I wish I would have listened to the bad reviews to not go here. I only first went because it was the only nail salon open until 8 pm and I needed them done to go to a wedding the next day. I had the worst experience ever with the front desk staff and manager Lillian. First of all their prices are way over priced and they only give less than a 5 minute massage and do not have massage chairs. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Both of which the colors faded and turned dark brown in 2 days. So I called to just fix my finger nails only and I was told it would only take 15 minutes. But when I got there I had to wait and didn’t have enough time as I had to go to work so she only removed the gel. Then I had to go back the next day and put the color back on but they gave me the wrong color that did not match my toes. Then the same thing happened in 2 days my gel nails faded and turned brown. So I called again to have them fix it and brought a friend and got a pedicure as well. When I got there they told me to pick my color and then later came to me and said I had to use the same last color I had. So both my friend and I were confused. I told her it was the wrong color the last time I would like it to use my original color and then she started to argue with me in front of my friend which was embarrassing. So then I was forced to use a color I didn’t want. So the same thing happens to both my feet and nails where it faded to dark brown when it was supposed to be a light nude. So I called again speaking to Lillian and she said they will fix my fingernails this last time for free and I said I just want regular polish this time since it keeps messing up so I can change myself if it messes up again. So I get to my appt and they start doing a manicure and I said no thought was just polish change and then they said I have to pay $28. I said that’s not what Lillian told me and of course she left so Karina called her and she bold faced lied to me and said I have to pay this time and if I don’t she’ll report me. So enough to say I paid but they are so unprofessional, disrespectful, liars, rude, and do not treat customers right at all. My friend thought they were so rude as well and she doesn’t want to go back either. Do not waste your money here.

I can't say enough great things about Nail Garden! My mother and I have seen some nasty nail fungus on other people over the years so we may be a tad paranoid....OKAY really paranoid about nail salons and their overall cleanliness. After walking in we were really pleased to see that they do not have the jetted tubs for the pedicures! FINALLY! Not very many people or owners know that a lot of the bacteria that causes nail fungus and other infections resides in the jets of the tubs at nail salons, one little cut and yea your pretty much screwed. The tubs were really great, they all had drains and were scrubbed promptly after we were done with our pedicures. But, i should rewind a little, because one of the things I really loved was the prompt, and friendly service we received when we walked into the salon. My mom, sisters, and I felt so comfortable and taken care of. We were seated right away in the luxe comfy chairs and went into relax mode. They offer free drinks while getting your nails done and you can't help but feel classy and chic with all the sophisticated decor in the nail salon. Nail Garden won extra brownie points once my mom asked if they used new utensils for every guest (some places don't, beware!) and to our surprise they do! Woo! Our mani and pedi's looked great and were done in a timely manner.While we were paying we realized that the lovely lady that greeted us when we first walked in was in fact the owner, Sandy. We thanked her for her great customer service, taste in design, and commended her on her knowledge of infection control and implementing more hygienic ways of getting your nails done. She was a sweetheart and It was so nice to see an owner so passionate about her business and salon. Seriously, don't research any longer, and get your nails done at Nail Garden, you won't regret it!

I paid $174.00 for gel mani/pedis for my 10 year old daughter and me!!! The lady who did my mani messed up my nails; I ended up filing them myself. And then they couldn't do the design they told me they could do so I ended up with a mani with only a top gel coat on. I couldn't believe they charged so much for such bad work! Not to mention they broke my nail and then charged me to fix it! I had to argue to have them remove the manicure that I made the lady stop doing. NEVER AGAIN!!! From now on I will stick with Angel's Nail Spa in Brea, they have the best service. I will never deviate from Angel's again.

I love the decor of this nail salon. It's so clean and bougie with the amazing high back plush chairs and bench thrones for shared mani/pedis. All of the ladies here speak great English so there's also no lost in translation issues here. They also have extended hours (open at least 1 hour later than the other salons in this area) which is a total plus for this mom because sometimes I can't get out to pamper myself until I get the boys down. The reason this place doesn't make the 5th star is because of I noticed my gel manicures don't last as long as some other places and that coupled with the steeper price tag knocks away that last star.

After an 1-1/2 of doing my nails, I look down and my nails are matte stark white NOT ombré. I asked her where the ombré was and she said "this is ombré" Also I specifically asked for thin coffin nails and they were thick and squavol. 2. The person doing my toes did a swift and sloppy job, I was too concerned about my hands that I didn't notice she missed an entire section of my toe nail.3. I found it very rude that they were both stopping to answer texts messages and phone calls and watching tv on the screen while they were doing my nails.Although the mimosas were great, this was not worth $100.

