I have been coming here for about 2 years now, since our family moved into the neighborhood. I made it a point to go to 4-5 salons in the area in order to get a feel for the prices and quality of each and while they were all about the same price all around, I liked CQ Nails the best. I'm not picky about who does my nails, so I'll take whoever is available and I've  never been let down or disappointed. They all do a wonderful job and pay close attention to detail, which is a must for someone like me who is very anal about their polish haha. I've been to a lot of salons where they push and try to upsell you on all sorts of things and maybe it's just me but ... I don't want to feel like I'm being hassled by a car salesman, I just want to chat and watch you work your magic. I've never been hassled about additions or extras here, they're very relaxed about that sort of thing. CAUTION!!! I've been getting my nails done for years in Folsom and am somewhat new to the Roseville area. I have now tried Jolie Nails a few times and will NOT, I repeat NOT, be going back. The prices are very high and the people were not friendly. I got my nails done late on friday night, left with a cut on my right thumb, nail polish all over my cuticle, uneven polish and it cost $50 for gel polish with overlay. The nail technician did not file my nails the way I asked and ...the next day the polish starting peeling. I was going out of town for my birthday and by the time I returned Monday called to see if the same girl could fix. The woman that answered the phone was very accommodating and friendly. However, when I arrived was greeted by the same poor attitude. The girl was very tide when I asked her to fix all of my nails which she grudgingly hurried to fix with the same quality of work done originally. I am new to the area, and have tried numerous salons and finally believe I've found my nail spot. There are so many nail salon choices and it really is hit and miss, I was going across the street to another salon for a few months but all of a sudden the service there just started sucking for lack of a better term. I went and had to go back the day after because a gel nail just peeled off and then the day after, even when I told them I still was charged. Anyways back to CQ just came home from getting a gel mani and pedi and dragged my father to get his nails clipped as well we are both more than happy. I've been going to CQ nails for over 2 years and I love it!! They're reasonably priced, especially for Calabasas. I love the relaxing time that I spend with Helen, she treats me as though I am special. I always get a mani/pedi and they are always perfect. I don't like paying full price for a nail tech that is obviously not experienced enough to be working on her own yet. Took an hour and a half to refill my nails and she did not do a good job. I REALLY do not like paying for someone to practice on me. The manager of course just said "sorry" she was not really concerned and she was not friendly at all. Read Less

I'm a regular here, I love how quick and attentive they always are with their customers and their prices are reasonable and affordable! No one tries to run you around with numbers and charge you an outrageous amount for getting a simple pedicure or mani. They're very attentive and always have someone to either schedule you for a later time that day or they'll take you right in if they're not too busy. Read Less

My daughter and her friend walked to the fountains to get a pedicure.They have gotten several pedis in their little 12yrs of life. They entered into Joli nail spa and asked if they had a kids pedi. The lady said no our least exoensive pedi isthe classic. So my daughter and her friend opted for that. my daughter who is 12 has had many pedis at OTHER salons and was expescting to pay around $25. It was $40!! She has tiny little toenails and was upset that she had to use all her ...money. This is where I come in my daughter text me all upset at the cost and asks me to help. I call Joli Nail spa and try talking to the lady that was at the counter when my daughter and her friend went in. She was not willing to hear me out and was argumentative. I then asked to speak to the manager, I was told she had already gone home, so I leftmy number and was told she would call me back. That was 2weeks ago!! Totally unprofessional, I will never give them my business. They took advantage of two 12 year old girls!! A little pricey but wonderful staff and great pedicures and eyebrow waxing here. I've been rude and twice walked in with a couple friends without an appt. And they have always been so kind and accommodating making sure we have chairs next to each other so we can talk while getting our pedicures.
