I get ombre nails, duck feet nails shape instead coffin shape. I love this place, very experience. They also do SNS dipping powder, I will try it next time. I definitely come back.

Waited 20 mins after someone said hello and still got nothing. Not a pick a color, we'll be right with you or give us blank mins.

Absolutely awful customer service. Once when i went the entire time i was getting a mani-pedi the two girls were gabbing away at each other and barely paying attention to my nails and the girl messed ...
Absolutely awful customer service. Once when i went the entire time i was getting a mani-pedi the two girls were gabbing away at each other and barely paying attention to my nails and the girl messed up my gel nails. Then i went back recently and they were crooked and about two days later the gel began to peel off so i went back to get them fixed and she turned me away because they were "too busy" with two customers. So i asked for a refund and she refused. I won't be coming back.

I went to Elegant Nail Spa on Monday and was impressed. The shop was clean and nicely furnished. I got the spa pedicure and it was relaxing and enjoyable. Lucy did a great job! I plan on taking my daughters here for a princess pedi soon.

Each of the technicians is exceptionally skilled and consistently good work done. Owner is ever present and making sure location is clean, organized, and that customers receive good service. For regular acrylic wearers, I highly recommend getting a gel coat over the nail color. They talked me into it once and it was worth well more the $5.00 it cost. Their prices are about average for North Orange County, and considering the exceptional quality of work, I think they are the best value around. Spa pedi is $17.00, regular fill $14.00.
