Horrible customer service I went in to get a fill and the the blonde hair lady that sits at the front desk was extremely disrespectful. Wow! I stopped in while waiting for my medication at CVS and I will continue to go.  I had been there before but this time I am convinced that they are my new salon of choice!  I had a ingrown toenail that I was definitely wasn't to sure about but when Mike saw it, he took care of it! I've come here a few times before and have always had a good experience. They just gave this place a full make over and now looks just like a spa! There's snacks water and WINE and the staff is very funny and skilled ! It's a bit pricer then then I would like for a gel mani pedi but the atmosphere makes up for it! Worst experience ever. I went in to get the deluxe spa manicure/pedicure. John, who is apparently the owner's brother did my nails. He was so quick and aggressive he filed and buffed and sanded my skin raw. When he poured alcohol on my nails after the 30 second massage I about flew out of my chair because it burned so bad. 6 out of 10 of my fingers had abrasions on them at the cuticle. For a deluxe spa manicure I expect a much longer massage than a quick smear of lotion on each hand. THEN when I decided to not get the pedicure (fool me once shame on him, fool me twice shame on me) he got extremely irritated. I told him I was running late and had to get to work (I didn't want to cause a scene by telling him he wasn't going to touch my toes after filing my skin raw on my fingers) and he said "I have things to do too and you said you wanted a mani pedi which is the only reason I took you. Had you said you only wanted a mani I would have given you to someone else." What a jerk. I looked around for a sympathetic eye contact from another employee and no one would look my way even though things were getting a bit loud with him. I was very uncomfortable. I will not return. Oh yeah, and he got polish on the side of my thumb and instead of using polish remover to remove it......he cut the side of my thumb with cuticle clippers! That didn't hurt because it was dry skin but I now have a very sharp, dry piece of skin on the side of my thumb now snagging every piece of clothing I put on. Rushed and lazy work they do here. I've been coming to nail pros for 7 years. I've seen several technicians.  They recently remodeled and the salon is gorgeous!! Today I brought my 5 year old daughter for a pedi date. They treated us so nice, she sat in the cute little kitty chair right next toMe, they provided snacks and fancy strawberry water. Our pedicures were perfect! First and last time . The place is newly remodeled very clean offered water,champagne and wine . That's what had me give it a try. The guy did my nails really fast. So fast he kept burning. Even at one point I pulled my hand away and he cut me . My nails are uneven. I gave him the numbers for the colors I wanted. They were missing one of the colors and told me to pick another glitter so I got up and did . 3 minutes later I walk back to my seat and saw he already took another customer and moved me to another chair. I know there off commission but me professional and Curtesy and finish one customer at a time. They are way too expensive here I usually pay 30 for a gel fill. They can do simple traditional styles or can be very creative if you are looking for something a little different. This salon is beautiful and very clean.The pedicure stations are extremely comfortable and modern. They also have two pink-cat themed pedicure chairs for children that are adorable. Lynn did my gel manicure and pedicure. They have a great color selection for both gel and regular polish. My pedicure was well done. My gel manicure was not as precise as I would have liked but overall, the experience was great. They remodeled their salon and it looks AMAZING!  Unfortunately, their service was not.  We walked in, put our names in the list and just stood there.  We looked around and noticed 2 people sitting in the spa chair unattended and 6 people waiting on the couch.  We asked one person how long she had been waiting and she said for an hour!  Then, one person that was on the couch got up and left.  Not one employee greeted us, or even mentioned that the wait would be an hour or more.  We walked out.  Beautiful place BAD service. I've only been here one time before a couple of years ago it seems that they were always busy or closed as well as overpriced and now I find that their clothes for we construction remodeling whatever anyways I keep trying to check it out but doesn't seem it's going to happen They will not open again until April 15th of 2017 Read Less

Clean facilities but that's about it.  Here are the cons:1) The guy doing my mani/pedi seemed like he was half assing.  When I got home I saw that he just barely did anything to my cuticles.  I had a hang nail still visible!2) When paying he let the lady in front of him leave a tip on her card.  When I asked to do the same, as I was next in line, he said no.  Um, ok.  3) My finger nail chipped later that day.  I didn't clean or go to the pool, I just folded clothes!4) A week later my gel nails became discolored.  I've been on a business trip for the past week so I haven't cleaned and it's too cold on the East Coast so I haven't been in a pool or hot tub.  He used gel OPI nail polish and products.My nails are embarrassing and I'm annoyed that I spent money on this mani.  My pedi was normal but there was polish on my skin because he hadn't bothered to touch up.  Save your money and go somewhere else.  I usually go somewhere else for nails and made the mistake of trying this salon!!! I'm new to Camarillo, I went to this place because it is close to my home.I will never go back! I wanted a pedicure and a new full set. The woman who did my pedicure sat me down in the spa pedicure chair and did a half ass pedicure never turning the water to the spa chair on. At the time I thought it was ok because I was in a rush. I brought my own polish she applied three coats it never dried right it was lumpy. Because it was a light polish I thought it would be ok but it wasn't.A different girl did my nails, she spoke hardly any English it made it difficult to communicate. I got a new set of acrylics. They looked great but it took her forever to do them. I had to go to work and come back that night for her to paint them. I have always been happy coming here for my pedicures and callous removal. To their credit, they are usually always busy. They have 14 of the massage/pedicure nail chairs. I have never seen all 14 in operation there; but I M sure they could staff them without issue. They are a little more expensive than some of the other ones in town, but they are usually open later and have the most convenient hours and shortest weight time compared to the other ones. Poor service , got gel nails they charged me $50 paint on them had little bubbles when back in to get it fixed and they  made my nails sticky and had to go back in a third time and they were very rude and were trying to charge me to fix they're own mess up  wouldn't recommend this place terrible experience I've ever had. Yes, they are the only nail salon open until 8, but do yourself a favor and just wait until the next day and go somewhere else. My gel nails look like a 1st grader did them. This is the worst mani pedi I have Ever had!  First she never talked to me and when she did it was in a different language.  Second she cut my finger and yanked my cuticle causing me extreme pain.  Then when she painted my nails she dug her nail into my cut.  Forget the arm massage it was about 15 seconds on each arm.  As for my pedi she shoved the cuticle tool into my toe.  The pedi massage was about 30 seconds on each leg.  The only reason they are getting 1 star is for the nice nail job my daughter got for her kid mani pedi.  I am thankful she was not injured during her mani pedi.  save your money and go elsewhere. I've been going to Lynn and Tom's salon back before they opened this location. This place has great service and quality people who work there. Lynn has been maintaining my fills with color acrylics for 3 years. Amy also fills using color too! Don, has worked on my toes for awhile now. As a family run salon they are always curious and smiling. I know they offer appointments, gift certificates and can accommodate group appointments! My toenails were totally uneven. (One big toenail was straight, the other curved and rounded!) Most of my toes were only about 85% painted (you can see my naked nail on either side, basically they have thick racing stripes), and I didn't get the hot towel like I was supposed to! I am a very particular person being a licensed beauty professional myself. I've had a fairly positive impression of this nail salon compared to many others. From what I can tell, their spa chairs are cleaned after each use and cleaned properly. Some of their products are above average and the service can be good... but its all by chance. I've been seeing a particular nail lady named Linda and I've been extremely pleased with her service. She does a great job.
