Long story short, not my best manicure but also definitely not my worst, and I'll be back.Their prices and color selection are unbeatable especially for the Beverly Hills area.When I went in, it was when they first opened so there was no wait. However, within 45 minutes it got pretty crowded, so be sure to make an appointment.The woman that did my nails was super friendly and diligent with my nails; I she knew I wanted to nails to be white so she made sure to do more than enough coats and even topped the white color that I picked with another to make sure they were super bright.I also asked for a little nail art that she did nicely. However, when putting on the top coat, it wasn't fully dry so the color smeared a bit, but she offered to fix the entire nail -- I passed since I was running a little late but I honestly appreciated her acknowledging the slight mess up.Honestly, everything was done really well, my nails just had a few mess ups and imperfections, but I'll definitely be back! Go to Annie, she's great! She does my acrylics and shapes them very nicely. I do however think this place should have two or three dollar signs because it isn't cheap! A FILL is $25+. Other places I've been to were ~$15 to $17 for a fill. On my last set, I broke a nail about three days after I got them done (I wasn't even being rough...the nail just broke in half which has happened on three occasions now). The quality of the service performed on me was horrendous. I feel bad but I paid for my service in full and tipped them so I don't feel too bad. Ladies do not waste your money here if you are particular like I am. The pedicure was decent but Tina did an awful job at my gel manicure. She was messy, didn't clean the gel polish from around the nail, on my skin, shaped them horribly and she's very bad with cuticles. On top of it all, at the end of the polish going under the light she yanked off the polish on my skin AND my skin!!! She used a base coat from one brand, polish from another and a top coat that I have never even heard of. My experience was so horrible I walked out in tears. A mani pedi is something you look forward to and feel new after, now I'm just pissed with ugly nails. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE PARTICULAR. Oh and I just found out TINA LIED TO ME ABOUT THE PRICE. Give Lilly a visit for sure. Definitely DO NOT sit with sophia. She did half the job then left only to never come back. Her co workers had to finish her pedicure. My experience today was average. I am completely pleased with how my eyebrow wax turned out but I was turned off by the ambiance and cleanliness of the place and workers. They waxed my brows while I sat in one of the manicure chairs, so that was off putting at first. I usually am taken into a private room. She also used a towel to wipe her hands and then used that same towel on my face. Another towel she dropped on the floor and used to wipe my face again. I was really grossed out. I will say, however, that she was very meticulous after she waxed my brows, tweezing them to perfection. Since I am new to the area, I will probably come back, but will do more research on the area to see if there are any better options out there first. The price was really good, especially for being in Beverly Hills. I paid $13 for my eyebrow wax. Read Less

SERVICE.after filing my nails into a 45 degree angle, the nail tech played dumb when i asked her to stop. i showed her how much she had taken off the sides, and she said, "it looks good." ummm, no. it does not look good. it looks unnatural af. the manager suggested that i let her fix it. ummmm, no. unless this girl can magically UNFILE MY NAIL, there is no way she is touching this or any of my nails.i told the manager i needed to leave because i was upset. she said, "we will put acrylic to fill it in." ummmm, no (for the third time). They only accept cash but have an ATM in the back. They also don't have the new spa chairs and only have the old school set up with a few chairs. A gel mani and regular pedi is $44 which is high considering the set up. The plus is they do have OPI & Essie. Read Less

This was my first time going here. Found them on Yelp, enjoyed the pictures so I figured I'd given them a shot. I called and made an appointment, and I even showed up a bit late due to traffic. They helped me immediately, there was a sense of urgency but definitely not a rushed feeling. They had a wide selection of color choices and gel color options. Their price range is amazingly affordable for the excellent work. I had the joy of working with Miley (spelling) she was amazing. Like a perfectionist when it came to her work. Clean  friendly staff  accommodating to walking  attentive  massages pedi  shellac nails  nail art  I called the salon while I was walking over and they were willing to accommodate 3 walk ins.. when we got there the salon was in full swing! I have patronized several different nail salons in Los Angeles over the years from Malibu to Marina Del Rey, and from Hollywood to Westwood. I am extremely picky about where I go, the type of mani/pedi I like (short & clean!), the price, and most importantly, the cleanliness of the salon. I discovered Robertson Nails last winter, after repeatedly poor customer service from the nail salon I'd been going to in my neighborhood the past few years on La Cienaga Blvd. Vicki and her staff @ Robertson Nails offer the BEST service at some of the BEST prices I've found in this town. Cheapest mani/pedi in the area so I guess you get what you pay for? Polish is slightly uneven, doesn't extend to cuticle line (which is messy), pointer finger filed at an angle (had I noticed before she polished I'd have asked her to fix it). Overall, not the worst I've ever received and for $27 I'd say worth it, especially if you care about inhaling brain cell denuding nail fumes (of which there are none at Robertson Nail). They also carry a line of non-toxic nail polish but don't have the non-acetone nail polish remover, non toxic base/top coats, or organic oils/lotions to make it a totally toxin-free event. For that you'd have to go to Livingston Nail and pay twice the price. Read Less

I happened to go to this nail salon after getting turned away at Nail Bar & Beauty because they were completely booked. However, I REALY enjoyed my experience at this nail salon. I'm glad I came. Everything was very sanitized, clean and comfortable. The ladies were very nice with excellent customer service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and they had instant availability. This is something special for Annie Wong at Robertson Nails. I was at Elegant and they showed me the a picture of her hubby kissing and another woman with his hands on her ******. It's funny how she claims she is a single mom and on welfare. This girl Annie Wong is so pathetic. She does the worst waxing I have ever experienced. Hurts like crazy!!! The place is filthy dirty full of hair all over. She should come back to reality. Giving me an attitude when I told her to take it easy. I found out many things about this girl. All crooked!!! Earning $70 grand a year and living off the government's welfare, medical, and food stamps program and at the same time purchasing a home in another person's name. You should be ashamed of yourself and not be giving anyone an attitude. This girl talks like if Britney Spears and Dr Phil are her clients. Her co-workers told me all her secrets. This nail salons only do hot wax I only like threading for my face. There's was a lady name Van who use to do it but left L.A. to NY. I heard she asked for a guys number and got rejected. I was there that day and saw her disappointed and reacted like a crazy person. Women ... There's a lot of drama in the nail salons. Same thing with Kim with the 2 huge big boobs. After she left her husband for her millionaire lover, she got rejected. (April Fools) I was there that day and her behavior was like an animal. I was also there that day. This is my opinion. The owner and Annie are such horrible B**tches! They are mean and rude to everyone. The service is terrible and dirty. They try to be cheap by reusing the plastic cover for the pedicures for different customers. That is disgusting.. Annie was working on my and started sneezing all over and did not cover her mouth. This is a nice quiet place to come relax and get your nails done. Although its located off a main street, this place is surisingly quiet, and relaxing. Manis and pedis are awesome! Staff is nice, friendly and professional. This place is affordable. Located in a nice area. The parking is a little hard to find but you can park in the back. I always find a spot there. Great place.
