I had the worst experience ever at this nail place. I would say Horrible customer service. It costs me an arm and a leg and funny enough they did not give full service. Messaging is included with Mani everywhere you go but here apparently not. The lady that was doing my nails was sevanna and she just wanted to pick her nose into people's lives. I found this place on instagram (vibe_nail_bar)decided give a try, so I called yesterday, the front desk girl was really helpful and professional on the phone. I came in today get my nails done. The place is amazing!1. The decorations here is super cute. The chair cute and comfortable.  The salon is EXTREMELY CLEAN! They use pedicure liner for each one.2. Everyone is sweet and friendly here I feel like know them long time ago. The front desk girl offers me MIMOSA!!!3. They have lots choices of colors. I got gel manicure and pedicure with paraffin. Bad. The women who work here talk about you in Armenian the entire time (and make it pretty obvious).I can put up with someone talking trash about me and my friends while getting our nails done-- but I at least expect the pedicure to be HALF good then. Nope. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. I could have done a better job painting them myself at home. Skip this place. The decor is (kinda) cute (also kinda childish-- pics of Audrey Hepburn all over), but not worth the bad service and even worse pedi. This place has great reviews and with good reason; the quality/service was probably the best I've had for a regular mani/pedi, and at a reasonable price. And I was a walk-in after work (around 5pm) and was taken in a few minutes which was definitely appreciated. The only down side was the conduct at times - upon walking in I wasn't greeted at all, just kind of stared at by the staff (little awkward). Then during my service everyone was talking in another language looking at the parking lot... so I asked, "what's going on?" to one of the workers (I was 1 out of 2 clients getting anything done at the time) and was completely ignored (and she saw me ask her directly). Also, I wish they told me about all of my color options as I was only shown the OPI shelves when choosing colors.Despite that (not a big deal, I come for me anyway) I'll still come back and recommend this place. The people who worked on me were cordial and did a great job. It's been about a week and it still looks great! I was also offered water or tea which was nice. I walked in without an appointment and they were cool letting me get a service an hour before they closed. I was hooked. This place's so adorable and impressive. The decoration's luxury. Sivana did my nails a perfect job as you can see in picture; it was the cutest nails I've ever seen. She's funny and offered me drinks and yet my boyfriend. Pros: So I was looking for a place closer to my job and I'm so happy to have found this place. It's a bit pricey but their service is amazing. Can you say, "I'll have a mimosa please!" =)The business is very clean and chic. Always has pop music playing. My first experience was with Joyce. Super sweet. She tried her best but my regular mani just would not dry!! Recently Mel has been doing an amazing job with my gel mani's. She's always up for a design challenge. This place is great, super cute decor, and the relaxed 'vibe' is perfect.All the staff were really friendly and accommodating, we walked in on a Sunday morning without an appointment and were fitted in straight away.Two mani/pedi's in less than 2 hours, coffee and mimosas, it's a sweet treat on a Sunday, I will definitely be making this my go to salon. Let me start off by saying this may be one of the cutest nail salons in the area! You feel like a total princess when you are here. The first time  I came here with a group of 6 to get our nails done before my wedding. They treated us wonderfully and put extra care into our nails!. The only thing I would say that bothers me is that when I get a Gel Mani they never have a regular color that matches it for pedicures. Call me traditional but I like to have them match. Im on the hunt for a new salon near my new apartment. This nail spot is adorable, the decor is super cute. I tried this place because of their reviews and it was as expected. Parking was good, but I'm sure hard to find on the weekends and my nails came out looking good. The front desk staff could be friendlier, I walked into an empty salon and was asked if I made an appointment, I did not. The lady was nice enough to squeeze me in while mentioning that they had other upcoming appts. I guess  a lot of places are doing this now, where they seem busy but the place is empty. Im very busy and sometimes dont have the time to make nails appts, because I never know when I have the time to do them. My favorite place on santa monica (B&J's)is always packed and ive never made an appt. Thats also the difference between asian and armenian salons. I was offered a glass of champagne and that boosted this score to four stars. My hands came out nice but my feet were just ok, I expected more of a scrub...  