I have been going here for the past 2-3 years, I love this place. Great staff, especially Hui. There's only one guy who doesn't ever seem happy to be there, he rarely says hi and rushed through my nails, which results in my gel manicure chipping or breaking in a few days and I have to go back. He's a younger guy, I don't know his name. I dread getting him when I go, and have requested not to have him before too but don't want to be rude every time since he's always there and always doesn't have clients (no wonder why). Other than him the place is amazing, I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for him. Hui is always so friendly and nice and knows my name, always comes and says hi. Highly recommend!

The setup of the nail shop is super cute ...and they have a great variety in colors. I've been here a few times and the girls here were wonderful. However the tone/professionalism was not consistent in my last visit.... I didn't leave here feeling good or refreshed. I had went in yesterday for a fill.. the man totally rushed my nails and wasn't at all friendly. My nail ended up coming off the same day.. The next morning I went in for a nail fix and a pedicure since I'm already here.. I go to check out and they charged me $10 to fix the one nail.. sheesh.. (I just came in the day before which was kind of annoying) ..anyways I don't mention it. I leave my cash gratuity and the boy is hollering to the man who did my nails the night before about how much tip I left him. It made me very uncomfortable. The shape of my nail Also didn't match with the rest .. I will not be coming back here because of that experience.

Well if you make an appointment don't plan on them keeping it. I have brought 8 new people to them, now I am going to take them away!

I called made an appointment for 5pm and I walked in waited maybe 1 minute sat down with Huey and told him I wanted a new set with gel because my previous nail shop I was at for 3 years wouldn't liste...
I called made an appointment for 5pm and I walked in waited maybe 1 minute sat down with Huey and told him I wanted a new set with gel because my previous nail shop I was at for 3 years wouldn't listen when I said no coffin nails they always ended up coffin and I hated it, so I found this place. Huey asked if I was ok with shorter nails (my nails are normally pretty long) for a little while because he could use the nails I had and it would be cheaper not that money is a problem but I appreciated him telling me he could use my current nails most nail shops always take off the current nails and I'm convinced it's for more money but not this shop the prices are reasonable and my experience overall was amazing I love my nails oh and I was in and out in 30 minutes honestly if you haven't tried this shop you should but I would of make an appointment they take credit cards but make sure you have cash for tip.

I wanted red acrylic stilletto nails and one of the girls was making fun of how I wanted them done with a customer, also they didn’t even bother to give me a top coat or told I could leave I just got insulted yelled at and thrown under the dryer. I walked out crying because I couldn’t believe how badly their customer service skills were and how mean they were to me. Don’t come here you’ll just get made fun of and treated like garbage.

The first time I came here it was terrible I was recommended by a friend and they charged me 55$ for chrome and 5 extra to shape my nail the second time was today I decided to give them another try I told Huey about my terrible experience and he fixed my nails for free. They look amazing now I see why I was recommended by my friend! Always go to Huey

This salon generally does a good job on my nails. The shop is clean and well-decorated. The only thing I don't like about these nail salons is that the manicurists talk to each other in Vietnamese in front of customers and generally ignore the customer. I think it is rude.

Relatively new to the area. Tried this place and it's the cleanest and most customer friendly salon around here! Beautiful work and friendly staff! I won't go anywhere else in brentwood!

Absolutely worst nail experience I've ever had. Tech left me in pedicure chair between my pedi/mani to take care of a client that came in while I was getting my pedicure. I get people make appointments, but if you have an appointment coming in, you should have let me wait until a technician was available to do BOTH services, as I have things to do today and would have chosen to come back when I could actually get both services done. Seriously will NEVER be back.

I have been going here for the past 2-3 years, I love this place. Great staff, especially Hui. There's only one guy who doesn't ever seem happy to be there, he rarely says hi and rushed through my nails, which results in my gel manicure chipping or breaking in a few days and I have to go back. He's a younger guy, I don't know his name. I dread getting him when I go, and have requested not to have him before too but don't want to be rude every time since he's always there and always doesn't have clients (no wonder why). Other than him the place is amazing, I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for him. Hui is always so friendly and nice and knows my name, always comes and says hi. Highly recommend!

The setup of the nail shop is super cute ...and they have a great variety in colors. I've been here a few times and the girls here were wonderful. However the tone/professionalism was not consistent in my last visit.... I didn't leave here feeling good or refreshed. I had went in yesterday for a fill.. the man totally rushed my nails and wasn't at all friendly. My nail ended up coming off the same day..
