They did an okay job. My friends nails didn't come out to well. They aren't very good at shaping the nails but I love the color I got. I just fixed the shape myself at home. I got a full set acrylic with gel for 30 dollars. It felt a bit rushed but the ladies were all very nice. Read Less

I have been going to Susan's for over 15 years. It is not the fanciest, it does not have all the bells and whistles that overpriced nail salons have. However the attention to detail, hygiene and that you walk out with the best nails possible is always the top of the list at Susan's. Lee, Susan and Dan are friendly and very good with nails. This last time I went in was the first time I had my nails done by Lily. I believe hands-down I got the best gel manicure I have ever had, from her.I have never gotten my hair done there but I know that Cindy always has appointments and people waiting for her. I always have a pleasant experience at Susan's. I usually just go to get my hair trimmed by Cindy. She is so nice and friendly, and she always asks me how much I want trimmed and NEVER cuts more than that. :-)The place is always really clean and they have plenty of magazines to look at while you wait. 5 stars! 4 because of the parking lot but... Let's be real guys, businesses don't generally choose to have lame parking. I came here to get my acrylics removed and get a new set. The day I called in I talked to a very sweet and pretty energetic woman who was happy to help me remove my nails at no cost and then just pay for the new set. (I ended up coming back here to have them removed and it was $10 -in case anyone is interested or curious). Not going to lie, I can't remember what I ended up paying that day... and I can't remember who did my nails. I know, I'm sorry, I'm really horrible with names.I'm kind of too lazy to go into full detail about my experience but my favorite part about this place is that it is CLEAN and they are GENTLE! Entire process took about an hour and a half as expected. When coming here, make an appointment, be patient, be understanding. Basically, be a decent human being. These ladies will treat you will.AAANYWAY. 4/5. This place has been around for ages. They know what they're doing and it's all very reasonably priced. :) Read Less

I've been going here for 18 years and won't go anywhere else.  Dan has always been my nail guy and is the best.  My nails don't break, even when I bowl!  Several years ago Dan was working at another shop in LA and I searched around for a new spot.  A few months later I actually just stopped getting my nails done, nobody could match the long term quality I get from Dan.  I started going there with my mom, she used Dan too, and now my step-mom goes there to see Dan also.  I love Dan, but if I can't see him I will have Susan or Lee do my nails.  And Cindy is my favorite person to get my eyebrows waxed.  The shape is great, and she even gives an eyebrow and scalp massage for a couple minutes after the waxing is done.  This place is great. I called ahead just before 6pm on a Tuesday. The phone was answered promptly, and I asked if I could get in for a gel polish change that same evening. The person on the line said yes, as long as I was there within a few minutes. Understandable, since they close at 7. Apparently, the other person working had to leave early for something, so there was just the one lady left in the salon to do my polish change. I was very awkward as we went over time since I rushed over and then sat and waited to start the removal process. I appreciated being able to get my polish changed, but the experience was pretty lacking. There was also a few men loitering outside the neighboring store, and it was a little weird. I'm sure if you were to go at a different time of day it would be a better experience, but mine was leaving some things to be desired. Read Less

I go here at least 1x per month sometimes 2x.  Awesome job with my nails - pedicure and manicure.  They also handle my eyebrow waxing.  I recently had a facial there...IT WAS AWESOME.  Love this place.  I always go first thing in the morning when they open at 9:30 am and I have no trouble getting in.Eventually I hope to try out the stylist. Very clean and close to my house.  This was my first time coming here and I will be back.  The nail lady was so nice and talked to me the whole time.  Something I enjoyed. It made me feel comfortable. My total was 25 for my spa treatment. They have a lot of loyal customers. I really enjoyed my experience. It's not glamorous, but it's nice. Read Less

I've been going to this Salon for many years & I am very satified with it!!! :-) Susan does my nails & Lee does my toes & Cindy does my hair!!!
