Horrible service. We went in for pedicures without an appointment and the right thing to do is to tell us you cannot accommodate 4 people. Anyways, pedicures were super rushed and very unclean. Went after work, paid $35 for rocks and hot wax and a not so good pedicure. The tech was talking to her friend who pulled up a chair and they talked the entire time during my pedicure, the tech wasn't paying attention and use the file incorrectly which burned the top of my toes. My massage was 10 mins for both legs with a dime amount of oil. I was very uncomfortable and I will not be returning. Read Less

I was really excited for new ownership! My mom and kiddo and I went in for a gel pedicure. They were friendly and it was super clean! I picked out a color and it was not what was inside the bottle. They guy working on my mom was like oh yeah that's not what that color looks like...say what? They did put a new color on top to fix it... but here's the real upset....I have had gel pedicures last for over 2 weeks at other salons that's why I pay extra for Gel...as I am heading to a bachelorette party this week I didn't want to have to get another pedi right before! I love the new business.  The place is very clean and my pedicure was excellent.  I did the extra massage and it was so relaxing!!  Everyone else that was getting their pedis seemed pleased as well.  I would definitely recommend Venus and I will be coming back again! Read Less

My wife used to frequent this place. But, appears to be new ownership now, with new name changed to Venus. Since we're already here, thought we give it a shot.I first visited the day before Mother's Day to get the wifey an appointment as part of the gift package for Mother's Day. We have plans for the day and needed to do it early. I asked about hours, and they open at 10. I hesitated a bit, and who I believe might be the new owner or just a very nice worker asked how she can help and accommodate. Told her about our plans, and she said, they're happy to accommodate special appointments @ our requested 9am. Booked an appointment for both wife and I. Most of the worker looks to be new as well. They were very nice, professional, highly experienced, and did a excellent job with our overall service. Let's just say, I now know what my wife meant when she tells me , at a good nail spa, you leave feeling relaxed, serviced, and pampered.Highly recommended. Read Less

Wow, went in for Mother's Day over the weekend and got mani and pedi. This shop is now under new management they have told me. I've got excellent service from the technician that took care of me. They talked to me; most spoke perfect English by the way. I did not have trouble communicating to them what I wanted. All prices were clearly listed and I could choose whatever price range I wanted. My feet were dry and rough, so I got the sea salt scrub plus warm paraffin thing. Right after the pedi, my feet felt so buttery soft and smooth. I loved it! When I checked out, they remembered my name which makes me believe they were paying attention. Oh, this place is now called Venus Nails.I'm not into artificial nails, but when I was getting my mani/pedi I overheard another regular customer praising about their different technique in doing her nails. Horrible customer service!! They recently went under new ownership and never told their existing customers and they put up a sign that they will NOT honor gift cards prior to 4-1-17. No notice that if you had any gift cards to use them or give a 30 day period to use them. I'm annoyed because I just had 2 gift cards purchased here for Mothers Day and with the new ownership my regular nail technician is gone. I would have never told my family to buy them from here had I known this was in the works. I called today and spoke with a lady asking since all this happened if I could get my money back. Nope, not surprised. She said anyone can do my nails. NO!! I liked who I had. I won't be patronizing this business. Since the lady on the phone made it seem like customers are a dime a dozen she should realize nail shops are the real dime a dozen. I'll take the ladies advice that ANYONE can do my nails and take my business elsewhere. Not to mention my daughters, my mother in laws and my co-workers.. When this place was Hi tech pro nails the service was awesome. I had been going there for 8 years and knew everyone that worked there. The quality and cleanliness of their work was perfect. Now that it has been bought out and changed ownership, it is the worst nail place I have ever been too. Yes the chairs are new, but the quality of nails is below even one star. Two days after I had my nails done I had to go to another salon and have them redone because of lifting. And if your expecting any customer service you will not be happy. Please do not go here.
