5 Star service. I walked in off the street for a pedicure - no appointment and was quickly whisked back to a very comfortable chair. She did an excellent job and took care with my feet. I'm an older woman and have arthritis and other issues with my feet. She did not hurt me once - was very gentle. The price was reasonable, the salon is clean and everyone is friendly. Two years ago I started coming here since it was the closest and best in my neighborhood.  I moved and some days I have to drive an hour to get there in traffic, so it's gotta be pretty damn good.  I can't find anyone who does SNS a better job then these ladies, let alone at all. Been going here for about 7 years, maybe longer. I get gel nails and Vicky is AWESOME. I typically get a deluxe mani/pedi. It comes with a extra massage and salt scrub. I came to this place because it was the only salon I could find nearby that was open on Mondays. I took a chance because I didn't read any reviews. I'm sooo glad I stopped by. It's a very spa-like atmosphere. I'm pregnant and the last thing I want to do is sit in a smelly, fluorescent nail salon, hoping I don't catch something from the foot tub if you know what I mean. Oasis is very zen, like cobblestones on the floor, lots of green plants, soothing background music, wooden furniture, and it smelled like essential oils instead of nails. Their tools were all sealed in plastic - sterilization is important to me even when not pregnant. Lee did my pedicure and it was so relaxing I literally could've fallen asleep. And she was very sweet. I got the Deluxe Pedicure which was $38.. about the same as most other salons in the area that do extra for you. Extras included hot wax treatment on feet/calves and 15 minute foot massage with lavender oil. It is pricey for a basic pedicure, about $26. So maybe a better deal here if you're getting one of the higher end treatments, since a basic pedicure most other places is $18-$20. I loved my experience and would pay to return. The atmosphere, friendly employees, and cleanliness of the place are really worth it to me. And my toes came out so pretty! Read Less

Great salon. I decided to venture out from my regular salon and try a new place. I really liked Oasis Nail Spa because they don't do acrylic and are "natural." It's a deal breaker to me because I can't stand acrylic odor. As soon as you walk in, you get a spa feeling. Very peaceful, no smell, everyone is inviting. They have a big selection of nail polishes from OPI, Essie and Zoya and of course tons of gel options to chose from. I don't have my go-to person yet but everyone who I went to so far has been great. Been coming here since 2013, the ambiance is perfect and it really lives up to its name "oasis spa". They don't offer acrylic which I love because I can't stand the smell, i only do manis, or gel. This place is so relaxing, they’ve thought of everything. It’s like a one hour spa for my feet and hands. There’s quiet peaceful music playing. And they block the front area where people walk in to the spa so it doesn’t disturb the ambience. Great customer service at the front desk too. This review is coming from a man who rarely gets pedicures (or any kind of spa treatments for that matter).  Oasis was a PHENOMENAL experience.  From the moment I walked in the door, I could tell I was in the right place.  The place just felt fresh, clean and relaxing.  The lady at the front counter was kind, professional and very helpful. Vicky is a great esthetician. Her waxing is meticulous and fast...no skimping of precision for the sake of time. She does a great manicure (gelor regular) too. And if you feel like splurging, her neck massages are the BEST!!!Lucy is one of the best I've ever had for a pedicure. She's really nice and always greets you with a big beautiful smile. Have been coming her for awhile. There are so many options in Burbank for pedicures but my wife and I always come here because of the great customer service. It is a very clean and relaxing facility right in the heart of Magnolia park. Lots of shops and places to eat nearby make it a nice location even though parking can sometimes be a challenge. We only do pedicures so I can't say how good their other services are but judging by the number of customers I'd say they are good. Read Less

Why didn't I know about this place sooner?  I actually went up the street to try to walk in to a nail spa and they told me to come back in 2 hours.  Yeah right.... not waiting around.   So I drove down the street and found this place and thought I would try to walk in.   Luckily, they were able to take me right away.  This place is big... no massage chairs but comfy chairs and it is serene, especially with the soft music they play in the background.  I got a gel mani and a pedicure.  I was happy with both!  The polish looks great on both, especially the gel mani.  Tough to find people who are good at gel manis and I have no complaints.  No paint on my skin, no lumps, not thick polish.  I was pleasantly surprised and happy with my experience.  This may officially be my new go to place! Just had my first pedicure at Oasis and I will certainly be back!  I got the deluxe pedicure ($38) and Judy ( my nail tech) was so good I asked for her to do a deluxe manicure as well, which bumped up to a deluxe mani/pedi ($58)!  The deluxe manicure comes with a neck and shoulder massage and it was probably one of the best neck massages I have ever had!  After tip ($15) I had spent a total of $73, but Judy was worth every single penny!  I will be back next time for a deluxe pedi ($38) and just the neck/shoulder massage ($12) instead of the mani because I don't usually do manicures and I will be requesting Judy!  Great first experience here, I hope my next one is just as amazing!! I come here when the world's got me down and I need to feel better dammit. I don't frequent nail salons too much, but this is my go to.I usually get a basic Mani/Pedi. I know it's a bit on the pricey end but you get a short massage, warm neck pillow and I got complimentary wine today so haaaaay.Everyones always been so nice. Today I had Emily and she was amazing. Sweet, friendly and meticulous. She helped me pick out a cute color cause otherwise I'd be there deciding for a bajillon years.This place is super clean and has a great, curated atmosphere. I'm so super picky. A woman named Niki did my nails. I got a gel manicure. She shaped my nails perfectly, myColor and their color selection is on point. It's a tad more expensive then other places.... but you get what you pay for. And this place is worth every last dollar. I went there today and received a manicure and pedicure which was great and I would recommend them for those services (that is why I gave them 3 stars) however I had a refresh facial that is 45 minutes but it does NOT include extractions. The facial does include a shoulder and hand massage, I left there feeling like I didn't really have a facial but just some moisturizer rubbed on my face and my shoulders rubbed down . I am not sure she was an actual esthetician. She was a nice lady but I will not return for a facial there in the future.Hope this review helps others when deciding where to go for manicure and pedicures. Read Less

