I'm sitting here now k thks shop for the first t ...time and when I walked in nobody said anything to me I was with my aunt they ask her If she wanted a pedicure and she said yes but they never ask me anything I thought that was very very rude so I let the lady do my pedicure and I'm drying my toes and I hit my toe and messed it up so I told the lady and she started laughing and talking shyt So I just been sitting here waiting for 30 minutes for one of these ladies to fix my toe and nobody has came the lady who was doing my feet need to learn some manners and respect no giving her anything and I'm not COMINNN BACC EVERR MEAN ASS

Usually I would give this salon 5 stars. Their service is usually the best and I've never had any complaints. However during my last visit, I noticed some differences. I went in on a day that wasn't busy at all so that was great. But as I'm waiting for my pedicure, feet soaked and all I notice the tools they use aren't wrapped. When my pedicurist was done using them she just put them back in the basket. She washed the tool used for scrubbing off dead skin and that was just put back into the tub she got it from. I'm not a professional at all but it's my understanding that these are supposed to be soaked in barbicide. Or some sort of disinfectant. Back to the scrubbing dead skin part.. I don't know what is usually used to scrub your feet but I doubt it's dishwashing soap. I was shocked. It was literally Palmolive dish soap. Then there's the tub your feet are soaked in. Now I know a lot of salons use plastic bags to put into the tub & I've always thought that was more sanitary but it's the opposite. As she was finishing up my pedicure and draining the tub the plastic was removed. I have to say that tub did not look clean at all. Like I said before I'm not a professional, but I do follow nail salons on social media. A lot of them show videos on how they properly cleans the tubs. Literally scrubbing them and soaking with disinfectant solutions. This prevents all types of unhygienic problems. I didn't see that at all during my pedicure. In fact I've never seen that at Ladybug. I don't think I'll be coming back which sucks because I really did like this salon & I had been a customer for some years now.

TERRIBLE. I got a pedicure and was happy with it. Then returned for a full set, was okay. Then I returned for a fill. This is when I had an issue. The man did them and I hated them. Had his wife, Tina, fix them since the coffin shape I wanted was not what I got. The next day the gel started to peel and they were crooked. So I returned and had them fix them again. Today I was eating and noticed one of the tips was just hanging on. So I return to be told I needed to pay $45 for a whole new set. Heck no. Left pissed off, with horrible nails and I will not return.

Went here for a fill I usually go somewhere else , but I came here because it was close I waited 1 hr to be helped . And I had received my fill from a man. 3 nails broke within 2 days ! What a waste of money . I am never coming here again, one thing he did do right was the shape . They were trying to push my to get this "organic" nail ? I have no clue what it really even does they just kept saying organic is better . Not sure how or why . But this is what I was being told , I never heard of "organic" nail before .

So happy I found this gem of a nail shop! Tina the manager is amazing!!! She does amazing nails !! They offer organic nails they are amazing!!! There pedicures are the best I have ever had!!! They really take there time and the shop is very clean!!! The staff is always pleasant and friendly!!!! Best nail shop in Brentwood by far!!!! Can't wait until my next appointment!

Second time coming to establishment i give them an overall zero stars for rating. I had three workers work on my nails after being forced to do organic nails the First Lady Who started my nails put them all on sideways and the male owner had to remove them and fix them before placing organic on. Over all my nails were lumpy and i didn't like the organic powder. Also both workers we're extreme rough with cutting my nails and Cuticles. My nails where so thick i broke the pointer finger in half causing my nails to bleed . After removing nails my nails are destroyed leaving them torn and sore because the owner applied too much organic power to my false nails.. when calling and trying to communicate with owners and workers I was treated unfairly and i feel extremely bad because i paid 80 dollars for service and also left a tip. PLEASE DO NOT try ORGANIC IT IS NOT HEALTHY FOR YOUR NAILS . ALL OF MY NAILS ARE NUBS AND THEY HURT AND ARE SENSITIVE TO HOT WATER . Also the POWDER IS EXTREMELY LUMPY. I FEEL AS IF THEY FORCE YOU TO DO ORGANIC TO SAVE TIME AND TO GET MORE MONEY.

