I had a pretty good experience at CK nails and would go back. I got a gel manicure which was $30 dollars in a beautiful color called papaya whip. I was helped right away and the lady doing my nails was very nice. Lots of customers came in after me, even some with appointments that had to wait a bit. Some were told to come back later. I'm giving this spa 4 stars because the experience could have been better and I thought it was a tad pricey. All in all good place though! Read Less

They use toilet blue broken up tank tablet in their spa pools for your feet. She continued digging and ripping the skin away in the corner of my big toe even after I told her that she was hurting me. My toe nails are raw now because they were cut too short, and the nail bed that she tore the skin in began to bleed. Now I have to worry about getting an infection in my right big toe and I have a major hip surgery coming up! When I called the owner and complained to him about their service he said that she is the best nail lady that they have and that everyone likes her. I would hate to evaluate their worst nail technician. He did not even offer me a refund or any other compensation. They clearly do not care about their customers! Read Less
