Made appointments for three people. Waited 30 minutes and was never spoken to after the initial greeting. The odor was so strong of acrylic I had a headache before leaving. They took walk-ins before us and when I told them we couldn't wait any longer and had to leave, they didn't seem to mind. H O R R I B L E from Service to Quality to sum it up.  I read their reviews and saw some positive and negative, so I wanted to give it a try myself.  I had never been to any nail salon like this one.  The technician kept trying to sell me more service the entire time after I told her again and again "no thanks I'll try it next time".  She did a very bad job and it became stressful after she wouldn't stop selling; I ended up telling her that I had to go and she didn't have to paint my nails.  I, for sure now believe every negative comments that posted here. My friend and I walked in to get a manicure. They could only take one of us at a time so we asked to wait and be seen together. The woman was visibly upset and said "ok". It's so hard for me to find a good nail salon and I really needed a pedicure.  Found this place that was 5 minutes from where I work.  They took me in right away without an appointment.  Then again it was on a weekday morning.  Clean salon located in the same plaza as Michaels, Bucca Di Beppo and Nordstrom Rack.   The guy who did my pedicure (I forgot his name) did a great job!!!  It was relaxing as I got to dip my feet in the spa chair.  I always bring my own nail polish.  He took his time and didn't rush me like at some other salons.  He put on my disposable flip flops (which is included) and I walked out of the door very happy and satisfied.  I think my spa pedicure was $22, including callous remover.   Wish I can get a pedicure monthly but unfortunately, that's too costly.   The only thing I can complain about is that they should offer a bottle water or even hot coffee or tea.  That would've been a nice touch.  Regardless, I'll be back. O M G if I can give this zero stars, I would! Extremely upset with the final outcome of the nails. It's not the greatest nails, it's the cheapest nails and the pictures explain themselves (see below).I had white gel nails and I wanted to take them out and do a basic light pinkish color. The lady started off using a nail file and aggressively filed my gels down. OMG WAS IT PAINFUL! And I've been to other salons where they soak your nails in acetone first before they file it off. But she filed, soaked it for literally 5 seconds which FYI is NOT enough time and filed it again...and there were still bits of white on it!Not only that, but when I pointed to the color I wanted, she said she didn't have it, so I went ahead and picked something else. She quickly soaked my hand in water and rushed through it. What I thought was even more DISGUSTING is that I had a feeling that the towel AND tools that she was using was not sanitized or washed or cleaned or whatever, so I was disgusted the entire experience. And the total cost? $22! ($5 to take out the damn gel nails which wasn't even done right!) Completely ridiculous!And another woman came in for the same service, and I watched the tools she used on me being used on this same woman! NO SANITATION WHATSOEVER! Completely disgusting! I looked at my nails and felt like I was going to cry. Luckily a few days later, I went somewhere else to get it fixed. They buffed out the MOUNTAINS of crap that was left over from my gel nails that this place just painted over. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN! I went on my lunch break to get a color change, I work in the same plaza so it took about 3 minutes to get there. I sat right down and told them I was on my lunch and only wanted a color change. I came here because my usual nail salon just was too much money for the quality. The price accurately reflects the quality here. $20 for a gel manicure. I have yet to find a cheaper price nearby.Cons:-Long wait time on a Wednesday afternoon. I was seated pretty quickly but two women came in and were upset, as they had made appointments that couldn't be kept on time. The staff was apologetic, and I understand that everyone's human. This didn't bother me that much.-Staff was not unfriendly, but not very friendly. Didn't say a word to me the whole time. Again, didn't bother me that much.-As she was filing my nails at the end, she scraped my hand and cut me. I have pretty delicate skin, but this still bums me out when this happens.Pros:-Very large selection of gel colors. Larger than my "usual" place. Found the color I was looking for as I was waiting.-Quality of the manicure was about as good as every other place I've been to. Not fantastic, but not terrible.Basically, come here if you want a cheap, decent gel manicure. If you don't like waiting, or you want perfection, spend more money to go elsewhere. Stumbled upon this place going to total wine and didn't have the chance to look up any reviews before spontaneously deciding to take off my acrylics. The lady here is really nice. She's the sweetest and does great gel nails BUT this place doesn't know how to take acrylic nails off.... They used an acrylic nail and stuck it under my nail and scraped them off... I asked for her to put new tips on and she told me she would put gel on my natural nails instead. When she was taking my nails off she used some cuticle cutters to cut off the pieces that wouldn't remove causing her to cut my actual nail... Now I have one nail with a chunk missing. I actually didn't want to get gel nails done, and saw the sign for SNS and asked her to do that instead and she just said "uhh gel is better." I decided to do what she pushed on me and did gel and the UV light is so hot I burned my finger...Overall don't think I would come back. Even for a simple task like taking off acrylic nails... This salon was not bad! Very clean and spacious. Prices were really affordable and there were not chemical smell lingering in the salon! When I was up next the nail tech working on me was gentle and listen to all my requests. She fulfilled each one of them beautifully! Not once did she mess up or cut me too! The ladies here were very nice... Like REALLY nice, but I'm going to review the SNS nails. Their produce doesn't look good on the samples, and it didn't look good on my nails. It turned out a bit gritty and uneven. The colors are not true to sample and it was very thick. I feel bad writing this, because they were very sweet. My tip is to stick to GEL () until they have mastered this technique. Hold out until people post nice pictures of their SNS nails. Read Less

Extremely disappointed! I chose this salon for its proximity to the freeway and the place I needed to be next. Bought a gel manicure and regular pedicure totalling $40 without tip. The male manicurist did a gel manicure and left me with bizarre lines on the gel, uneven filing and gel on my skin. Granted I keep my nails very short, there is no excuse for the lines. As for my toenails, a total disaster! Pink nail polish on my skin and cuticles, didn't bother to clean under the nails, and the 5 minutes massage that came with the package wasn't even the full time.  When I asked him to clean under the nails because you could see the sock lint/whatever even after the paint job, he disregarded my concern. Two people walked in the door and he was more concerned about getting them sat and prepared than finishing my job. Came in for a quick relaxing mani/pedi before work and left pissed.  I write this as I am having my nails corrected at Bella Nails and Spa further down on Imperial towards the mall. (This place is morr expensive, has higher quality chairs and workers that care about their work and I highly recommend them.) Needless to say, I will not be going back to Greatest Nails and Spa. I can't even begin to tell you how horrible this salon is. DONT COME HERE. If you want to be sitting for over two hours with hardly any service then for sure come here. If you're a realistic person with a life and things to do then avoid this place at all costs. My sister and I were seated and waited so long for our nails to be done they took many other customers and tended to them and completely ignored us. My sister had foil on her fingers for two hours and asked like 5 employees if they could just take it off because she was late for her appointment and they spoke Vietnamese to each other and deliberately ignored us. FINALLY they came over to her and gave her the nail tools TO REMOVE THE POLISH HERSELF. (I took a picture I will be posting) This place is an utter mess.
