I've came here about 2 times and the first was ok but yesterday was horrible! It was a young lady. The bad experience was after work on a  Sunday after noon and it wasn't too packed, maybe 3 women already being treated. I was greeted and the lady in the front desk asked me what I wanted so I told her "gel mani and pedi" the wait wasn't too long, maybe 10 mins. I picked the color white for both and when they were doing my toes I was in so much pain! I kept flinching. It was so painful for the first time in any nail salon! I got over the pain and she finished my toes and it was okay. Could've been better. But when she got to my nails she was on the phone and was obviously distracted, I told her I wanted glitter on my ring finger and she forgot! I had to retell her because she was having a convo on the phone! Half way into the job she asked to go pay which is strange because no place I've been to made me pay in the middle of a job. I like to wait to the end so I could see if they are worthy of a good tip or not. But i payed and at the end i was not happy with the nails. The young girl that works there is very kind. But my gel nail polish started chipping and bubbling off after 4 days. So I went back to ask what their guarantee was for their gel nail polish, and they were saying "2 weeks". So then I asked ok so what do you do if it starts chipping before that? They seemed confused, Then I preceded to tell them that I got them done 4 days ago and they have already chipped and are bubbling. So they told me they would fix them. They say me down, tore off the nail that was chipped, and filed the rest.. "re did" them. So I was checking them out before leaving.. and told the lady that it was bubbling.. she just fixed them.. and they were bubbling BEFORE ME WALKING OUT! So I asked her if I could just have my money back, since they would be coming off in another 3-4 days. She told me NO. I was not satisfied with they way they came out, I asked them to re do them, the correct way this time, by soaking the polish off and starting over. She sat me back down and started ripping the polish off of my nail. When CLEARLY the gel nail polish bottles say "SOAK OFF GEL POLISH". She used a nail clipper to rip them all off. Well she fixed them very quickly.. needless to say... I will not be returning there. My nail beds are sore now! No satisfied with their customer service. They were rude about it. Read Less

worst service, came back after few years since they changed owner, three different ladies " helped me" i needed to get my long acrylic nails removed, they didn't have no costumers at the time i went, but five minutes in, people started showing up and they just kept passing me around and making me move seats it was $10 to removed my nails and was painful also they didn't even removed them well. one of the ladies was so rough on my nails that i felt my nail was going to come off. i asked them to use other tools because it was too painful. they let my fingers soak on acetone for about 15 minutes. my fingers started burning and mu nails were in pain. i just went there because i was running some errands at the mall and it was just convenient, NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN, if anyone finds this of any help. go to the nails spa on dale and ball rd (city nails)  ask for mimi she always does my nails and never rushes, takes her time and does a great job. ohhh almost forgot prices are way better been their customer for the past year, there is also this older lady i forgot her name, but she wears glasses and the is def a pro doing pedi Read Less

I havent been to this nail salon in about 2 years bc last time I went the nail technician were talking about me. I knew bc lady said I was picky and I guess its not a Vietnamese word that matches picky and she said that to another nail technician. I went today bc they stay open passed 7pm and I had a totally different experience. I had a male nail tech, Ken, who was fast and professional. I will continue going while he is there. Came here last Friday, a man (forgot to get a name) did my nails, they fairly came out, they were cute. But not even a week and my nails brake off. The other day my pinky nail came off and I thought it was my fault and I realized it didn't hurt when it came off , it came off so easily. Never coming back! I had such a horrible experience here. They were all nice but so unprofessional. As I was getting my full set and sitting at one of the tables in the back, all the workers decided to have their lunch break. There was only me and one other chick in there. But they say literally right next to me at the table to talk to my lady who was doing nails and they start eating corn on the cob and sandwiches not even a foot away from me and were loudly watching videos on phone. It's unprofessional and unsanitary to be eating right next to a customer. They were so close that a lady laughed and got a piece of chewed corn on my arm. We got there we were quoted one price and it ended up being a totally diff price that what we were quoted.?the work was sloppy