The lady gave me one price for my nails to be filled and painted and little diamonds put on she told me 33 dollars and then after the did the nails and the lady had a huge fit cuz she didn't wanna do so many diamonds so I settled for just a line of silver glitter witch should have been less money she then charged me 41$ for a cheaper job and shitty work deffinatley won't go back... ever... I got a pedicure & a manicure (with my real nails I didn't get fake nails) done here. The lady who did the pedicure was so nice and did a great job. Now, the lady who did my manicure was another story. She was the oldest lady there I don't know her name. She kept layering the polish on without letting it dry in between layers. She didn't paint the nails all the way to the cuticle so it looked like they had grown out when she was still painting them. When I did point out that they needed to be fixed she got mad at me. When I told her that the strokes weren't matching she said "well you have a lot of layers." Youre the one doing all the layering without letting anything dry. All the nails are chipped as of today 11/26 and I got them done Tuesday 11/21. The paint started chipping out of nowhere I didn't even do anything to make them chip. I've been coming here for the past few months and they do a very good job. The staff is very nice and they try to keep to their appointments. It's not as much of a "fish bowl" as I had originally thought it would be, the pedicure area is nice and private and Bebe was not only sweet but she did a great job on my house special pedicure. By far the worst full set I've ever had. I paid $39 for a full set with gel and feel like I was ripped off. It hasn't even been a full week and the nails are already lifting. The nails were uneven (I fixed this myself), I had acrylic going past my cuticle on some fingers, and the polish doesn't even cover my natural nails (I got French tips). I actually had to beg for more polish and even then she still wouldn't paint past my natural nails underneath. I completely wasted my money. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I will not recommend this place, had gel removed off my toes, left my nail with Regis indentation in my toes using a grinder. Toes where in paint for a few days. Was told by other nail salons that was the wrong way of taking off gel. Save yourself from pain and save your money to go elsewhere. Never again will I be back. Read Less

Recently, I had an appointment with Holly, the owner.  She is not the manager as she sometimes tells people.  When I got there she switched me to another person, which was chicken/xxxx of her because Holly has done my manicure/pedicures for many years, like over 8.  I haven't been going as much as I use to as I have been treating a fungus situation on my two big toe nails, so I guess Holly figures she doesn't make enough money off me anymore so she dumped me over to a non-experienced, poor communicating idiot who did not understand clear and concise English. She must have been hard of hearing as well.  She asked me about 10 times what color I wanted.  Each time I would explain it to her AGAIN and she just didn't get it.  Another employee even explained it to her several times and she still didn't get it.   She should have gotten it/understood because the person before me, which she did a pedicure on, got the same color.  As I said, I have fungus in my two large toes and told her about it.  She took the same instrument to clean the remainder of my toes.  I tried to stop her explaining that she was probably spreading the fungus.  She ignored me and used the instrument anyway and now I have fungus in other toes.  You might say/be thinking . . . .  fungus spreads from toe-to-toe, it can, BUT I did not have it in all my other toes and I know how to control it so it doesn't. spread.  So, with a clear conscious I can give this shop a BAD review. Only went here because my usual salon was closed. Went in for a acrylic nails with gel polish. The lady cut me like 3 times on my nails. Then the gel nail polish was horrible, I could of done a better job. For something that hurts  to take off it should at least be done correctly. Never will be going here again. First and last time. The people that left reviews musta had a bad day or maybe they have new employees but today I got mine done and am so happy with them. The lady's name was Vee. Every staff member was friendly and didn't at all make you feel uncomfortable like most nail salons do when they talk amongst themselves. Very happy with my nails and very happy with all the woman's great customer service. I will return. I don't get my nails done often because I'm a stay at home mom so they don't hold up with dishes and cleaning well but when I do feel like treating myself I will be going here to do so! Can I put... NEGATIVE STARS!! went in for a pedicure ans my 3 year old to have her toes and nails painted.. everywhere I have been before it's 10$ for a color and some silly polka dots. Herr it was 15$ and the woman was so rude. She kept getting mad when my daughter moved.. ok I get it she's a kid, but is it that big of a deal??? I paid 27$ for a basic pedicure and polka dots to match my daughter. I knew I was in trouble when she poured alcohol on my toes and they burned.. great I thought.. she cut me good... I would not recommend this salon. I went in for a gel fill on my lunch break and I was immediately seated. The technician that did my nails was nice but I don't believe she has much experience  or  she just doesn't  do nails good. The polish near my cuticles was not neat at all. I was on my luch break so I did not have time for her to try and clean it them up. I came back the next day  and the technician tried to fix my nails but they still were not neat. She then asked a coworker to finish the job and she did just as bad!!! I will NEVER go there again and I WOULD NOT recommend this salon to anyone. Read Less

Do not go here! Very bad! Had a pedicure today and is the worst I've ever had. So bad I had to have another pedicure somewhere else.
