I followed Doug here after he changed salons, and he always nails my hair perfectly!! Definitely recommend him. The new salon is absolutely gorgeous with a very contemporary feel, and service was amazing (they offer you drinks). Doug is very talented at what he does, so you get exactly what you pay for. He did an ashy balayage on me (which I loved since my hair turns brassy so easily and previous stylists in past years have had it turned super yellow when I finished a session) and also fixed a haircut that I had someone else do (which was a mistake lol). Not coming back here for nails unless they get new manicurists.  Been here twice and had a terrible experience. Such low selection, poor customer service, and I left with a painful, cut, bleeding fingers/toes because they filed my nails too much to the point my skin was raw. Not to mention extremely expensive.  Would recommend going to ANY other nail salon for better pricing and trained staff. Read Less

I went during their opening last September  (2016) And I was very pleased and impressed with everything. I got a deluxe pedicure and was amazed at the quality of the polished and how long it stayed on and stayed nice. Being that it's expensive and I got a great deal during their opening and had a great experience I decided I'd come back but for special occasions (birthday pampering, etc). I just recently brought my mom for a belated mothers day gift and we still had a great experience (we both got a deluxe pedicure); although, this time around, within a few days I got 1 chip and their white lacquer attracted dirt somehow on all my toes (it just looks bad). I'm not walking through dirt or anything and wore shoes 1 day. I repainted over one nail and put my own top coat on and it's still shiny and pretty but the others aren't. So I'm a little bummed about that. I paid a premium price (as far as nail salons go) and they only looked good for a day or two. I had my first appointment at Polished Perfect last weekend. Wow! The first thing you notice is just how beautiful the salon is. It's modern with a sleek design and high end finishes and small details throughout. You are greeted when you walk in by the friendly people working at the front desk. I checked in and was offered water or a mimosa (YUM) while I waited. Shortly after, my favorite hair stylist Doug was ready for me! Seriously Doug is a god when it comes to hair! I haven't had my hair cut in about 5-6 months and I haven't had it died in over 4 years. It was time for a change. I know nothing really about hair but doug is always so patient as I babble through what I think I want but I'm not really sure. He always tells me what he thinks and has such great suggestions.This visit I decided to cut 3 or so inches and do a complete color over my hair. I showed him one picture and BOOM he started his magic! Throughout my visit I was offered water and drinks again making me feel very welcomed calm (getting my hair cut makes me SO anxious) By the time I was don't I couldn't believe my hair. It was healthy, shiny, and I was OH SO in love! On top of that, Doug even has a special going on- $10 off on your visit! I promise you, you won't be disappointed visiting Polished Perfect or Doug! Angela O. Is the best! I've been going to her to get my balayage for over a year now and I'm never left disappointed! She's one of the few hairstylists out there who take their time and are committed to the art of hair. My hair was black box dye all over and just not cute BUT now it's a beautiful shade of golden tones! When she moved salons I couldn't help but to follow her into this one. Doug has been doing my hair for 3+ years and he just moved over to this salon and I love it! Not only do I get to keep my amazing stylist, but the salon itself is wonderful. Very kind and professional staff- and the manicurist even gave me a hand massage and parafin wax for my hands while my hair was processing simply because she had some free time! Beautiful place.