For the price, I expected better quality work. I got a gel mani (chrome) and had to come back 2 days later because the tips of my nails started chipping. It looked like I had been rock climbing (refer to the photos below). I came back in today to get them redone and the nails on my left hand are already chipping almost 7 hours later. I picked a fairy dust white color this time so it's not as noticeable (thank goodness). Even if I decided to go back again, the girl who worked on my nails today rushed through the process of removing the old gel (it wasn't even busy). She didn't give enough time for the acetone to settle in and began aggressively scraping off and filing down my own nail bed along with the old gel. I don't think my nails can even handle another gel set. I'm giving 2 stars (instead of 1) because one the girls at the front was so friendly and accommodating to my needs. She made sure I was taken care of. My quest to seek for another nail salon continues.....

The bad: I left with a bleeding cuticle and a sloppily done manicure. Not to mention the pedicurist finished first and told the front desk I was done. I sat for an additional 30 minutes waiting for a manicurist that never showed until they asked me if I was just waiting to dry. Once the manicurist finally showed up - again nice - she didn't listen to what I asked for. By the time she was done, I had been there for 2 hours. I originally asked for a combo, but they charged me for separate services when I was checking out I mean one thing after another. I wont be back. A waste of my time.

Every time I have my nails done I have to get them redone, there is always an issue. There is also a high staff turnover so it's hard to get one person do nails consistently. The shop is beautiful, they offer wine, mimosas, coffee etc but the actual nail work is subpar. I am not going to return to this shop for that reason. I really do not recommend them! I really wanted to add pics but dont have the option 🤔😲

Extremely disappointed in my experience with Nail Garden. Never again will I come back. I went here for the first time a few days ago and after spending $111 I ended up with two broken nails two days later. On top of that, I went back to get it fixed and according to the woman that "helped" me "I picked the wrong color" so now I have mixed matched nails. Yes, she offered to have the nail technician re-paint my nail but at that point I was tired and annoyed with my experience ...with this establishment. I shouldn't have had to rush after work to get my nails fixed after I had just gotten them done two days prior. Had they not broken in the first place I wouldn't have needed to come back and get them fixed ultimately resulting in mixed matched nails. I went here because they had glowing reviews and it is very close to where I live. Unfortunately, I will not be a returning customer. Nothing about my experience made me feel pampered other than the beverages. I did not get a hand massage, nor any lotion on my hands. All in all I am not satisfied and I do not feel like I got what I paid for. See More

4 stars for ambiance + service.Front desk was very friendly and approachable - possibly the manager? She ensured that I had a very pleasant experience, this is rare for a nail salon, at least the one I tend to enter. I asked her for color suggestions, once i sat down she offered me a beverage.My quest was to be pampered and ensure my nails were polished with something organic or low in chemicals, luckily they have a whole line of zoya products.I opted for the Garden Deluxe manicure which included a tangerine scrub cleaned up with hot towels followed by a lotioned massage. The only thing I struggled with was the fan that tried my nails, I was getting very cold :). Tip: They take all major credit cards but bring cash if you wish to tip your esthetician, do they do not provide an opportunity on the credit card slip.

This was my first visit to the Nail Garden; Amalia was so nice and she gave me an amazing pedicure! The rest is the staff was also friendly. I am looking forward to going back to get acrylics

Nail Garden won extra brownie points once my mom asked if they used new utensils for every guest (some places don't, beware!) and to our surprise they do! Woo! Our mani and pedi's looked great and were done in a timely manner.While we were paying we realized that the lovely lady that greeted us when we first walked in was in fact the owner, Sandy. We thanked her for her great customer service, taste in design, and commended her on her knowledge of infection control and implementing more hygienic ways of getting your nails done. She was a sweetheart and It was so nice to see an owner so passionate about her business and salon. Seriously, don't research any longer, and get your nails done at Nail Garden, you won't regret it!

Very happy with the service I received. Super clean, and both nail techs took their time and did a great job. It's a little pricey but well worth it. I'd totally recommend this place.

I paid $174.00 for gel mani/pedis for my 10 year old daughter and me!!! The lady who did my mani messed up my nails; I ended up filing them myself. And then they couldn't do the design they told me they could do so I ended up with a mani with only a top gel coat on. I couldn't believe they charged so much for such bad work! Not to mention they broke my nail and then charged me to fix it! I had to argue to have them remove the manicure that I made the lady stop doing. NEVER AGAIN!!! From now on I will stick with Angel's Nail Spa in Brea, they have the best service. I will never deviate from Angel's again.