but that's extra. I have been coming to Vibe ever since they opened up this place. It's convenient and close to my parents so it's my go-to nail spot. I would recommend making an appt a few days before you decide to come in and enjoy an hour or two getting pampered with a complimentary drink they offer you. Sevannah and Julianna are my gals! They take their time, pay attention to details when getting my nails or toes done. I always tend to get a nail art or design and they never disappoint! Love this place and service. Was here July 6th visiting from Canada. Called in and was immediately fit in for a mani/pedi. Was greeted with a smile and offered something to drink. Everyone was friendly and they have me time to choose my colour even though I was so indecisive lol. Once I chose the colour I had two ladies work on me one for the manicure and one for the pedicure. They were gentle and nice the only thing was the lady doing the manicure was pulling at my cuticles instead of clipping them close to the ends which is the proper way to do it, and sometimes they spoke Armenian which may make some people feel uncomfortable but everything else was great. The place was clean and stylish and I could tell they keep things sterilized and hygienic. They have the basin for the pedicure lined to avoid any bacteria in the actual basin so once its done the wrap is thrown out.I have pictures but be warned my nails are short and embarrassing. Yesterday was my first time trying this place. I'm looking for a new nail salon and this one looked very promising.   On Yelp it says you don't need an appointment, so I walk in and they ask if I had an appointment. Of course I said no.  Then said they can't get me in until 2.5 hours later. It didn't bother me too much because I had other things to do in the mean time, but any other day I would have been upset.   So I come back at my appointment time and I meet my nail tech, Sevana. She didn't say much to me. Occasionally would talk to me. Definitely really sweet! But not when it came to my nails.. That was the most PAINFUL acrylic full set I have ever gotten. It felt like she was trying to file down my real nail until it wasn't there anymore. She also was filing over my cuticles which cut me quite a few times but there was no blood. Any time she added any of the liquids for the acrylics, it burned. I was ready to walk out but I'd look pretty dumb with half of my nails done. I literally had to hold back tears.   The nails themselves came out pretty uneven but nothing too noticeable. I did like the end result. Also, I know we're supposed to be offered complimentary drinks because I read that on Yelp as well. I wasn't offered anything until I was more than half way done with my nails. But, this was after the girl next to me who seemed like she's been there often, was offered a drink the moment she sat down.Despite the painful acrylic process, I still might give this place a second chance. Used to go here all the time, but just couldn't stand the customer service from the young woman at the front desk. She had light brown/blondeish hair? I love Joyce, and I'm sad that i won't be returning! The girl at the front desk is horrible, her attitude is nasty and she doesn't treat customers how she should. I wonder if the owner knows she acts like this? i've read other helpers reviews and looks like they've noticed this too.It's really too bad when you walk into a cute nail salon, love the nail technician but the customer service just trumps your whole experience.I would spend $80 every time i came here and she would treat me as if i had no business there.Shame on you for being in customer service. A very pretty and clean salon. I love how everything in this salon looks good. Every item and decoration were carefully picked and placed. It doesn't smell like a nail salon and everything they use is sterile.My technician was really good and gentle, she did a good job on my pedi. The manager was very attentive and I was asked several times if I would like anything to drink. They also let me stay late inside while waiting for my hubs to pick me up.A plus is the reasonable prices of their services. Read Less

I won't go anywhere else in the valley for my nail services!  Valentina has quickly become my go to girl for my bi-monthly gel mani's.  I've always had quality work done here and my nails look good for weeks.  The receptionists are always nice and talkative, too!  You can call ahead for appointments which is great and book specifically with your fav technician. This is not your traditional hole in the wall nail salon.  The decor is upscale and trendy, but the prices don't reflect that - an affordable mani/pedi?  Sign me up!  Parking can be rough sometimes, but most of the time there's something available in the lot. Been going here for years and they are hands down the BEST nail salon in Charleston. Nina and her staff are so awesome at customer service and they take pride in their work. They also have parking (hard to do downtown) and they are very reasonably priced. Love East Bay Nails!!! Read Less