the hurried up the nails looked in even and as my nails was supposed to be drying they turned off the machine that dries my nails to hurry us up to get other ppl in. A day later my nails  started to hurt another one broke off and I had called let them know one hurt the other broke off and the rest looked a bad the guy I spoke too told me to come in and he would fix it . I came in and he tried to charge me to fix it even though i just goth them done the day before and I was told they would fix it because it was there fault. We went back and forth for a while and I had gotten to the point where it hurt so bad I just wanted them off he said he was going to charge me I told him I wasn't paying again for singing that they had messed up on it should of been done right to begin with. After a while he took them off it caused slit of damage to my nails instead of letting them soak so it lifts he just broke them . He ended up lifting my nails and doing more damage to them. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but my experience here was horrible. I'm still sitting in my chair, waiting for my pedicure to be done.. It's a Thursday. I arrived at 6:50 for a mani and a pedi and it is now 8:19 and they have yet to finish my pedicure. Not to mention, they did it beyond rushed!! Why keep your business understaffed and then keep telling more clients to come in the wait is only fifteen minutes when you're clearly over booked! I'm so upset. I am NEVER coming here again. I had a gift certificate, so I gave this place a try. The guy who did my nails did a decent job. I got the gel manicure. When I first walked in, the owner(?) tried to sell me up on the pedicure, but that was not what I was there for. I told her and she understood. It was a Thursday afternoon, around three o'clock. There was absolutely no one in there, besides the employees. That made for a quick seating and start. He did a great job cleaning up my nails. I didn't feel him pinch or stab me once. It was very enjoyable. The soaking water could have been warmer, it felt room temp. The gel polish I chose for my ring fingers was glittery and he took his time to make sure that the nail had full coverage. His massage was also very nice. It left my hands feeling very relaxed. Came in here with my bestie. We usually go to a spot in fullerton, but since we were at the mall we decided to try this one out. I  am very picky about pedicures. Everytime I get one someone always cuts me!  Huyen helped me and she was wonderful!!! Very gentle and her massage pretty much put my to sleep.( the yummy smelling lotion helped too) she left my toes looking pretty, soft aaaand no cuts :) yay!!! I will be back! I absolutely love this place. I have had my nails done here multiple times and can't go anywhere else. Every time I go in I ask for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. They have a wide variety of colors to choose from, which I appreciate. They really take their time with your nails - and I am really picky with this. I like all my cuticles gone and nails filed perfectly. I have had my nails done by Lisa and she does a phenomenal job. I've had Mimi for pedicures and she does a great job. I usually never have an issue coming to this place but this time I'm really upset. I got a gel manicure this Saturday and it's only Wednesday and my gel polish is already lifting. Also the lady who did my nails was training someone while doing my nails. Which isn't a big deal but she wasn't paying attention clearly. I have been here before but this experience was very disappointing. I asked for gel nails with clear glitter and French tip. They of course charge extra for French but then wanted to charge me even more for the clear glitter polish! They gave me he fastest mani and pedi, compared to other places, you usually get a massage, not here.  Needles to say I ended up paying as much as other nicer salons and my gel nails started chipping the following day. They're pricey, but you get what you pay for.... Meaning an awesome job!!! I love that there is never a wait they always get me in right away. The shop is very clean and well decorated. Visited this place on 7/4/16, I have been here before and never really had an issue other then the manager being kind of rude, but I was able to look past that on account that the ladies did a good job. But I guess they were taken under new management. I thought the last manager was bad. She was at least 4 times more rude and definitely doesn't know how to run a business let alone had the worst customer service I have ever experienced!. I'm sure it depends on who you get to do your nails, but I wasn't so content with mine. I came in to get a gel manicure that added up to be 26$ (it could have been 28$ if they had a glitter nail polish I wanted on my ring fingers). The job she did on my nails in bareilly to my satisfaction. She wasn't directly rude to me, but I got the feeling that at one point she was complaining about me (in another language). When she was done I noticed that she had applied too much gel to a couple of nails, and they