I came in on a Wednesday around 12:30 and they were not busy whatsoever. It looks very nice and new on the inside. Every piece of equipment looked new as well. Super clean. I got a gel manicure. The lady was very nice and did a great job! Very detail oriented. She even did a double top coat which is not something I've seen at other nail salons. Overall, I'll definitely be coming back. i just went to Bluebell for a eyebrow/chin wax. Worst! Wax was not hot enough and it literally pulled my skin off in places. She didn't charge me after she realizing mistake however that doesn't help me at this juncture since my face is still stinging and painful from the experience. Never again! Read Less

Super happy with my gel/shellac manicure this morning! The attention to detail was impeccable. Everything from the old gel nail removal to the clean up, manicure and polish process was on point. I have really dry hands which leads to lots of cuticle and potentially unclean look as my nail grow. Lynn took her time to clean all of the cuticle area. All tools used were in sealed sanitized packaging and the nail file and buffer are brand new, used only on you and not reused.This location is easy to get to, lots of parking and very convenient with my daily activities.I highly recommend visiting Lynn at Bluebell, you will not be disappointed! Got a gel manicure and the service is awesome! The atmosphere is clean, relaxed, and quiet. Jenny is super thorough and I highly recommend her work. I chose a glitter topcoat for my nails but when she tried to brush it on using the bottle applicator none of the larger piece would stick. So she then proceeded to pour out a small bit of the top coat onto a piece of foil and hand pick the larger pieces to put on my nails. That is dedication! Read Less

This is my second time going to this place. I live like 4 mins away so it's super convenient for me. Today I went in for a gel mani & pedi from Phon & Lynn!! Phon did my gel mani and she is amazing. I love how she filed my nails and cleaned them. It is shaped exactly how I wanted them to be. Lynn did my pedi and I'm tell ya she's also amazing! Shaped & cleaned so precisely. I visited Bluebell Nail Spa today for the first time. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and escorted to a pedicure chair. I got the deluxe pedicure and a gel manicure. I didn't know they have a "happy hour" special during the week. They also offer a small discount if you pay in cash so my total was beyond reasonable. I think you can find information about their happy hour services are on their website.Both technicians who did my nails, did an awesome job. They were both very thorough and my nails came out great. It had been an embarrassingly long time since I had either done (I had a baby 2 months ago) and you would never know it now. This salon is very, very clean. LOVE this nail salon! I've been looking for a nail salon close to home that I could go to regularly and after a year of searching I finally found Bluebell! The salon is very clean! Always nice music playing! Very relaxing experience!Jenny is my go to girl! She rescued my nails from a terrible acrylic job done at another salon! I'm a simple girl and like to keep it natural! Honestly the all over best manicure experience I've ever had. When I arrived, as a walkin, I was approached and asked if I would be able to return in thirty minutes. I've never been given an honest waiting time at a salon. I always end up sitting and waiting for twice as long as they let on. When I came back 25 minutes later I was seated to a sanitary table and promptly set up to get my manicure. Obviously cleanliness is a 5 star, honesty 5 star, but my manicure and manicurist were most definitely five stars. Lynn took care of me and was so detailed and kind the entire service. Came in to get a quick pedicure. The ladies were very nice. I'm still not sure why they don't do acrylic but the pedicure was good. Called today for a pedicure and a fill. Last time I went in to get a fill they said the girl that does them was off that day so I made it a point of asking if the person who does acrylic fills was there. They said yes and to go there because there was no wait. I get there and the lady I spoke to on the phone calls another lady from the back. Came here to give Bluebell Nail Spa a try since it's so close to home. Unfortunately I walked in and I asked if they had time to do a fill? The nice lady looked at me and said "oh we don't do acrylic here". WHAT? Seriously? How does a nail salon not do every type of nails? Pretty disappointed.Granted I didn't look at their website prior to my visit but I did today after someone asked me why I gave a single star.  It clearly says this is a "full" service nail salon.  But that's incredibly misleading and untrue. Gel manicure is on point!It shares a business space with Citibank, lots of parking & easy access in and out.Salon is extremely clean & very well organized.Let me just say that I love their variety of colors. Since I've moved from downtown San Jose I've been searching for a salon to match my previous and this is the closest fit. Came here during the first week of their grand opening. Got the deluxe package for mani and pedi. Beautiful ambiance and simple decors. The staff were very helpful and nice. I love the fact that everything is clean and tools are opened from package. The massage chairs was very comfortable. Just did the regular polish since I wanted to take a break from the gel. I have been to Bluebell Nail Spa twice so far since their grand opening about 3 to 4 weeks ago. The first time was for my hands and the second time was for my feet. I must say...I am in love with my hands and feet.The first visit, I got a gel manicure. My manicurist (name withheld for privacy sake) did a wonderful job! She was patient and took her time to make sure that my nails were flawless. I walked away extremely pleased and felt that I got more than my money's worth.The second visit, I got the deluxe pedicure. The deluxe came with a hot oil massage, sugar scrub, and callous removal scrub. That was my first pedicure EVER and it was a very enjoyable experience while delivering a great end result. My mom and I came here for manicures on opening day for the 50% off special. The location is great and the staff was friendly. I opted for gel polish and my mom chose regular. I couldn't tell you how my mom's nails held up, but mine began peeling within 3 days. That's not normal for a gel manicure. Also, there's an extra charge for debit/VISA. Very excited to be at their grand opening! Beautiful place with all the latest nail services. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful especially since I brought my baby with me :) they did a very good job on my feet and my toes. I will definitely be back.