Poor service , very rude customer service i went in for a full set & pedicure the owner " Tina " filed my cuticles to low .. later after leaving I felt a irritation in my finger that was painful and noticed blisters on the side of my index finger . I went to my doctor a couple days later and was diagnosed with an fungus called paronychia due to non sterilized equipment my doctor explained . I called to speak with the owner " Tina " and was told she is out of town in la for two weeks ( which they lied ) & they hung up the phone and wouldn't answer after I tried to explain to them what happen to my finger so i decided to take the drive back to lady bug in Brentwood only to notice Tina was sitting up front i approached tina and ask to speak with her she asked me to come to a room in the back of the sho to speak She was very rude offered me a 25$ refund when i paid 55$ for organic after i unhappily accepted the refund I came back up front ( because she left me in the back room ) she as in " Tina " stated that her name was not "tina " said she " wasn't the owner told me to take her to court her nail shop has insurance " and she will not refund me my money .. i have never encountered such awful disgusting service !!!!!

Tina is amazing! I just had my first organic nails done and the two ladies next to me were proof that it really does protect your real nails and help them grow! It was my first time here and I also had a callus removing treatment which was by far the best experience I ever had at a nail salon. They had really exceptional customer service skills and took there to make sure there customers were left happy and satisfied! Better than tulip nails for sure.

If I could give this place no starts I would, I got a full set here of coffin shaped nails within 2 days 3 of them broke off and chipped with little effort to do so, I didn't even know they broke off ...
If I could give this place no starts I would, I got a full set here of coffin shaped nails within 2 days 3 of them broke off and chipped with little effort to do so, I didn't even know they broke off till I looked at my hand almost an entire week of having them and an entire 5 nails have broke off, I have never in my LIFE had this problem, even with getting a fill, I'm extremely disappointed and when I called and asked to have them fixed they simply said "they could remove them for free and charge me a new set" which doesn't make sense to have to pay $110 w/ tip for nails in just one week... I will not go there anymore and I will alert my local coworkers and friends of this place too. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Let me first say it's been a very long time since I've had acrylic nails but I love how they turned out. Ben was extra attentive to detail, even though he went a little too angled on my thumb nails I'm still satisfied because no one will notice but myself. The pedicure was not worth the price though. I wanted the basic pedi for 20 but tina sold me on the fragrant pedi which was 15 dollars more.... to make it short, not worth what it included. It was quiet, calm environment. It was refreshing to try somewhere new to say the least.

Only way I can do a review.I've been coming here for convenience because it's so close by. And the fact that they are hardly busy. They do an okay job and have taken my MIL, Aunt and Mom. I brought my Mom who is 81 years old for a pedicure. It was 3:30 pm. Only two or three people doing their nails. I asked if they would take her and if they could be done in 45 minutes because we had to get to the Airport. They smiled and said yes no problem. I came back an hour later and my poor Mom was still sitting there soaking her feet. I couldn't believe They had two other people they they took in for pedicure and it looked like they were half way done. I could not believe that they left her sitting there. My Mom was doing her puzzle and was irritated but waited patiently for me. She wanted to say something but bit her tongue as she didn't want me upset. How could you leave an 81 years old soaking her feet and taking other people in. She's a tiny little Asian woman. You should have taken care of her. She wasn't vocal and they took advantage of that. They are too busy trying to get other people in to make more money. As soon as I came in, Tina, the Manager was like, I'll work on her now. I was furious. I told my Mom let's go and the lady kept going on about working on her and it's no problem. I wanted to scream at her but just said that you are Greedy people with no customer service or compassion.

I took my daughter and myself to ladybug nails in Brentwood yesterday. I had awesome lady named Tina who new her stuff and put her All into her job. She offered us a new product called organic nail which we both love now. It's all natural, no chemicals and doesn't crack or chip. Tina did a awesome massage and was so friendly and funny. I just wish it was a little cheaper, but in the long run you get what you pay for and this place is worth it!

