Yup, I'm going to be really corny and say they nailed the nail game (...I can feel your eyerolls) I'm a pretty simple gal when it comes to my nails (solid neutral colors with no fancy designs), yet people always ask where I get my nails done and I refer them to Zara!!YOUR NAILS NEVER CHIP HERE. Yes, that is a bold testament but I stand by it. I've been coming to Zara Nails for about half a year five times total but my nails never chip until way past four weeks or even seven weeks. I don't know if it's some sorcery in their polishes or magic in the nail techs' technique, but ya got me as a forever client.The environment is very relaxing and modern and not cheesy at all like a typical nail salon, and they have a cool nail bar if you just want to have a mani done. The nail techs are always very professional and DO care that you are happy with your nails. I've brought in reference pictures for simple designs before and the end result looks exactly the same as the picture. The last time I went, I just thought of a design and did a rough (really bad lol) sketch of it and showed them, and the ladies there really tried their best to make it come to life. They even took off and re-did the design a couple times until I was happy with it. Special shoutout to Tran and Rachel!!They get pretty packed on the weekends and there's definitely a wait if you do walk in so I recommend going on weekday mornings. Rude service! Left without getting anything done. The lady acted like it was a bother for me to get my nails done! Never have received this kind of service at a nail salon. Julie did an amazing job on my nails today! I have struggled to find a nail salon I can feel comfortable with to trust my nails with. My struggle has ended! I have found the best nails salon to come to. My favorite part was how Julie was talking to me and trying to have a conversation. Great nail salon! The service was great and you get what you pay for. I've been here twice and it honestly is my new favorite nail salon because they're pretty up to date with their designs/polishes/salon set up. The pedicure chairs are pretty new anf the massage settings are very relaxing, I can see why the two are paired. I would definitely recommend this salon to women, men and kids. I don't get my nails done often but I loved Zara Nails and Spa! It was a spacious, relaxing and classy salon. I came on a Monday in July and it was moderately busy. I got a regular mani pedi (not gel) with a design on each ring finger. Cost was only $37. They were great massaging my hands and arms and calves. The massage chair was great too! They opened tools packed in sealed bags for use. I like the smells of the lotions; very comforting scents. They had instrumental music playing and 2 televisions, one was on food network, so that kept me entertained. I will be back for Zara for sure, my nails look great and it was very relaxing! Read Less

This is definitely the best nail salon that I have been to in my area. They are so friendly and pay attention to all your needs. As other reviews have said the "nail bar" is so cute and it makes it stand out from other nail salons, I loved it!! I got an infected toe by coming here!! Lady by the name of Linda did my pedicure. She cut the edges of my toe nail and went toooo far! I just got a gel manicure and regular pedicure and they look perfect! I normally go to Bella nails on imperial but I tried Zara for the first time today and I'm definitely coming here now. The quality and prices are way better, and they didn't to push me to spend more money on designs or other more expensive packages. Viviana did my gel manicure and she was very detailed made sure they look perfect and took her time even though they where busy.Lili did my pedicure she also did a great job, took her time and made sure they came out perfect.All the staff was friendly, I did have to wait 30 minutes but hey told me that up front. I'm appalled from my last visit here.  I went in for a mani/pedi and the girls working on me didn't know I was Vietnamese.  I had requested for the girl to trim down my cuticles but to avoid cutting too much skin lateral to my nail plate.  For whatever reason, she made fun at my request to the other girl working on my toes.  This goes on for awhile until one of the girls asked me, "Are you Vietnamese?" I was pissed and quietly nodded yes.  They were obviously embarrassed, but weren't even apologetic.  Instead, they laughed and talked about what just happened in Vietnamese.  They didn't stop and wondered if I understood.  I was so livid and uncomfortable.  I finally spoke up, told them that I DID understand, and demanded for them to stop. They finally did.The salon itself is really nice and clean and I'm so disappointed and mortified by such unprofessionalism.  Remember that comedian Angela Johnson and her portrayal of her nail salon experience?  She was right on the money.  At this salon, they will smile and act friendly.  However, they are probably bad mouthing you 99% of the time. Had a gel pedi done by Tian on a Friday at around 3:30. Please was packed and apparently it is always busy. I like the layout where you get manis done at a bar. I had the Luxury pedi and chose white gel polish. I have a gel kit at home and am pretty good at doing gel myself, but I don't have the time anymore and bc I'm a perfectionist it takes me forever. I was a little nervous about wanting white bc it's a hard color to do, but the photos show that Tian has attention to detail. It looks amazing and I am so happy. I would recommend this place! Nail salons near to OC are a dime a dozen, but they are NOT all created equal. My mom, sister, and 2 cousins all got our nails done together here for a family wedding. Everyone had an incredible experience, and we will be back! Ambiance - the salon was very clean and modern. Instead of those individual nail stations, they have a "nail bar" with a clean large, long countertop where you sit on stools behind the counter and the nail technician works from behind the counter (kind of like a bar). It's a small change, but it makes such a difference in how the salon looks! Instead of these little work stations, it feels large, airy, and very modern. If you want a mani/pedi, you sit in the leather massage chairs. There's TV, water, offered, and plenty of conversation. The nail techs are super friendly and not just working hard. A very nice experience. Nails - we each got different services - design, gel, regular mani/pedi, foot scrub - and everyone ended up very happy with the result. These ladies and men know how to do nails, cut your cuticles carefully, take time to scrub dead skin and calluses off your feet, and to make sure you are happy with the design. The regular (non-gel) nails last without chipping for at least 2 weeks! Will definitely be back! Read Less

I have been to several salons over the years. This salon is by far the best one I have ever been to. The staff is kind and accommodating. The facility is impeccably clean and organized, and really well taken care of and modern. The prices are a little pricier but it's worth it. The manicurists take their time to do your nails and you can tell they like what they do and that they want your nails to look perfect. Absolutely wonderful!!!
