.  She was rude & miss treating everyone. I think she was a scam artist at the end of the day. Your nail polish might ding on the way out. It happens, they will easily fix in a heart beat if you just let them know. Terrible! I made an appointment a week in advance, told them I was on a very tight schedule and would like a pedicure and fill done at the same time..."sure, no problem". I was there when they opened, had a pedicure first then the fill after.....I was there two hours and twenty minutes!! Charged me $75.00!! After some mimosas at OCK, I convinced my guy friend to get a pedicure with me. We didn't have an appointment but hoped for the best. Thankfully they were able to take us despite being almost at capacity. Upon entering the store, you'll notice right away that it's not some fancy nail salon. The interior and decor definitely seemed a bit outdated, but nothing that looked questionable. What I was really impressed with right off the bat was their excellent customer service. Their employees were all genuinely nice and even joked along with the fact that it was my friend's first ticklish pedicure. I only went here because I had a gift certificate for a mani-pedi. I'm giving this place two stars because it was very disappointing - I've had better service at different salons in Campbell.I was unimpressed with my pedicure. First of all, I had a Starbucks drink, my wallet, and my cell phone with me and there was nowhere I could put it. I had to put it on a desk behind me that had someone's time card on a clip board- might I add that none of the ladies offered to put it down on something next to me. During my pedicure, the lady had to take off my previous shellac manicure because I was going to get a regular mani as well. She never told me it was extra to take off shellac (luckily I assumed it would be), and had a hard time taking it off. She then proceeded to talk quietly to the other worker next to her and they made it OBVIOUS they were talking about me. The other woman was staring at me, and even my friend noticed. They kept talking quietly to each other acting like I couldn't understand. My manicure was awful experience. While filing my nails, the lady gave me a cut on my finger! It burned (and still burns!) like hell. The polish on my nails already chipped (and it's been about 7 hours since leaving there). Might I add, the color selection for the polishes are not nice. Not going back due to the fact that my skin is cut and my nails are already chipped. Thank god I didn't have to pay full price for the services. Read Less

NEVER will I ever come here again. $30 (not including tip) for shellac that lasted not even a week?? With knowing that filing the nail after shellac makes it peel, I told her not to file. She insisted she "do a little to make better" and she just started filing. Well what do you know 3 days later it's lifting, and lifting leads to chipping off, now my nails look horrible and I just wasted $30, not including tip. Their plan worked, like it does at EVERY nail salon, file it, it'll lift and the client will come back to get them done again. Well I won't be going here any more, I'll go elsewhere, thanks!*it was Gelish brand shellac too which I've had last up to 3 weeks before so that's how I know it was their technique. Blah. I will not be coming back here.My sister wanted to go somewhere a little nicer than your typical nail salon for her pre-wedding pampering so we went here. She tried to call to make an appointment for the four of us several weeks in advance and they just told her "oh it's too soon to make an appointment, just call closer to the day." So she called again on Monday of that week and they told her again it was too soon and to call the day before. For a bride this is super stressful! Nothing worse than trying to plan out all of your wedding stuff and to have someone not schedule you because it's inconvenient for them. How hard is it to write down that you have four women coming in on a Friday so you don't get booked up?Then when we did the actual nails I was just not impressed. I got gel and several of my nails were filed down length wise too far, making them look short and stubby. My nails were pretty long when I came in. Plus a bunch of them were crooked!! Less than 1 week later the gel nails were already peeling so I just pulled them off with ease. I know they try not to file down too far to damage your nails but they should at LEAST last 2 weeks.They kept trying to upsell my sister do to gel too, even though she has super healthy nails that she didn't want to damage and also had her color picked out months in advance. For somewhere that is supposed to be at a bit of a higher level, Classy Nails did not hit the mark for me. Will skip next time. Read Less

Based on my recent, only experience, Classy Nails deserves four stars. I peeked in and thought that a $25 pedicure was slightly steep, but given the location and okay reviews, thought it was worth me not driving in rush hour traffic home. The gals sat me in a pedi chair and soak for some odd ten minutes before someone got started on my feet which left me wondering if I should have driven down the street to a higher rated place. However, once the pedicure started, service lasted well over forty-five minutes (granted, it was a Monday evening...) and the massage was HEAVENLY. The nail tech spent most of her time on the massage, actually, giving each toe deserved attention. Though she could have cleaned deeper into the sides of the nail beds, she was super gentle and really careful even during the painting process.The store itself was really clean and the television placed directly in front of the pedi chairs (which gave a good back kneading). The color selection here sucks -- few OPI, mostly China Glaze and an off brand. They do take credit cards and tips accepted via plastic.Lastly, during my pedi someone came in to get their gel manicure re-done -- apparently it hadn't set correctly and the color started warping.