I love the decor of this nail salon. It's so clean and bougie with the amazing high back plush chairs and bench thrones for shared mani/pedis. All of the ladies here speak great English so there's also no lost in translation issues here. They also have extended hours (open at least 1 hour later than the other salons in this area) which is a total plus for this mom because sometimes I can't get out to pamper myself until I get the boys down. The reason this place doesn't make the 5th star is because of I noticed my gel manicures don't last as long as some other places and that coupled with the steeper price tag knocks away that last star.

Expected a way better job for the price I paid. 1. I have coffin acrylics and was convinced an "ombré" color would be so cute on my nails; I'd never done that before so I agreed. After an 1-1/2 of doing my nails, I look down and my nails are matte stark white NOT ombré. I asked her where the ombré was and she said "this is ombré" Also I specifically asked for thin coffin nails and they were thick and squavol. 2. The person doing my toes did a swift and sloppy job, I was too concerned about my hands that I didn't notice she missed an entire section of my toe nail.3. I found it very rude that they were both stopping to answer texts messages and phone calls and watching tv on the screen while they were doing my nails.Although the mimosas were great, this was not worth $100.

For the price, I expected better quality work. I got a gel mani (chrome) and had to come back 2 days later because the tips of my nails started chipping. It looked like I had been rock climbing (refer to the photos below). I came back in today to get them redone and the nails on my left hand are already chipping almost 7 hours later. I picked a fairy dust white color this time so it's not as noticeable (thank goodness). Even if I decided to go back again, the girl who worked on my nails today rushed through the process of removing the old gel (it wasn't even busy). She didn't give enough time for the acetone to settle in and began aggressively scraping off and filing down my own nail bed along with the old gel. I don't think my nails can even handle another gel set. I'm giving 2 stars (instead of 1) because one the girls at the front was so friendly and accommodating to my needs. She made sure I was taken care of. My quest to seek for another nail salon continues.....

The bad: I left with a bleeding cuticle and a sloppily done manicure. Not to mention the pedicurist finished first and told the front desk I was done. I sat for an additional 30 minutes waiting for a manicurist that never showed until they asked me if I was just waiting to dry. Once the manicurist finally showed up - again nice - she didn't listen to what I asked for. By the time she was done, I had been there for 2 hours. I originally asked for a combo, but they charged me for separate services when I was checking out I mean one thing after another. I wont be back. A waste of my time.

Every time I have my nails done I have to get them redone, there is always an issue. There is also a high staff turnover so it's hard to get one person do nails consistently. The shop is beautiful, they offer wine, mimosas, coffee etc but the actual nail work is subpar. I am not going to return to this shop for that reason. I really do not recommend them! I really wanted to add pics but dont have the option 🤔😲

Extremely disappointed in my experience with Nail Garden. Never again will I come back. I went here for the first time a few days ago and after spending $111 I ended up with two broken nails two days later. On top of that, I went back to get it fixed and according to the woman that "helped" me "I picked the wrong color" so now I have mixed matched nails. Yes, she offered to have the nail technician re-paint my nail but at that point I was tired and annoyed with my experience ...with this establishment. I shouldn't have had to rush after work to get my nails fixed after I had just gotten them done two days prior. Had they not broken in the first place I wouldn't have needed to come back and get them fixed ultimately resulting in mixed matched nails. I went here because they had glowing reviews and it is very close to where I live. Unfortunately, I will not be a returning customer. Nothing about my experience made me feel pampered other than the beverages. I did not get a hand massage, nor any lotion on my hands. All in all I am not satisfied and I do not feel like I got what I paid for. See More

She ensured that I had a very pleasant experience, this is rare for a nail salon, at least the one I tend to enter. I asked her for color suggestions, once i sat down she offered me a beverage.My quest was to be pampered and ensure my nails were polished with something organic or low in chemicals, luckily they have a whole line of zoya products.I opted for the Garden Deluxe manicure which included a tangerine scrub cleaned up with hot towels followed by a lotioned massage. The only thing I struggled with was the fan that tried my nails, I was getting very cold :). Tip: They take all major credit cards but bring cash if you wish to tip your esthetician, do they do not provide an opportunity on the credit card slip.

This was my first visit to the Nail Garden; Amalia was so nice and she gave me an amazing pedicure! The rest is the staff was also friendly. I am looking forward to going back to get acrylics
