You know I use to come here often, but lately I've decided to choose another nail salon around my area. Last time I checked in here, I left with 2 deep cuts around my cuticles!! not acceptable. I mean, it hurts and the nail technician still kept on continuing cutting my nails and finally after a couple of minutes she pulls out that liquid stuff to stop the bleeding. I felt she was so in a rush when she did my nails. The salon was not that busy! Awful. Just awful. Aside from that, the guy at the front desk seems has no customer service personality at all. I felt like, when I paid the invoice, he never had eye contact, just took the money, then I asked if there's an envelope to give tip (which now that I'm thinking, I shouldn't have given anything at all after cutting my cuticles so deep!), but the good person that I am, I never said a word, I just wanted to get out of there. He proceeded again to not look at me while he's talking, his eyes were fixed on the monitor and just used his fingers to point out the envelope container. I'm sorry, if your running a business, shouldn't you feel that your customers should be top priority? Never coming back to this place. I've found a better one, with their nail technician's who pay extra careful to your nails. I honestly don't mind paying the extra $$ for that kind of service. Ciao. Read Less