Love this Nail Salon. They do a great job on your nails and your spirit. I always splurge and get the deluxe Mani / Pedi because I'm worth it!  The deluxe includes a massage to your neck and shoulders, and your lower legs and feet.  It is really very relaxing and your nails look great afterwards.  The environment is soothing and relaxing, and I feel like it is very clean.  I would suggest going during the week, if you can, because Saturdays get really busy.  They also have a really good selection of nail colors for both regular and gels. I really want to love this place, I really do...but the 3 times I've gotten my nails done I've been disappointed. I'm used to my pedicures lasting 1-2 weeks chip free not from Oasis though. I was in on Saturday with my daughter and I guess the young lady was new because it took FOREVER for her to get through a simple pedicure to which she messed up on and had to correct. Despite being underwhelmed by her work I still left a generous tip, that I now regret because my polish has chipped on multiple toes and it's only Tuesday morning! For this place to charge more than their local competitors you'd expect the services to be better by a long shot....not the case. I will not be visiting again. Love this place to get my nails done. I used to live in Burbank but now that I moved to North Hollywood closer to Sun Valley, I still make the drive out here because the experience here is always awesome. Staff are professional and friendly.  I love the warm neck pillows and comfy seats. The massages with the lotion is a nice touch too. It's also a bonus Porto's is across the street too. Hehe.Parking can be a pain sometimes but there's street parking and parking in the small residential streets. They have a rewards card to rack up on points to get deals on future appointments.Most importantly my nails on my hands and toes look clean and feel smooth! That's what keeps me coming back. Rejuvenated after my hour long rejuvenation at Oasis. This is not a nail "place". This is a nail spa. It's quiet and relaxing. The rejuvenation package is an hour of 3 people focusing purely on you. Unfortunately, my experience at Oasis was not a great one. My girl friend and I came in to get a mani/pedi with high expectations. It is, after all, a spa as well as a nail salon and usually my experiences getting my nails done at spa places are great but I guess it is Burbank....We went in at 1:30pm where we were greeted by a pleasant front desk (one star) who were accommodating and friendly. We picked our colors and sat down. No conversations. No hellos. Didn't even make eye contact and went ahead and started to do my nails. I felt rushed. I felt like she was rushed. The girl who did my manicure was done with EVERYTHING in 15mins. Taking off polish, filing, soaking, cuticle cutting, massaging, putting on polish. The polish was thick and didn't have enough time to settle before another coat was slathered on and then, the top coat. Sub-par at best. The wind made my nail polish fold and made grooves because it was so thick. My pedicure was fine (one star) but she also scurried off to another client before I could even say thank you. There are way too many nail salons in the area for me to return only to feel like I wasn't "important" enough to take their time one. Read Less

WHAT A GEM!!!!  Write I've never had such a pleasurable nail experience in my 46 years of life.  Everything about this place is wonderful. I was greeted the moment I entered the door with friendly smiles.  They checked me in and directed me to their extensive polish walls, one side regular polish, the other gel.  Neat, tidy and organized. After picking my polish they say me down on a comfortable cushioned seat,  stu cc k my feet in a large copper cauldron of hot tea and placed a warm neck pillow on my shoulders. There two ladies began my spa mani/pedi. They were gentle and friendly... AND SPOKE IN ENGLISH!!!  The manicurist, I believe her name was Verona (darn it I forgot) (?), spoke with me about Chinese herbs and simple conversation during my visit. I rather enjoyed having that one on one relationship. My hands were soaked in warm tea, which they say helps your skin. All I know is it felt wonderful. Cuticles cut, nails filed, feet scrubbed, warm lotion massaged on arms, hands, feet and legs. A wonderful neck and shoulder massage to finish.  All while enjoying the subtle scents of lavender,  low lights and calming colors in the salon.