had dried lopsided/ uneven. I have came to this salon before and was always pleased with the service and always left happy. But I went about 4 days ago and oh my god! It's under new management and is worthless now! They jacked up their prices for worse service! My gel manicure usually lasts me 2+ weeks but started peeling within 2 days. And they charge you $7 just to paint your nails different colors. Let me start by saying this is my first Yelp review but I just need to let ya know This place is a joke .. Worst experience that I have ever had in a nail salon . The manager of salon is very intimidating pacing back and forth looking over the shoulders of her staff , she never smiled or said a kind word in the 2 hours I was there. I had visited this salon about a year ago and it was always a pleasant experience and Van is great . I found out after I was in the chair with the polish off that the place had new owners ( only because I asked). They charge for everything and I mean everything. You want one nail painted a different color oh 2.00 more , cut down , only 3.00 more , you want polish with glitter in it , 2.00 more, want flower , 6.00 more . My total was 51.00 add $1.00 cause you use a card . That's BS . Now maybe I can understand it if I'm not already spending 50.00 bucks, but really you signed an agree with the company when you got that ability to take my visa saying you wouldn't charge now you charge the customer . My daughter asked for a design , horrible job  , I hope she does a review and posts a picture of her star ,Lol if you can't do designs don't advertise that you can . I came on a Tuesday around 11:45. No other customers so i got in right away for a gel mani pedi.Van did my pedi while Lisa did my mani. Both were friendly and professional. I paid extra for the 15 min massage. While its nice to have ones feet and legs massaged I'd say this was real light  feather strokes. Not much thought or technique put into the massage. I love going to this salon.  I have gone here off and on since they first opened at the mall.  I have never been dissatisfied and the new management isn't any exception.  Yesterday,  I got a full set,  almond shaped,  gel Polish by Lynn and a spa pedicure with callus removal and sugar scrub by Helen.  They look amazing and didn't take long. If you want a place where you will sit and chat up your nail tech,  go somewhere else. But if you want relaxing you time,  this is the place. I asked if they could take off my nails 5 bucks,  not bad and if they can do a simple design,  the lady said she  couldn't do it, which sucked. But they didn't know I could understand them, they said why I was being so difficult, and said just start doing it,  when I told them no. And so much more stuff that this comment would be taken off. This place is a mess. I was so unhappy with my service today and I can not believe this place has been in business this long. I am just so disappointed. I visited on a Sunday and I knew it would be busy, but I wasn't in a rush. I came with two other people and was fine to wait for all of us to sit together. But they started one pedicure and it took so long for any chairs to open up that my cousin who sat first was already done by the time I got a chair. When I finally got a chair, they hadn't even started the water for me. I had to put my feet in an empty bowl which was really awkward. Then I was serviced by Van, who had just gotten a customer complaint against her. She wasn't in the best mood and she was going extra slow and cautious on me because she didn't want another customer complaint. By the time my whole group was done, it had been exactly two hours. I do not think it should have taken that long for 3 pedicures and two fills. It is a shame that my experience was so horrible, this place is very close to me and all my friends and family. Been going here for 3 years now and it seems everytime I come in, service gets better and better.  I love getting Stiletto nails with simple nailart and they always seem to do it just right for me.  I always get the gel colors because they dry faster, last longer and colirs look better.  I bounce around with several people and theyre all good!  I went in yesterday for my holiday nails and Kim who did my nails was not only fast (which works out for a busy mom of 3 like me)  but she did such a great job!  Ive seen many guys come through here for a nice pedi.  The chairs are comfy and they usually have good shows on tv to watch.  The workers usually listen to what the customers want and have never disappointed! Even when I take my daughters here theyre so patient with them and know what designs they like.  My daughters are 7 and 4 and theyve been coming since they were 5 and 2!The facility is clean and kept well maintained.  Their equipment is clean as well... which is very important.  When I feel like having a pedi, it is never a disappointment.  Ive never had to wait to be seated.  Typically they will seat me right away and Im out within an hour or so, depending on what I want done.  This will always be my fave spot to go!
