I recently got my nails done and wasn't happy with how they turned out. I don't like complaining about people doing a bad job but I called in and told them how I was unhappy. I passed by this place last May while on a jog. They had a promotion on the window and I went inside to check it out. I met christine who was very nice and I really liked the salon so I came back the next day. This is now my regular place. I usually get a pedicure and my eyebrows done. Christine does such an amazing job and is very talented painting designs. I have also received a facial here it was very relaxing and made my skin look brighter. A friend of mine wanted to treat me to a mani and pedi to her favorite place and obviously the girl who was doing her nails was great but my adventure turned to disaster. The old lady who was doing my pedicure didn't had a clue what she was doing. Didn't cut my nails straight, cut to much of my skin on the sides and didn't even think of putting alcohol, she just told me to put my feet into the water and they burned instantly. They are probably going to get infected. I guess I don't even need to mansion that she didn't bother taking care of one ingrown toe nail that I had, she just cut it on top and pretend that it doesn't even exist so good luck correcting that now. I am so upset, now I have to try to correct it myself :( I will never put a feet in that store again!!! Read Less

So I'm torn about this place because it really depends on who you get.  I've gone here 3 times and each time I've left disappointed.So let's start with the pros:There is one girl there that is amazing!  I don't remember her name, but she is super attentive.  I don't remember if she worked on me the first time I was there, but she did the last two times.  She's done my pedicures.  No complaints.  She does nice flower decorations.The place is also very clean, quiet and organized.  The spa chairs work great.  They have a good color selection.Cons:The girls who have done my manicures don't seem to listen and don't pay attention to details.  I've had three separate girls work on me each time I've gone.  The first time I went, the girl did a great job and did great on the flower decoration, but didn't give me the flower that I wanted.  The second time I went, she was very careful with my left hand and the gave me the decoration I wanted, but sloppy on the right hand and made it look tacky.  So the last time I went, I asked for a basic mani with a buff.  Simple enough right???  My left pinky was shaped crooked and there were remnants of gel still left on it.  Only one finger out of ten had gel from my last mani, you would think she would have removed it.  Especially since it was a small piece.  I'm very disappointed now.  Especially since I thought I finally found a mani/pedi place near where I live.  I also have a wedding to go to and am looking for a place that can do an hombre gel mani. Ladies are very personable. Facility is always clean and neat. Prices are reasonable and they offer a lot of facial/ spa services as well as a variety of gel colors. Hardly any wait time and the staff is very attentive to your needs. Almost all the ladies know know to give and excellent foot and hand massage(which is included in the packages).They also have a cute spa chair for the little girls to be pampered too. Read Less

I thought I'd give this place a try yesterday and I TOTALY regret it. After the lady finished painting my toes she wanted to wait for 15-20 minutes before she put on the top clear coat which I found odd. Well take a look at the bubbly mess my toes turned into. A co-worker had suggested this place to me a year ago. Ever since my first visit it is my go-to place. Cathy does an EXCEPTIONAL job!! I was hard pressed when she was out for maternity leave because she has a very creative mind when it comes to nail designs.  Now that I think of it, I am due for another visit! Love this place! My sister recommended this place to me. I've been wanting to try acrylics for a long time and I finally went here two weeks ago to get my full set done. I requested Mindy and she is amazing. I was there last Sunday and got the mani/pedi combo, the woman doing the pedicure was sweet but sweet doesnt equal good, when she was cutting my cuticles she also cut a chunk of my skin, it really hurt! Then as she was helping me put on the disposable flip flops she smudged the nail polish off both big toes, instead of removing the nail polish and repainting, she just added a coat of nail polish, of course this made my nail polish bumpy, SLOPPY! The woman who did my gel manicure was even worse, she was in such a rush to get done, she left my manicure super bumpy looking. Do not recommend this place!! The women are very sloppy! Christine does beautiful nail design and Mindy hooked me up with a fresh new full set and pedicure. The were super friendly, detailed and good. The store itself is well designed with nice decor which you can never take for granted after coating some of the other nail salons in town. I even brought my daughter back for a mani/pedi for $10. I'm out here getting bein a queen! I got a pedi and mani package for 50.00. Worth it! Sugar scrub, minty lotion stuff, and a massage (10 min). Then they do this cool hot melted wax they put your hands in and once it dries, it peels off. They do this on both hands and feet. Friendly ladies! You can ask them anything without being worried they'll make a stank face :) Four stars and not five, only because the woman doing my hands seemed like she didn't really know how to give a massage , but she tried :) Read Less

Tammy Nails and Spa were wonderful! My mother in law and I went there to get a pedicure & manicure for my wedding in April 2008. They were very nice and did a great job on french tips! They were gentle and very responsive to if they were to rough or not.
