Simple and to the point if its not Lynn nobody may touch my toes , if it's not TONY nobody will touch my nails. I'm sure the others who all are very nice do well. ZERO stars! Doesn't even deserve one star! Horrible, horrible, horrible service!!! Will never suggest anyone to this place. My 20 year old daughter took my 10 year old daughter to have her gel nail polish removed. They took one look at my 10 year old daughter and immediately asked her if she had money. Service was rude. Not to mention the removal of the nail polish looks sloppy and messy. The lady who provided the service immediately started working on someone else as soon as she was through with my daughter. When it came time to pay, my older daughter had to find someone to run her card. As the woman gave her the receipt to sign, she continued to hold the receipt in her hand. So as my daughter was signing the receipt the woman just pulled the paper away in the middle of her signing. My 20 year old proceeded to tell her that was rude and she does not wish to tip.I can't help but feel that my children were immediately discriminated because of age and who knows maybe race. I went yesterday to get my nails done! Horrible!!! I'm a regular customer always went when Silvia was working never had a problem until there was a male who did my nails. I've had this happen 3 times to me and never seemed to get what I wanted ! They are disrespectful as well. I had went in for a fill and they charged me $30 plus dollars ???!! How is that possible ! my friend went with me and got arcrylic nails and charged her $20 dollars even ???! I told him I didn't like them and would like for him to change it no matter what the cost was ... want to know what he said ? We are all busy come back tomorrow? Who does that ?and treats there customers like that. I'm so disappointed. Never going back. Tired of them making mistakes and not being able to fix the problem. Read Less

Horrible experience. I asked for a chrome ombré and asked the lady if she has ever done that style before and she ensured me she has and was able to . It came out horrible so I said just do the whole nail chrome it was disgusting she did not clean up around the cuticle she did NOT apply the chrome correctly at all. I had work an hour later I had to rush to a different nail place to get the gel polish removed and a brand new color 55$ down the drain and to top it off i even asked her can u please clean it up a bit around my nails and she said just to wash my hands the hard gel chrome and polish will come off. Fast! But that's to be expected on a Friday night. Just felt a liiiiiittle rushed compared to other salons I've been to. *BUT* she was definitely diligent with the sides of the nails that rarely get painted on correctly, which made it up for me.I'm not too critical (and by critical, I mean OCD) with my toenails compared to my fingernails so I'd definitely come back here for a quick fix for my toes....But if I'm looking for a picture-perfect manicure, I'd go somewhere else. This nail salon is very small, has no AC, and filled with loud nail tech's talking at the top of their lungs. Lily did my gel manicure, she was very nice and friendly. The gel manicure was not worth $21. The manicure felt rushed, their LED lights were used and abused.I left the salon very upset because I had a feeling my gel nails were not going to last. It's been exactly 6 days and I've already had 3 nails peel off :( I totally regret coming here and want to warn others to stay away from here! Read Less

WORST gel mani of my life. UNSANITARY, RUSHED, DISASTER.I should have followed my gut instinct to leave when I first walked in: a small shop jam packed with hella nail techs watching viet dramas with no a/c on when it was about 95 degrees hot outside. Sadly, I was in a rush to get my nails done before seeing my fiancé that evening and sucked it up. The lady at the front pounds her table to get my attention and have me sit at her station. I oblige, and she soaks my nails in a bowl of water. Without pushing back my cuticles, she begins vigorously cutting my cuticles. The nail file looked totally used with nail dust from lots of previous use, and i noticed she threw the cuticle cutter back in her "sanitary box" that she just used on me full of my cuticle skin! Eeek!! She completely rushed thru my entire mani, from the painting to the "massage"... It was so hot in there, that the lotion kept evaporating. When she taps my hands to let me know she's done, I tell her that the color is uneven and the edges are messed up. Ladies, you know it's bad mani when the color is all over your cuticles, the nail beds are uneven, and the paint is bubbling. She reasons its because my nails are so short. WTF REALLY??!!? I've had plenty of gel manicures with short nails and no problem. This was an absolute nightmare. I need to redo my nails elsewhere far, far away. Look at my photos - you've been warned.