Not enough for me to ever go back for a mani pedi. Brentwood is full of reasonable and good professional nail salons.

I was introduced to this location by my Aunt. In my family we are highly concerned about the exposure to chemicals and cancer causing agents, so my Aunt was so excited to learn that Ladybug Nails offers Organic Nails. There are no Chemicals no UV lights or other drying agents used in this process and yet my nails are strong, light in weight and gorgeous in appearance. There are several different colors to choose from so I definitely will not ever get tired of choosing a different color each time I come in. Organic Nails also last for an extremely long time it has been at least three weeks since I last came in and my nails still look and feel phenomenal. The shop is extremely clean, their pedicures are to die for .!! They are extremely relaxing and there are so many choices. These ladies take their time to ensure that you are satisfied and the price won't leave you in a bind either.

I must say, I put this poor man to work. Girl run with my sister for pedicure and manicure. Since I work with my hands cooking, gardening and mechanic work they suggested the organic nail powder which was beautiful First off the shop is bright, clean and the staff are great! The menu for the aromatic foot treatments is extensive from lavender to hibiscus and ginger.Tina was funny, talented and had great suggestions. I don't know why there aren't more great reviews for this shop.

Usually I would give this salon 5 stars. Their service is usually the best and I've never had any complaints. However during my last visit, I noticed some differences. Let me first say it's been a very long time since I've had acrylic nails but I love how they turned out. I'm really bummed because this place came highly recommended by a family member of mine. I called ahead for an appointment an hour and a half later at 4:00 pm. When I arrived I was askied to have a seat and wait for little bit. That was no problem, I understand nail shops can be running a bit behind, I was happy to wait. However, after 45 minutes of waiting and still no one helping me... I walked out.

I took my daughter and myself to ladybug nails in Brentwood yesterday. I had awesome lady named Tina who new her stuff and put her All into her job. She offered us a new product called organic nail which we both love now. It's all natural, no chemicals and doesn't crack or chip. Tina did a awesome massage and was so friendly and funny. I just wish it was a little cheaper, but in the long run you get what you pay for and this place is worth it!

Wasted my time and money..

(Originally 5). I was totally understanding because I knew I would be paying more for these. Once we got going the design brought it to 10 colors.I don't think the owner was happy to see them upon checkout "so colorful" because I was still being charged $55. Oh well. I tipped well and promised to yelpB

Definitely my first and last time. Is expensive and lousy job on my hands. The lady cut my nails crooked and rush them. To be fair the lady that did my pedicure Kitty was professional and clean. Not enough for me to ever go back for a mani pedi. Brentwood is full of reasonable and good professional nail salons.

I was introduced to this location by my Aunt. In my family we are highly concerned about the exposure to chemicals and cancer causing agents, so my Aunt was so excited to learn that Ladybug Nails offers Organic Nails. There are no Chemicals no UV lights or other drying agents used in this process and yet my nails are strong, light in weight and gorgeous in appearance. There are several different colors to choose from so I definitely will not ever get tired of choosing a different color each time I come in. Organic Nails also last for an extremely long time it has been at least three weeks since I last came in and my nails still look and feel phenomenal. The shop is extremely clean, their pedicures are to die for .!! They are extremely relaxing and there are so many choices. These ladies take their time to ensure that you are satisfied and the price won't leave you in a bind either.

I must say, I put this poor man to work. Girl run with my sister for pedicure and manicure. Since I work with my hands cooking, gardening and mechanic work they suggested the organic nail powder which was beautiful First off the shop is bright, clean and the staff are great! The menu for the aromatic foot treatments is extensive from lavender to hibiscus and ginger.Tina was funny, talented and had great suggestions. I don't know why there aren't more great reviews for this shop.

Best pedi I have had in a while, really attentive and neat. I love my French mani as well! Will definitely go back !
