One of your nail technicians, Meagan Perry, was in my almost 20,000 member large Nail Art Designs group. One of the rules is to not advertise nail services. She was told she broke the rules and was asked to please read the rules. She advertised this salon on a member's pedicure. Once informed she broke the rules she replies with an attitude and told me the person's pedicure looked horrible. What a spiteful, rude person. I'd never want her working on my nails. Just called to book an appointment for 2 pedicures and 1 full set of gel nails and was told it would be at least a week and a half....really. I called for an appointment in January for a pedicure and to have my eyebrows waxed, and was told the person that does eyebrows would call me to set appointment, no call. My first call was about a year ago for pedicure and full set of nails, after 3 attempts of getting their machine saying they couldn't get to the phone I gave up. DO NOT GO TO HAIR SALON! $45 dollars for them to unevenly buzz off ALL of my husband's hair (he did not want all of his hair buzzed, just sides) and barely trim my sons (also uneven). I was sad the ladies couldnt fit me in while  I was visiting, but they did their best. They called clients with appointments later in the day to confirm (so if cancelling I could have appt). I appreciate people who make every effort to take the time to at least check. It was really my fault for not calling in advance to schedule an appt as they are so great that they are no longer a great secret and although always try to accommodate walk-ins it is not always possible! Loyal customer, I have been with the Perfect 10 since the first day they opened. The are the most professional, clean, and savvy salon in town. I am always treated like a queen and feel like a special guest. Perfect 10 is always on my weekly list of things to do. She's extremely talented and super attentive always making sure you are comfortable and her work is what you like. My mother goes here all the time and loves it. She has Meagan do her nails and seriously can't stop showing them off to people. She says it is the best Salon in Big Bear, it's clean and very relaxing and she feels like a million bucks everytime she leaves. I often get her gift certificates for services from manicures and pedicures and facial treatments and teeth whitening, I think they also have spray tanning as well. I have been a few times to buy gift certificates and it seems like a nice place. Everyone was very friendly and helpful since I know nothing about salon services. I would recommend this salon over others simply because it is easy to find on Moonridge Road and they always answer the phone! Not having to leave a message is a huge plus!Read Less
