I was at first skeptical about this place because of the rating and I was already in the area. Original I was gonna go to some other nails salon but didn't want to drive around and what not. First cam...
I was at first skeptical about this place because of the rating and I was already in the area. Original I was gonna go to some other nails salon but didn't want to drive around and what not. First came in took about 2 minutes until someone has notice me and ask what they can do. Told her I need a child princess mani and pedicure combo and a gel full set. My daughter didn't get to pick a color yet and they already called me over to do my full set and I told the lady that I was helping my daughter pick a color and her response was someone will help her. Other then that they made small conversations but mostly they spoke to each other in their languages. The full set was ok but on the thick side for my liking after I told her I wanted it not thick but it's ok. My daughter love her mani pedi.

I've gone to this place since I have moved here(over a year ago). The staff is wonderful. I can count on one hand how many times I didn't really like my nails, but no one is perfect. I always go to the same women now, her name is Anna, I never leave unsatisfied when she does my nails... i love her!

I used to love this place, but seems like every time I get my nails done (by the same person) it's inconsistent. Sometimes I love my nails and other times I hate them. I wish it was consistent across the board! I think my time has come to find a new nail salon. So disappointed!

Came to this place and left, about a week later my nails started to pop off. I called and made an appointment to fix the ones that had fallen off. When I got there they sat me down with Jenni. She did an amazing job I had decided to just get a manicure and take off the remainding nails. She double checked with me to see if that's what I really wanted she told me she can do whatever I like because they didn't want me to be unhappy. I ended up deciding on a full set. She was very quick and i am so happy with the end result. Great place and very clean.

This is the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. The polish was so poorly done that it is super thick on some nails and have patches that aren't done on others. The pedicures are ok, but do not get your gel manicures here. I will never be back again as I am so disappointed in the service I received.

I had a gel manicure and pedicure. The gel manicure was great until literally 3 of the nails after applying the polish started smudging and she had to redo them before I left. Not surprisingly after I got home it started to chip off all my nails! So I went in the next day and they did a new gel mani with a different polish. This one lasted about 5 days before chipping off. Either their polish is old or their lights don't work but the gel manicures are horrible.

Everyone that works here is always happy and smiling! That said I am a classic pink and white lady and Jenny is the best! My daughter loves getting a classic pedicure and this last time we had just seen the Wonder Women movie and she had a special request. Tracy did an amazing job on her freehand drawing on her toes! They did a redo of the salon this past summer and got all new chairs and stations that are very comfortable!

This happened not even a full 2 days after getting them done. The gel is peeling off after I told the guy if he smooths the acrylic before aplying, it would happen. I dont hate it because he said if it happen come back but I'm here on business. I like the shape of my nail....I just wish he would've listened when I told him not to smooth my nail.

I was at first skeptical about this place because of the rating and I was already in the area. Original I was gonna go to some other nails salon but didn't want to drive around and what not. First came in took about 2 minutes until someone has notice me and ask what they can do. Told her I need a child princess mani and pedicure combo and a gel full set. My daughter didn't get to pick a color yet and they already called me over to do my full set and I told the lady that I was helping my daughter pick a color and her response was someone will help her. Other then that they made small conversations but mostly they spoke to each other in their languages. She did an amazing job I had decided to just get a manicure and take off the remainding nails. This is the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. The polish was so poorly done that it is super thick on some nails and have patches that aren't done on others. The pedicures are ok, but do not get your gel manicures here. I will never be back again as I am so disappointed in the service I received.

I had a gel manicure and pedicure. The gel manicure was great until literally 3 of the nails after applying the polish started smudging and she had to redo them before I left. Not surprisingly after I got home it started to chip off all my nails! So I went in the next day and they did a new gel mani with a different polish. This one lasted about 5 days before chipping off. Either their polish is old or their lights don't work but the gel manicures are horrible.

This happened not even a full 2 days after getting them done. The gel is peeling off after I told the guy if he smooths the acrylic before aplying, it would happen. I dont hate it because he said if it happen come back but I'm here on business. I like the shape of my nail....I just wish he would've listened when I told him not to smooth my nail.
